Nada porque no pude ingresar.
Avise con anticipación que iba a llegar entre las 23 y 00 hs, llegue y no hay recepción, en ningún lado aclaran que no tienen recepcionista. En el mail que me enviaron con mi código de reserva tampoco lo aclara, ni me llego la info de la habitación que debía tomar, envié mail, llame por teléfono al número que figura en todos lados y nunca contestaron. Tuve que a esa hora de la noche salir a buscar un hotel, siendo que estaban todos ocupados, terminé durmiendo en un hostel compartiendo con 6 personas más. Se contactaron conmigo recien al día siguiente a las 11 am para decirme que me ponga en contacto con ellos. Les conteste que exigía que me reintegren el dinero de su hotel mas el del hostel que debí buscar a última hora, y no respondieron más. Únicamente me devolvieron lo del hospedaje. Me parece una falta de respeto y desinterés.

Poca neteja (a la paperera hi havia la brossa dels anteriors hostes), que no hi hagi recepció, no hi ha ascensor, tovalloles aspres, no funciona bé la calefacció

LA HABITACIÓN ES ESPACIOSA Y EL CHECK-IN SE REALIZA CÓMODAMENTE SIGUIENDO LAS INSTRUCCIONES DADAS PREVIAMENTE A TU LLEGADA
ENCONTRAMOS EL APARTAMENTO SUCIO, EL SUELO LLENO DE SUCIEDAD, EL LAVABO IGUAL Y A UNA DE LAS CAMAS NO SE LE HABÍAN CAMBIADO LAS SÁBANAS DEL ÚLTIMO HUÉSPED PUES ESTABAN MANCHADAS Y USADAS.
TAMBIÉN NOS FALTARON TOALLAS PARA UNO DE LOS HUÉSPEDES
RECLAMAMOS Y VINIERON A CAMBIAR LAS SÁBANAS PERO NI LIMPIARON, NI NOS DEJARON EL JUEGO COMPLETO DE TOALLAS

Overall a good place! Perfect location in town. Clean and comfortable. We experienced the check-in very easy even though there was no staff at the hostel, we got good instructions via Booking.com.
Sadly the place is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper you will struggle. You hear the other guests coming and going, the neighbours TV and snoring in the houses next door and the church bells all night.
Also no fan in the room even though hot summer days.

Comfy beds, quirky decor. Everything spotlessly clean, nice to have a proper kitchen. Good location in the centre of La Massana, near lots of great hiking routes.
Bit weird not having staff on site, but luckily everything seemed to work OK! Could do with some bigger mugs in the kitchen (little coffee cups don't cut it when you want a proper cup of tea!).

It was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was really new and with an amazing shower.
There was no soap and my nightlamp was broken. If there would have been a reception you could tell that someone but if nobody is in charge it's a bit hard.

Quite strange communication with the person who runs this place. Kitchen well equipped. However, common area not spacious enough. Few times I had to wait to get a chair and have a meal

Great hostel, the room was lovely with a nice spacious bathroom. I stayed in the 6 bed dormitory, the decor and style is nice. You have lockable storage under the bed. Kitchen is alright, enough equipment. The hostel is a short walk from the lift to the ski resort. The Wi-Fi is good.
The rubbish bin in the kitchen was limited. There was a space for organic waste, glass and plastic but not for paper and general rubbish.

Excellent hostel. Very clean and comfortable facilities. Good mattress, good wifi. Very well stocked kitchen. Pleasant common area with a comfy couch and even a PlayStation for good ol' fun with other guests. Water pressure in the shower was great. The place feels cosy and I liked that it's relatively small with not too many rooms/guests. Bed linen was soft and clean, pleasant to sleep in. There is a supermarket only 3-minutes walk away - super convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much!
A couple of things can be improved in the dorm. First, the numbered hooks in the bathroom to hang towels do not allow the towels to dry properly. After my evening shower, I noticed my towel was still wet from the morning shower - very unpleasant (and smelly too). There is enough room in the huge bathroom to install a metal bar for everyone (maybe with clips to properly hang the towel). Second thing: I don't really like the locker system under the bed. It's a bit noisy when others are asleep, it's not convenient and it's not safe enough as anybody can lift the mattress and reach through the wooden slats. These are suggestions for minor improvements, because other than that It's a great hostel...

The location of the hostel was beautiful, and overall the decoration and renovation of the hostel is great.
There was no one at the reception to speak to as there was a party happening in the hostel and the top room, and we were disturbed until 4 am because of the drunk, rude guests.
