Sands Lookout at Nye Beach - Beach front,Easy access condo with great ocean view
Le viste sull'oceano assolutamente panoramiche sono tue da questo favoloso condominio di Nye Beach! Ha un grande piano aperto che offre una sensazione molto confortevole e rilassante. Dichiarazione di non responsabilità per mesi di maggio-novembre 2019: ci sarà una costruzione esterna su tutto il complesso che comprometterà la vista, avendo il compensato sopra la finestra che oscurerà così la vista sull'oceano e la rimozione del ponte. Il parcheggio sarà anche un problema con tutti i veicoli da costruzione. Torna in autunno per l'aggiornamento

Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale e un letto pieghevole disponibile per ospitare un totale di 2-5 persone. Rilassati sul ponte coperto per vedere l'oceano e i favolosi tramonti o goditi il prato erboso direttamente fuori dalle porte del patio. HDTV via cavo nell'ampia zona giorno con lettore DVD disponibile. Accesso a Internet gratuito. La cucina completamente attrezzata semplifica la preparazione e il godimento dei pasti con tutte le migliori stoviglie e servizi. Molti condimenti extra con caffè e tè. A breve distanza a piedi potrete godervi il caratteristico quartiere storico di Nye Beach con molti ristoranti, boutique, gallerie e negozi di articoli da regalo, o godervi una passeggiata sulla spiaggia. I absolutely loved my weekend stay at Shirley’s beachfront condo! I needed a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and this was just perfect. The condo was clean and stocked and so welcoming. The ocean view was insane and so therapeutic. Newport is a great town with lots do and explore. I shall be returning as my yearly get away. Highly recommend

The condo was beautiful, more than the pictures reveal. It was very nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. The kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back from the East Coast in the future.

Great location for exploring the Oregon coast. Very clean and well-stocked condo with great views of the ocean. It had everything we needed, and many extra things that weren't expected. Very comfortable stay, and we wish could have stayed a little longer.

The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Quick and easy walking access to the beach was a bonus. Being in the heart of the Nye Beach offered many options for dining and arts. The condo was super clean, comfortable and well organized. We look forward to our booking.

Clean and well- stocked condo with a great view. Loved the lanai! Easy beach access. Everything we needed and then some. Nice appliances and meal prep items. Roomy and comfortable bed and furniture plus 2 bathrooms! Nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores, etc. Great restaurants on the harbor. We really enjoyed it!!

I can not recommend this place enough - although not to much cause then it will always be booked and I wont be able to get it again! 2 min walk and you are on the sand at Nye Beach! Across from the Tap House and food is YUMMO! The owner of this condo is spectacular and 5 star!

You could not find a better location for Nye Beach. Quick and easy access to the beach and all the best restaurants just a short walk away. The decor is a bit dated but the view is unbelievable. It’s a great place to stay.

This place felt very homey. Our hostess had the mostest!
She provided a nice welcoming gift card to a great breakfast place, nuts and chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate and all sorts of condiments in the cupboards.
Oh and the location is absolutely fabulous! After a 2 day drive from Montana it was awesome to check in and be able to walk right out onto the beach.

The location of this property is perfect for me. The property has everything I need to enjoy my time at the Oregon Coast. The host is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. Great Stay at Nye Beach
My husband and I enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked for dinners at home. We liked having easy walking access to the Nye Beach shops and to the beach right outside our condo. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

Wonderful Time
This is a very nice condo. It is just the right size for two people. I think it might be a little tight with children, but doable. The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware and many pantry items. I could hear some footsteps above me, but I never heard any voices, TV's or music from neighboring units. I can't vouch for the weather when "you" go, but it was perfect while I was there, except for the fog rolling in and "cancelling" my sunsets both nights! Ha! Truly, I have no complaints at all.

Excellent Location
The rental worked out perfectly for us. We walked to restaurants from here. We walked to the end of the parking lot for the path to the beach. Loved having 2 bathrooms for 4 people and the spare blowup bed worked great. Thanks again for a great stay.

I want to thank Shirley for making us feel so welcome at her condo. It was so very nice to have a welcome gift and card on the table when we arrived. We really enjoyed our trip, even though it rained most of the time... The view and location are excellent! The condo is well stocked with essential items you may need. Life's a Beach
You walk in the door and there is the Pacific Ocean! Condo was clean and comfortable. Access to beach was easy as it was a short walk right around the corner. Nye Beach area was quiet with restaurants within walking distance. We walked to both lighthouses (1-2 miles away, one way). Great porch from which to watch kites, dogs, and children. Plus great spot to watch sunsets. There is much to see and do, the historical harbor is truly a working fishing port and the sea lions add an extra element of authenticity.

Wonderful Respite
If you are looking for ocean-front living with the beach just outside your door, plenty of seafood restaurants like Mo's and a fun trip to a nearby casino, this is the place for you.
We had a wonderful stay for three weeks, escaping the summer heat in Texas. The temperature stayed between 60 and 70. If you're looking to escape the rigors of summer dog days you will welcome the cooler temps in Newport.
Shirley was wonderful and the condo is simply delightful. We urge anyone looking for the perfect vacation to give Shirley's condo a try; you won't be disappointed.
