We loved staying at Caroline's casita. It was great to have the extra room and a washer/dryer and the bed was wonderful,
We hiked for miles, ate lunch at Tune Up grill, dinner at Boca and Paloma.

My husband and I booked Casa Perla for a weekend getaway! We have been to Santa Fe numerous times and this was our favorite place to stay! The location was perfect and a quick walk to both Canyon Road and the Plaza. Parking was right out front and incredibly convenient. Furnishings were comfortable and we got great use of the Kiva. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Caroline!

This is by far the most fabulous place to stay to see historic Santa Fe. 1.5 mile walk to plaza, canyon road and historic Cathedral Basilica of St Francis. So much to do and to see. This place was very well stocked with a very comfortable bed, soft linens and towels. Wonderful kitchen.

Casa Perla was a beautiful home. No expense was spared in the renovation of this incredible home! It was tastefully decorated and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the linens were 5 star. Love the Viking range! The outdoor porch was beautiful-we had breakfast outside every morning. Appreciated the gift basket and chatting with Caroline-who was an interesting and amazing host. Next time, we will definitely stay longer.

We just had the pleasure of a 10-night stay here, and can't wait to return. Exceeded expectations. Super cute property with a sense of place and modern updates/appliances. Perfect location - we walked everywhere - to the plaza, canyon road, the river trails. Also ideal for dogs, large enough outdoor patio for them to hang out, plenty of room in the bedroom for their crate, and close to the park/trail. Caroline was helpful and responsive. We were sad to leave!

Caroline of Aqui was a pleasure to communicate with before, during and after our one week stay. And she welcomed us with a basket of goodies! The home is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and luxurious. The bed and sofa-bed were both very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked flawlessly. We really appreciated this being a perfectly quiet location. It is a pleasant and easy walk to the plaza and Canyon road and many many stellar restaurants. Cords to recharge iphones are thoughtfully provided in the bedroom. Highlights of our trip were the shopping and art galleries, the beautiful adobe architecture everywhere, watching the sun set on the distant mountains from the hilltop Cross of the Martyrs, going to a lecture on the Future of Physics at the downtown Lensic Performing Arts Center, the Railyard Farmers market, the car shows in the Plaza this particular week (Porsche in the a.m. and muscle cars in the p.m.) and of course the fantastic meals we had every day. Clafoutis for breakfast or lunch is always worth the very short drive. Though we never cooked a meal in the gourmet kitchen, the large counter provided a convenient place to sit our various belongings needed for the day (water, iphones, camera, hat, sweater, keys, etc.). Santa Fe is the one place in the world that we return to from time to time and we are always enchanted! Casa Perla is a gem!

Fireplace doesnt draw right is only down side, u have to crack the door and it was 30 out. Location is easily walkable to downtown and has off street parking large enough for a van. Was very nice stay.

Wonderful home, location, and trip!
This was my 4th trip to Santa Fe, and as usual it did not disappoint. The home was wonderful, and conveniently located to Canyon Rd and the Plaza. Our host, Caroline, was terrific, and met us for check-in. Be sure to go through the book she provides with carefully curated suggestions on restaurants, galleries, and other things to do. Despite this being my 4th trip, I learned a lot of new things to do, and places to eat, and each was incredible. Highlights of the trip included dinner at Atrisco (a down home type of restaurant, with the best carne adovada), dinner at Restaurant Martin, and a trip to Meow Wolf. A few suggestions to newcomers to New Mexico - eat all things New Mexican cuisine, get your chile Christmas style, and always bring a jacket.

Exquisite and beautiful in the heart of Sante Fe. Could not have been more perfect.
This property was elegant and sophisticated. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza. Caroline was attentive and lively. We could not have asked for more.

Outstanding location for this very quaint property, unfitted very well and very comfortable. We had one issue: the rain hood shower does not allow pressure flow and either needs cleaned or replaced as shampoo was hard to rinse from my wife’s hair. Otherwise an outstanding place.

Perfect place!
I spent a week in this terrific property while visiting friends who live in Santa Fe and going to the opera. Everything was just excellent -- unbeatable location, beautifully designed space, large and luxurious patio, very high end amenities. Highly recommended!

