The condo was exactly as pictured - very cozy and clean. Christa was extremely kind, responsive, and super easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was great. It was very clean and plenty of kitchen plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. The balcony was equipped with plenty of chairs for relaxing.
I will definitely be staying here again.

This property and the unit especially, is one me and my family really enjoyed and will definitely visit again. The unit is well stocked with everything you need with easy access to the trash chute and parking garage. We have teenagers so being in this location was the perfect fit due to the proximity of everything from food to entertainment for teens and adults.
Christa, our host, was most excellent from the second we booked through the end of our stay. Right off the bat we chatted on the phone and she emailed recommendations and times on things going on during our stay in the area. You can tell when someone cares that you are satisfied with a service provided and that was obvious in our dealings. She always ensured we were satisfied and wanting to know anything she can do to provide an even better experience for future visitors.
Thanks for a great week away and we will return in the future.

This was by far my family’s favorite condo and beach vacation! Everything was perfect. The host was so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect!

This property is wonderful! Location is great…we only left in a vehicle one time the whole four days! The owner was very accommodating! She sent emails with information about the area and fun things that were happening that weekend. We even had a treat left for us in the condo! 100% would stay here again!

I have stayed at the Phoenix X several times but this unit was by far the best! There was thoughtful consideration given to every aspect of this unit to ensure that the guest are comfortable! The owner communicated very well & very quickly to all of my questions! I will definitely choose this unit again!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The unit was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. The beds were all very comfortable. The views were beautiful. Christa was a wonderful host, she responded promptly anytime I messaged. She provided us with information about Phoenix X and the surrounding areas. Our family will definitely visit this condo again!

From the moment we checked in to our departure we were very impressed with the property. Christa was an amazing host, she answered all our questions and gave us wonderful suggestions. The property is very well appointed, with everything we needed with quality items. There were even games and cards for our down time. We loved the property.

My daughters and I just spent 5 days in Orange Beach and were sad to leave. Christa was a great host and was very accommodating. She gave lots of information of what to do and see in the area. The condo was clean, comfortable and the view spectacular. We can't wait to come back!

The unit was very nice. It was clean, everything worked, well stocked and well organized. The owner keeps this unit well maintained which is more than I can say about some of the others we have stayed in over the past 8 years. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We love it!

This property was great for our group. We have young ones and a teen and all the kids enjoyed being able to enjoy the beach, indoor pool, and outdoor pools. They were able to interact with others their age that were also at the condo and it is laid out where they could quickly change activities on the property. The condo was clean and set up nicely. It was pleasant but not overly decorated or decorated with breakables to the point of chasing the toddler around afraid he would touch too much. Next time we are in Orange Beach we would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful condo in the perfect location. I would give it a 100 stars if i could! Great experience from the inception of booking through checkout. The owner, Christa, is very thoughtful about everything and made our vacation such a pleasure. We will definitely be staying here at least on an annual basis. Absolutely loved it!

The condo offers stunning views of the ocean. We saw dolphins on 4 of the 7 mornings we stayed there. This is the perfect location offering beachfront and close to tons of enjoyable activities for the family. We will definitely return for another visit. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. I can’t say enough good things about the condo (clean, comfortable, convenient, amazing waterfront view/ porch, and beautifully decorated), facilities, and owner (thanks again for everything, Christa!). We loved the beach and the Flora-Bama, and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Property was absolutely fabulous. Everything thing was wonderful. Check out was somewhat rushed with Housekeeping knocking at 9:30. We clean extremely well and always was our towels. But, I understand not everyone is not as OCD as I am. I run a tight ship at home. Anyway, can't wait to return to 1114, just amazing!

You don't hear the music from Florabama . Overall a nice location. Wife loved the pool and we have stayed at other Phoenix condos in Orange Beach-this is the best. This is also the first time we have decided to reserve the same unit for the next year.

Got there at 3 and the room wasn’t ready until 4…I understand the process of gettin new internet connections but we had no WiFi all 4 days.

My sisters and I rented this condo on the beach for my sister's birthday. We had a wonderful time enjoying the surrounding area. The last 2 days were perfect weather and we did get to enjoy the beach and hot tubs. It is a very nice area and the condo was clean and stocked with everything you may need to enjoy meals, snacks or just coffee. We enjoyed playing card games at night around the comfortable dining room table.

First I'll say up front that we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Crista was very helpful in helping with where to find food and places to visit that fit our interest. She reached out often before our arrival to make sure our stay would be great right from the start and then again after our arrival to leave us access to her for any needs that might come up. The area was in a great location with easy access to many activities when not at the beach or looking out from our upper floor balcony looking out over the white sandy beach and gulf coast. Gary

The unit was exactly as described. Christa was great!! Any questions were answered quickly. The property was just as described. We enjoyed a nice weekend. Loved how the condo was well labeled and had anything we could possibly need!
