Lovely week in Palm Desert despite the historic low temps and record snow falls all around us. Great location, close to everything. Nice community with amenities… pools, tennis courts and fully equipped gym. Excellent communication with Host and property manger.

This 2nd floor condo, with its own stairs / entrance and coded entry, was the perfect home base for our week stay. It was spotlessly clean and had one of the best equipped kitchens of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. Everything worked, we had strong Wi-Fi connection, TVs were easy to operate, the beds were comfy, and there was a small washer/dryer. The unit has a dedicated covered parking space, is close to tennis and pickleball courts, there is a pool and hot tub right behind the unit, and a lovely orange tree - bearing lots of fruit - off the patio! Also, I had not understood this beforehand – the condos are part of a much larger single family planned housing development that has its own road and path system, along with numerous pools, courts, etc. Almost every day we enjoyed taking a walk through this beautifully manicured and landscaped area, enjoying all the flowering desert plants, bushes, and trees. It was a true amenity of the property! My husband and I loved our stay and definitely will be coming back when we need a sun break from the Oregon weather.

Minor issues but overall acceptable experience. Microwave when used gave off a heavy greasy food bacon odor. Supplied bath soap was about as low end as available. Only window screen was on sliding glass door. No dish soap for hand washing anything. Hot water heater was quite noisy. Fireplace was a mystery.

Clean, has everything you need to cook!! Has all the house whole items you will need. Extra pillows, bedding's, towels. Pools are heated, tons of restaurants!! Amazing location!!! I will also come back and stay Owner nice and responsive ❤️

We have stayed at this location (two different units), for the last 2 years and love this gated property. It is always quiet, beautifully landscaped, the units themselves are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable. This year several of the pools were not heated which meant a trek around to find the nearest one they was, but we found one near our unit and were often the only ones there. We stayed here for a week, and even though we said we were staying with 5 people, there were not enough supplies (laundry soap, dish towels, garbage bags, etc), but this happened last year as well, and I think is more to do with the property management, so just be prepared to bring/buy some of these types of things or call and ask the property management to supply some lore which we did and they quickly supplied. The only bummer was the dishwasher wasn’t draining when we got there, and since we were there with 3 kids over Christmas…there were lots of dishes and only one dish towel, but the property management did their best to fix this as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, we really like this location and property.

Absolutely perfect! The location was great with a beautiful view from the patio and close to the pool. The condo was spotless, probably one of the cleanest places I've rented. Gene was quick to respond and very gracious to get us an early check in. I hope to stay here again!

We loved our weekend away! The condo was clean, spacious with comfy beds. The neighborhood was clean, safe and laid out well. The AC was a problem. We could never get it quite right. When the bedroom doors were closed, it got HOT. It took quite awhile to cool down the condo even with the bedroom doors open. Also, although the kitchen was fairly well stocked, there was no dish soap, no cutting board and no spatula for the Teflon pans. That was a bummer, especially during Covid when we weren’t going out to dinner.

This property was located inside a delightful community just a few minutes away from where my parents live. We needed to quarantine before seeing them, and not only was the condo exactly what we were looking for, but the walking loop inside the complex was perfect for short breaks while working and we loved the balcony where we sat each day to eat breakfast in the sunshine. Close to grocery stores that offered both delivery and pick-up options. We stayed in two different locations while there, and the property manager could not have made it any easier for us. Both kitchens were well stocked with the small exception of a cookie sheet in the first one, and a measuring cup, peeler, and cutting board in the second one, all small enough items to either purchase easily or borrow from my parents to cook meals for them. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't say enough about the graciousness of the host as well as the property manager for being so welcoming during this stressful time.

The house was really clean and had all of the basic needs one would expect to find at a vacation rental. The property manager was very responsive to inquiries. The pool area was off limits due to Covid, however we enjoyed our get-a-way regardless. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own streaming devices If you like to connect to your own media.

The grounds are kept clean and the pool is cleaned every morning, I see the pool person cleaning everyday. Our unit was clean and decorated very nicely. You have everything you need in the full kitchen and baths except shampoo. Upon arrival at 8PM, it was dark, but our unit was all lit up inside. That was a nice welcoming and we didn't have to look for the light switches in the dark . Security is great! No keys to carry around. We liked that you had codes for the gate and to the unit that worked very easily. A 5 star place!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Desert Breezes Resort. The condo was just as described, the couches have been updated and are very comfortable. The beds were too hard for my liking, they could benefit from a memory foam topper for more comfort. Otherwise the condo was perfect, extremely clean, and quiet!

Big bedrooms and comfortable

This place was great! Condo was clean and perfectly located for our stay. We golfed at many golf courses nearby, awesome food on El Paseo Drive, and the pools were awesome. The owner was easy to work with and zero problems . We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Condo Oasis at Desert Breezes. The condo was very nice and located with a view and access of the main HEATED pool. Even better was the view of the surrounding mountains. The owner was very attentive and there was maintenance service available in case of any problems. Particularly nice was having a washer and dryer in the unit. We would have signed up to rent the condo again next year, but, unfortunately, it was unavailable.

We drove from Phoenix to the Rose Bowl, but didn’t want to make the drive in one day. We celebrated New Year’s Eve and then attended the game the following day. After the game it was a great place to relax and unwind before heading home the next day. We enjoyed the mountain view, the fireplace, and the conveniently equipped kitchen.

Everything worked out great through this website VRBO, only thing I can say is the owner could upgrade the beds, other than that everything was as stated had a wonderful time at this resort

This was an AMAZING place for the price and with what amenities are on property and the ease of access to everything around the property. I had 0 complaints about the property. Where I did have a complaint was with an issue that arose. The room locked us out one afternoon so I called the property management company to figure out what to do, and got no answer. I left a message asking for help, and never got a call back. Luckily we got it figured out, but I still haven't heard anything from them. The numbers to call that were provided in the room were only available Monday-Friday, not helpful for a weekend stay. And the only other available number was an emergency, which for the situations that arose, didn't seem necessary.

Enjoyed our stay, this condo was very clean and well equipped, great location, close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and hiking. Definitely would stay again.