We just spent a week in Santa Fe and the visit was extra special because of Casa Perla! This is a charming, beautifully appointed casita that felt like home. It’s in a perfect location— an easy walk to the Plaza or Canyon
Road— and very private. We loved the fenced patio where we could enjoy breakfasts and dinners we prepared in the beautiful kitchen when we tired of restaurants. Caroline made sure we had everything we could need. We have been coming to Santa Fe for over 30 years and Casa Perla is the best place we’ve ever stayed. We will be back!

Casa Perla Wins 10/10!
I highly recommend Casa Perla to the savvy traveler. Well located and within easy walking distance of Santa Fe's historic square and river walk, its commodious appointments are the very best. It's kiva fireplace, fine linens and cozy king size quilt are the perfect ingredients for lovely winter evenings, while its shaded rear yard is equally well equipped for long, relaxing afternoons. Similarly, the high end appliances and fully appointed kitchen are available for qourmet cooking and entertaining. Casa Perla wins 10/10

AC too loud , too cold, unable to open windows sealed with tape and without screens. Screens that were there were broken. Two were doors. Either unsafe to leave open or critter access which we saw.
More than double the cost of places next door we’ve stayed in and not worth it.
Beautiful art, rugs but that doesn’t make up for lack of comfort, safety.

September in Santa Fe
We stayed at Casa Perla for a week in September. The house was great for what we needed. The location of the property is central, within walking distance from Canyon Road, the Plaza and the Farmer's market. The house was clean and ready for our visit. The kitchen bath and grill all worked great. Caroline was very responsive to our needs, welcomed us and was available with our questions. Only comment was that the sheet of the sofa bed was dirty. Overall a great little house in the heart of Santa Fe.

A Pearl of a place!
Casa Perla lives up to its name. It’s a jewel box casita that is perfect for a couple. The owner is chic, and her influence in the layout and amenities of the property is evident. Though our stay was during the new normal of navigating the COVID situation, we found Santa Feans adhering to all recommended CDC rules. Casa Perla is perfect for staying home and cooking dinner on the high-end Wolfe stove, and utilizing the outdoor patio for dining alfresco. You might not want to leave the house, but get out and hike the Dale Ball Trails. You will not regret staying at Aqui Santa Fe’s Casa Perla.

The casita was clean and quaint, but way smaller than what we anticipated. Also, reserved the 2 bedroom and got the one bedroom. Which wasn’t what we’ve been used to. Location was good. Carolyn was very gracious and refunded a portion of our money once she researched the error in booking. Very nice individual, we were very appreciative.

Gorgeous property in the perfect location for walking to Canyon Road, the Plaza, and the Railyard area. Stylish but not fussy, this beautifully appointed home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Santa Fe, including a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend! !!

Where does one start? Caroline of Aqui Santa Fe has never disappointed us with her suggestions for fine and fun homes to stay in during our trips to an exciting city. The residences are Santa Fe stylish, comfortable, close to the Plaza area, and with wonderful linens. A well researched booklet is full of places to see, restaurants to experience, hikes or runs to try, and shops and galleries to see. Always clean and welcoming.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe
Very excellent property. We especially loved the welcome basket with coffee and bread. Also, thanks for leaving a lot of firewood as we really enjoyed using the fireplace. Nice and easy walk to Canyon Rd and Plaza area. Kitchen was very well stocked (with salt, pepper, olive oil, and some other basics) as well as many pots, pans, strainers, bowls, etc. Very easy to cook here if you want (we had our Blue Apron delivered here). On back door leading out to patio, you need to pull up on the handle first in order to engage the lock. We were very glad we choose this property for our first time in Santa Fe

We arrived for a long weekend getaway to a wonderful welcome from Caroline and a basket filled with local goodies. This was truly a home away from home. We had an easy walk to the Plaza and also enjoyed down time in this lovely casa. Fires at night and afternoons on the patio were spectacular. We appreciated having amenities like our own home. Thanks for a wonderful respite.

Beautifully designed and appointed hideway !!
I came over to Santa Fe to see if I could spend a week away from work to make headway on a book and this was the perfect answer! This is a great little place that is beautifully finished with a great kitchen, living room, very private outdoor patio and comfy bedroom.
Caroline was a fantastic host - i arrived in late afternoon and she was there waiting with a basket of food to greet me as well. She as also very responsive when i reached out a few times with queries about little details (native arts, restaurants, driver info, etc.).
AND .. the location could not be any better. It's quiet and yet it's within easy walking distance of everything.
Oh, and on the cool Spring days I happily used the fireplace as well!
