Questa struttura è un'unità fronte spiaggia Siesta Key con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Ha accesso diretto proprio fuori dal patio nella sabbia e surf di Siesta Key.
È una favolosa unità a un piano rinnovata con bellissimi ripiani in granito, piastrelle lisce e fresche e colori da spiaggia molto piacevoli. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, aria fresca e centrale e ventilatori a soffitto renderanno sicuramente tutti comodi. La vista dal patio dice tutto. Tramonti alle albe e tutto il resto sarà sicuramente goduto al massimo dall'ampio patio.
La prima e la seconda camera hanno entrambe letti king size. La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. C'è anche un divano letto estraibile nel soggiorno. Dormi su questo e guarda le onde rotolare dentro!

This is our second time staying here and it is just as we remembered it…AMAZING! Ron was always on top of making sure we did not have any issues and the house is just as we remembered it. My family and I enjoyed our week and are looking forward to planning our next trip! Thank you for having us again!

I’ll start off by saying the property was exactly like the listing. The beach wasn’t that busy in the location of the property and it was a very short walk to the village. Ron was great and stayed in contact from before check in and throughout our stay. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely one of the best vacation rentals that we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect. The house was clean and very well stocked. It even had beach chairs. Will definitely visit here again.

Celebrated our mom’s 94th birthday with her 5 children. The location of the property was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The view from our patio was breathtaking. Sunsets could be seen every night over the ocean. Owner was great to work with! Enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Being from Colorado we wanted Grandparents, kids and grandkids to experience the ocean and beach. Our kids and their kids enjoyed every minute on the sand and in the water. Walking distance to the village was great for diner and the food is great. A very relaxing week.

This cottage had the absolute best location for walking to Siesta Village shops, bars and restaurants. The property is literally right on the beach and the views of the water and sunsets were spectacular! The owner was friendly, helpful and communicated well.

Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect. The view on the patio overlooking the crystal clear gulf was gorgeous just like the photos, the villa was clean, spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. The location to the Village was great only a block away. Our host was very kind and professional. We highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back next year.

Loved my recent visit to this property. Owner was excellent and responsive. Home had everything you need to enjoy a vacation. You literally are on the beach and .3 miles from the village that has stores, food, golf cart rentals, etc. No need to rent a car to stay here.

There is nothing better than waking up on the beach!
This property was a great location. Wake up and have coffee on the beach. Dining and shopping a walk or bike ride away. We had a relaxing time.

What a beautiful place! You literally wake up on the beach. Clean, comfortable and cozy, we loved it and will be back. Owner was fabulous and kept us informed from pre to post arrival ensuring our stay was absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay here! Property as described. Clean and welcoming, within two block of Siesta Key Village. Beach is great and all the necessary amenities were available. Ron was great and very attentive. Can’t wait to plan for next year!

The home is on the beach with ocean views from the living room and patio, including great sunsets. It’s also only a few blocks from restaurants and stores. It’s an ideal location for anyone, especially a family. The home has all that you need.

Lovely property on the beach with a fantastic view. Plenty of room for a family of six with super comfortable beds. My family has decided this is the only place we want to go for our annual family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach and the closeness to the village was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. The only thing we had an issue with was the beach chairs. There is a lack of outside storage so the beach items are left out in the salt air which means they don’t last long. The property manager was great and worked with us so we could get more chairs. We highly recommend staying at this house. We can’t wait to come back!

Property is favorable for lovely beach area and easy walking distance with children and adults to restaurants and shops! Ron was wonderful to work with and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. It is well equipped and we lacked for nothing! The beach towels supplied were greatly appreciated and helpful! There are some cosmetic issues that would improve the overall quality of the property on the patio....compared to the adjoining duplex, it was shabby (weeds, peeling paint on the patio and boardwalk, repair needed on the lattice). Ron was absolutely wonderful to work with and very responsive to anything we asked. The expectation of laundering our sheets and towels was unrealistic for us as we departed at 5:30am and we were not accustomed to that request with any other properties we have used so this was the reason for a less than 5 star rating (pretty sure we paid a cleaning fee in the rental process). Be sure to hand something on the sliding glass doors to make sure noone walks through them....our granddaughter got a good bonk on her head so we hung paper on the glass to make sure noone else did that!

Our trip was amazing! The rental was right on the beach, with easy walking distance to the village for dining, shopping, drinks, everything you need. The beach right out the back is a 10/10.
As far as the property, it was as listed. Clean, well kept, and a perfect layout for enjoying our beach vacation.
Ron was a perfect host. Quick communication if we needed it, easy access to the property, and the book at the property answered any and all other questions. We will be back, and we will look to rent this same house.

You really couldn’t ask for a better location on siesta key. We have been vacationing in Siesta for years and this was by far our favorite house. Steps to the beach or to siesta village. The condo was clean and ready ahead of time. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was in working order and there were lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Our trip got cut very short due to the hurricane but Ron was great to work with. We will definitely be booking this location again…hoping we can stay longer 😉

Perfect Location!
We’ve been coming to Siesta Key for 26 years and this was the best location by far. Loved being beach front and the distance from the village is perfect to walk into town and get dinner or shop! The condo was spacious and well equipped. Love that there is. A washer and dryer. Has everything you will need!

Wonderful Location On the Beach
Our family of 7 (5 kids and 2 adults) had a wonderful, relaxing time right on the loveliest beach. We were able to walk into town with all the kids, it’s just around the corner! All in all, the location is the best part of this beach rental. Powdery sand beach right off the back deck and all the amenities of a beach town a few blocks away.

Perfect location to watch beautiful sunsets without leaving your home. The house was beautifully equipped, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Loved that the beach was right outside the door!
