Second time staying here. Beautiful property with nice staff.

Brenda's place is fantastic! Has everything you need to cook in or dine out. Easy check-in process. Brenda was always quick to respond to questions and provided all the information we needed to make our stay easy and carefree. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the access to the pool and beach just outside your door. A quick walk on a newly created trail to Bucerias was an added bonus. We loved every minute. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property and a very well-appointed and comfortable villa. Very relaxing and quiet and away from the crowds, but just a short cab ride away from restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. We will be back!

L’Estancia is one of our most favorite properties to stay! The grounds, pool, restaurant and beach are beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive! Great for all ages!

We had a fabulous time in PV and staying at Estancia Resort so we could celebrate HS graduation. The condo unit was beautiful, the view incredible and the resort, staff and food/drinks FABULOUS!!! Yes, we will be back in 2 more years to celebrate another HS graduation. I had to reach out to the Condo unit owner a few times with some specific questions and she responded quickly and accommodated my requests.

We booked our trip very last minute and was so beyond grateful for how fast we got a response. The host was extremely kind, and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth check in. It was clean/ cozy/ and a perfect place for an amazing vacation. We will be returning in the future! Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a relaxing week at Brenda's place at Villa Estancia. This was our fifth visit to the property, the first in this unit. Everything was in working order, super-clean, and well-appointed. Brenda was very responsive and generously let us have a late check out since our flight wasn't until the evening. The entire staff at Villa Estancia are extraordinarily kind and helpful and everything went smoothly. The kitchen in this unit is very well stocked with pots and pans and cooking implements. There is also a very nice grill on the balcony that we used a few times and operated smoothly. My only minor complaint is that, unlike other units we have rented, there were zero staples (oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, spices) and also absolutely no cleaning supplies, not even dish towels. As is our usual practice, we went to the Mega on our first day and I stocked up on what we needed, but it is nice if at least basic cleaning supplies are included. I left what we bought (laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, paper towels, and some basic staples), but I don't know if they get removed in between guests and I wouldn't expect them to be replenished. Overall, however, really wonderful stay!

We love this resort and the friendly staff, however the service was very slow this time. Perhaps they are understaffed like the rest of the world right now. I also expected a few minor but important perks. Our room was cleaned once in 6 days….again short staffed perhaps? There were no dish towels, dish soap or anything for laundry that would have made our stay a bit nicer. A perk that we expected for the price. Overall great vacation, just minor complaints.

This is a deluxe property — amazing pool area, fantastic units, set right on beach. The service is excellent. This unit would improve with some minor changes, such as including some basics we come to expect at nicer units with kitchens: dish soap, sponges, laundry soap, salt and pepper, cooking oil. Including a short written guide as many property owners do inside the unit would help make it more personal. Overall would still highly recommend but these small things would help improve the experience.

The Villa Estancia was the perfect vacation rental for the perfect Nuevo Vallarta getaway. The two-bedroom condo had plenty of room for our family of 4. Both bedrooms were spacious and had very comfy beds! The common area was like a home away from home with full kitchen supplied with everything you could need...although we never cooked:). The condo was well furnished, clean, and in a perfect location just steps from the pool. The huge patio was the perfect place to chill and watch the sunset. The resort had everything we needed (pool, bar, restaurants, mini mart and room service) and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Having access to the neighbor property was great for the kids to have a change of scenery and it was literally steps away. Beach access with lounge chairs and full bar/food service made enjoying the beautiful picturesque scene easy. We also got COVID tests in 10 minutes on property (for only $30 USD) which was very convenient. Working and communicating with Brenda and Belal was so easy, they were super helpful and responsive. This was by far one of our easiest and most convenient family vacations ever. We will be back!!!!

This was a great stay. We loved the pools and the access to the Flamingos resort next door. Families, be aware that the second bedroom has an entirely separate entrance at an entry foyer. May or may not work for you depending of age of kids. My three little girls ended up staying in the living room and did not use the second bedroom with the two beds. :( Still this is a great place! I would come again!

We had a great time! The property is well maintained and beautiful. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Communication with the VRBO owners was good and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Good everything. We spent 3 nughts staying in the condo. Lots of resaurants in the property, though we didnt use them. Nearby convinience stores. Bugger stores within walking reach. Very good beach, pool etc.. The owner was super accomodating.

Spectacular property in a beautiful location. Suites are spacious and comfortable. When I win the lottery, coming back for three weeks instead of just 3 days.

This property is wonderful. Location, location, location!! The staff at the resort are excellent, helpful and they remembered our room number and name. We felt safe and well taken care of.
