Η έλλειψη παροχής πληροφοριών οποιαδήποτε ώρα . Δεν υπήρχε αφρόλουτρο και σαπούνι επαρκές για δυο άτομα .

Staf was Ok. It was clean. Location was Ok.

The bathroom had a smell. I think i was overpriced for the location. Either you leave the car parked in the road or the parking facilitie to leave the car with the key and pay the price of 13Eu was a terrible Idea.

Άνετα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος αν και το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, άνετο , πεντακάθαρο σε άριστο σημείο πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο καθημερινή καθαριότητα, ευγενικό προσωπικό και ευγενεστατες κοπέλες στην ρεσεπσιον. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Ησυχία την νύκτα.

Όλα ήταν τόσο όσο.

Too much noise from outside. Window thickness is not enough for this noise level.

Η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενέστατη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο και η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή.

Το ασανσέρ ήταν παλιό. Ηχομόνωση δεν υπηρχε. Το βράδυ ακούγαμε τον δίπλα να ροχαλίζει πεντακάθαρα.

Nice staff at the reception. Good price-value ratio.

I could imagine a bit more light in the room. City center is around 30 min. by walk. Barhroom was nice on the photos but in reality it does not seem quality. But maybe it is only our taste.

The location is convenient

I stayed at luxor before at the 4th floor apartments. Then I was impressed by the design and quality but not this time. At my arrival I found a pair of used towels that I had to return to the reception. The apartment seems half-furnished. It is as if someone decided to put some decorations and some furniture and didn't finish the job. The bedside lamp fell apart when I touched it. The coffee maker wasn't working properly and the bathroom wasn't renovated. Keep in mind that these are old but renovated apartments. On the 4th floor the renovation worked well. On the 6th floor the renovation was probably not complete and the apartments are not really luxurious. In general I got the feeling that my unit wasn't properly maintained and even though I got it on offer, the price still didn't reflect the low quality.

Location. The receptionist was a very pleasant person, and he really tried to do the best he could to help us deal with all the issues we had (coffee mugs and towels- see below). Without him, the place would have been a total disaster.

The worst matress and pillows we've ever slept on. The third "bed" was a sofa that was so bumpy you'd get a back problem on the spot. The mugs were dirty (had coffee in them). We found empty shampoo bottles in the bathroom, which made us think that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were no body towels. We called the manager on the mobile that was on the information sheet. He seemed to be a little annoyed that we demanded towels, and said he wasn't sure if he could get us any. (On top of that, why the info sheet had the manager's mobile, instead the reception phone number, made no sense.) They work with a private taxi hire company, but the prices on the information sheet are outdated. We used standard taxi- the price to the airport was fixed and cheaper than the private hire. The coffee and water are free on day one and there's a charge from day two. What a stingy policy... Between the elevator and the room entrance, there's a plasterboard construction that forces you to climb a couple of steps with the suitcases and pram, walk on a 1m x 1m plasterboard, and climb down a couple of steps before arriving at the door. It makes absolutely no sense to have this thing in the way.

The cooperation of the staff was impressive!

Location, stuff and all apartment was really great. Bad and bathroom were soo comfortable and everything was clean.

The elevator was louder than expected and other guests were also loud so we could not have so nice sleep. My recommendation are ear plugs so you can enjoy in evening.

Very easy to find , apartments is some 5-10 minute walk to Arristotelous square. The girl at the reception was very friendly and explained all and she even helped us how to reach the parking lot. There is a code and entering the apartment was very easy. Clean and wide, much space for all.

The receptionist was very communicative. The room had a lot of space.

The name of the hotel doesn’t match with reality. Stairs up and down everywhere, to enter to the room, to go to toilet. Bathroom with amortized equipment.

I get what I saw on the pictures. Beds are goods, room are modern, clean, we get free mineral water :). Very kind service.

Location was excellent, very clean and friendly staff.

The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance from thesaloniki city center, in a pleasant area, it is very clean and comfortable for a city break. The parking lot is near by (2 streets away), it is a separate fee (mentioned in the booking) and it is closing at 11.00 pm. We stayed only one night, it is good value for money. We would recommend this place. Check in using a passcode, which is very convenient if you arrive late.

A little noisy in the street, however it was Saturday night and in the apartment the soundproof was ok.

The location was perfect. The room was quite big and comfortable.

Difficult to find a car park near. No balcony

We just stayed for one night. Nice building and nice appartment in the walking distance to the sea, ferry port and city centre. The room was exacly like on the pictures at Booking. Even thought the surrounding is noisy, you cannot hear anything inside. The host was very understanding and let us leave our luggage there for the whole day after check out.

The structure is in the city center and the main attractions are in a walking distance. The room was big and clean. Simple but confortable furniture.
