Questa moderna casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova direttamente sull'oceano, con viste eccezionali sull'acqua blu brillante. È perfettamente situato all'estremità meridionale desiderabile di Topsail Beach, a breve distanza da negozi, ristoranti e dal molo di pesca Jolly Roger. All'interno troverete un arredamento confortevole e tranquillo e una cucina con una serie completa di servizi. 10 possono dormire comodamente su tre letti queen size, due gemelli e un divano letto, con tutte le camere che si affacciano direttamente sull'oceano. Ci sono anche due porta-presepi per i più piccoli!

Loved the house, no complaints at all. Everything was as advertised. We will be back!

The house was as advertised. Clean, well stocked although another cassarole dish would be good. Perfect location. We love oceanfront homes. Nothing could be done about the winds and rip currents, but since we were next to a public access, the flags were always posted. The owners were a dream to work with. No problems connecting to wifi or the tv. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located to the beach. There was a sliding glass door in the downstairs bedroom that would not lock. The couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I would recommend bunk beds rather than relying on the couch as a “sleeps 10”.

We chose this house as it's close to my nephew. The overall appearance is nice. The house is dated inside and needs some work on the decks. The kitchen could use better bowls for cooking and storage. There is no organization in the kitchen drawers. I organized some for our needs. Overall I would recommend this house for its location and cost.

The house was located in a less busy end of the beach, providing the space and privacy that my family was seeking. The owners were responsive to my questions prior to arrival and this allowed us to plan perfectly for a no stress long weekend. The house was clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials for cooking. We had plenty of space to be together along with spacious bedrooms, each with an ocean view for when we need a bit of time to ourselves. We enjoyed the views from inside and from both levels of balcony and would highly recommend this house for families looking for a beach getaway.

House and location were perfect. The only thing we did not like was being unable to control the temperature in the house. We were uncomfortable a couple of times during our stay. Need to rethink that concept. Not everyone wants the temp at 71 degrees all the time. If you pay the rental price you should be able to use the air/heat as needed

The house overall was good. The sheets and pillowcases were frayed. The mattresses were okay. The kitchen utensils and pots were worn. Overall the house was a little dated. No screens in windows so could not open them at night or bugs will get you. Stairs, stairs, and more stairs!!!

Evrything was as advertised. Host gave great recommendations on restaurants. It was a quiet getaway and just what we wanted. The walkway to the beach was easy and the outdoor shower was great. Definitely coming back next year!

Is called Sea zen and is very zen. No clutter. No extraneous rugs to gather sand. Easy to clean and manage. Schlage door lock makes locking and reentering very easy. There are a lot of steps so getting stuff up in the beginning I takes some work but once settled is easy to get to beach.

Our grown children, young adult grandchildren and young teen grandchildren love staying in this wonderful very clean, well appointed, family home right on the beach. As grandparents we can sit on the wonderful deck and watch them or go hang out on the beach and participate. This home is large enough to allow family spaces to gather, play cards and eat together and also have quite spaces. The hot/cold shower on the beach private boardwalk is great to rinse sand before returning to the house. Three bathrooms (2 on-suite) is great. Washer and dryer is such a plus! The wonderful Host is very responsive. This is our 3rd year here and no doubt will be our 4th!

As this property is elevated, it has really great views of the ocean. Our party of eight adults and two children had plenty of room and really enjoyed our vacation. Comfortable seating in the living area and nice decor. There aren’t enough chairs for everyone to sit at the dining room table, but there are seats at the kitchen island. The owner includes complementary starter sets of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Nice touch!

all was as advertised. super clean. the stares a steep, hard on and old fat guy. The only real problem was, at 3:00 "our check in time." there were 3 cars parked in the driveway because the beach access was full. Luckly, i had a big pickup truck with yellow lights on it, people came fast to move their cars.

Very easy checkin, kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was amazing! Beautiful beach and close to the microcreamery, post office and roller skating. We rented beach chairs from the place behind the post office and boogie boards from 50 South (the latter were high quality and delivered and picked up) Thank you for your hospitality and relaxing vacation!

House was amazing and perfect access to the beach. We had a great time with friends, as we were attending a wedding. I highly recommend staying here and would certainly stay again. Kitchen is nice and big for multiple couples to hangout!
Just a few small suggestions (again amazing experience but things I personally would plan for) each room only had 1 pillow and 1 towel per person. Not terrible, but I would have brought another towel and pillow for myself. The house thermostat is set at 72 and cannot be changed. My husband and I both run hot, luckily it was cool outside and we were only warm briefly in the evenings. I could only seeing that being a small issue of we stayed during the summer.
The owners were quick to respond and we LOVED our stay and will certainly be back.

We were in Topsail for a maritime memorial service and we could not have asked for a better location. The property manager was prompt with addressing our concerns. We especially enjoyed the oceanfront views from the deck.

Second year we rented this place. Great waterfront decks, nice size rooms, well stocked kitchen, lots of light, gorgeous views, great utilities, very clean! Also, wonderful, responsive host!!

My family and I just spent a terrific week at this house. The views are stunning--every bedroom has a view of the ocean. The beds are comfortable, and there was enough living area on the main floor for all eight of us. The street is quiet and you can't beat being that close to the beach--so easy to go back and forth when you need something and the foot wash/shower on the walkway was so convenient. Two quick notes: The dishwasher could use an upgrade or a deep cleaning (we had to rewash the glasses) and since the house is located next to a public beach access, the beach was slightly more crowded in this area than other parts of Topsail we've stayed, but we still had lots of room. Would stay here again!

Great location! House is kept clean and owner was quick to respond to problems (one A/C unit need repair). Baby gate and crib were a real convenience. Beach is really nice.

Beach views were terrific. House was roomy, clean and furnished very well. Location was great, close to everything that we needed. Topsail Beach is the best beach in North Carolina.

The Sea Zen was the best possible place for our family to vacation! Every member of our group commented on how perfect it was - location, floor plan layout, amenities, etc. I can go on for days, but honestly, the house made our vacation a wonderful memory!

Great beach location with comfy furniture and beds, well-supplied kitchen, linens, and a beautiful new deck with chairs perfect for sunning and dolphin viewing. Right on the beachfront for easy beach access. Very quick response to our questions from the property manager.

The house was actually bigger than the pictures show. It was located well. Decking was very nice. Family room furniture was comfortable. Except for the dishwasher not working- I would definitely go again!
