Old Key West Style Home in the historic district of Delray Beach - near downtown

We had great experience. The property manager Michelle was quick with any questions we had. The house had a little bit of a musty smell but with a candle it was fine. Great location. Nice quiet area. Too far to walk downtown but easy to drive to.

We spent all our time poolside enjoying the terrific backyard! The house manager was wonderful, very nice people and responsive to anything we needed. The location is perfect, just close enough to town and far enough so you have the peace and quiet for a perfect getaway.

This property is fabulous. We have stayed at this property at least 4 times in 7 years. We visit Delray Beach every year and prefer to stay at this lovely property if possible. Our girls were 2, 3, 4 years old during our first visit. This year, they were 9, 10, 12 years old and had just as much fun! Fantastic vacation!!

Property was just like it appeared online. Greet house , kitchen was well equipped. Very clean. Michelle the property manager was very responsive . We have stayed there twice and would stay again

Amazing property. Chill vibe with all the amenities one could ask for. Great location and quiet neighborhood but near all what Delray has to offer. Heated pool was so welcoming as was the property to our dogs! Lastly bungalow such a lovely extra. Family so enjoyed their visit. Thanks to Michelle for being so available. Can’t wait to be back next year.

Delray Beach house
This was our third time staying at this comfortable and pretty house. Quiet and tree lined street-yet close to everything to do in busy Delray Beach. Owner and house manager are very responsive and helpful.

Great house and pool in a great location!
We stayed here over spring break with our two daughters and had a great trip. The house is nice with a very well-stocked kitchen. The outside area and pool are fantastic and where we spent most of our time. Good location and very close to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Only minor complaint is that the twin beds in the second bedroom are rickety and squeaked quite a bit. We had one maintenance issue during our stay, and the property managers were very responsive and took care of it right away. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect Delray Spot
The house has everything you need and comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. We were there with our friends who have a 1 year old and the 2 bedrooms in the house was perfect for them. We stayed in the room off the pool which was great for 2 adults. Michelle is super fast to answer any question/need. Safe neighborhood and not far from Atlantic Ave. Also, a fantastic farmers market on Saturday.

Cozy Cottage
My 23 day stay in Delray Beach was wonderful.
The cottage was exactly as described. It’s simplicity had a calming affect. The pool in the backyard provides a wonderful vista whenever you’re in the house. The house has everything you need for fun including bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and ice packs, a well equipped kitchen and a TV in every bedroom, as well as the sitting room. The house has total privacy from the rest of the neighborhood. The landscaping in the backyard creates an oasis. It is extremely quiet neighborhood. I never saw any neighbors other than an occasional person walking a dog. It is located about 1 mile north of the downtown for easy access to dining and shopping. It is also a quick drive to the beach. The Property manager Michelle was always one text away and was always responsive if necessary. The Separate cabana in the back provided privacy for friends who visited. ThIs dog friendly house was entirely fenced in, And my dog thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit in the sun all day. If you bring your dog do check out the Ida Lake dog park which is one of the best dog parks I’ve ever been to. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this cottage. I miss it already.

Great place!
Perfect for us that the bungalow room was separate from the main house with its own bathroom, which our adult son and his dog enjoyed. Michele was very attentive! We would stay again.

Very tasteful charming property, extremely well furnished and spotlessly clean.
Good location, 1.3 mile walk to “The Avenue”. Very charming, tastefully furnished and thought fully equipped house. Great kitchen for serious cooks. Pool and landscaping are very nice. The owner has a terrific property manager who is very responsive and accommodating. A wine cooler filled with assorted cold beverages was a very welcoming touch. We would like to rent this house again.

Great home for family vacation.
Loved the house, pool and outdoor space. Perfect for family vacation. Michelle the house manager was very helpful and responsive with minor maintenance issues. Only issues were there was a lot of dog hair which caused my sons allergies to act up and the twin beds were flimsy and squeaky. Everything that you could want or need was provided.

Lovely, relaxing home for our family vacation
This was our second stay at your wonderful home. With two college age kids -- we had plenty of room to relax. Very clean and well-appointed. High quality kitchen and grill. So many amenities! Love the pool and patio -- so glad it was heated as we had a temp dip mid-week. Michelle is very responsive and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better home to spend our spring break. Thank you!

Perfect Family House
This was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two six-year-olds) and my parents. The separate cottage gave everyone a little privacy when needed, while the rest of the house and the great pool were excellent for get togethers and for spending time with each other. We'd definitely stay again!

Charming Delray Beach house
The house is lovely. It is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool area is a great bonus.
We were traveling with adult children, so we were able to walk or bike everywhere. The house manager, Michelle, was very nice and accommodating.

Beautifully updated home in the heart of Delray.
We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. Both the house & bungalow have all the amenities we needed during our stay. Breakfast & coffee on the patio by the pool was a perfect start to our days. The heated saltwater pool is very relaxing. Your location is excellent; from the short drive or walk to the restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave. or the beach, to longer drives along the coast to spring training games in Jupiter. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need, including a few bottles of wine & beer provided by Michelle. Your home is very clean and well maintained.
We would certainly like to stay here again the next time we are in Delray.

Lovely house, lovely stay
The house is very sweet, well-kept, super clean, and we had a great stay. There were a couple snafus with our stay--pool heater was broken, we had to be out of the house one afternoon for a maintenance appointment--but the property manager was very nice and responsive, and completely available. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental
My family and I shared a wonderful 10 days at this perfect house. It was immaculate, comfortable and very well set up. We enjoyed the great kitchen and grilled on two occasions. The highlight was the warm and beautiful pool. The location is close to Atlantic Ave and also near the beautiful beach of Delray.
Both the owner and property manager were great to work with and totally responsive to any and all requests. I highly recommend this rental. It really couldn't have been nicer.

Extended Stay
We loved this place so much we decide to stay an extra three days. When we got to the house it was spotless and the things we asked for were there waiting for us. Michelle the property manager is a doll and couldn't have be any more helpful than she was. The backyard had a great pool that was always warm with tons of privacy and always clean. We loved the fact that the whole yard both back and front were fenced in for our two dogs. The location was excellent close to the main artery of Atlantic Avenue. We definitely will think of this house again when we make our way down to Florida this summer!!!

Wonderful!
We stayed at the beach house for a week in December and had a blast! It is perfect for a family- clean and simple. The owners made every effort to ensure we had a great time. The pool is perfect. The location was great- quiet and close to Atlantic Ave and the beach. We would absolutely return to this lovely house!
