The house was clean and well maintained. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The kids loved the arcade table and playing on the large screened in porch.

We loved this property for our family of 5. The new backyard deck is awesome and it being fully screened in is a major plus. It’s a good location for going to either Lake Ouachita or Hamilton and not far from Hot Springs itself. Recommend!

If your looking for something right on the water and right outside of hot spring this is your place 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds this place has it all to where yiu won't have to leave to have fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room and nearly every detail or need is already thoughtfully provided. Adults loved the porches, kids loved the vintage video game, and we all loved the swimming and fishing dock. A little dark in the kitchen and living areas for cooking and reading but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Location is a little farther out but this proved to be a plus as we didn’t want to leave and go back and forth to Hot Springs a lot anyway - we came to chill and this house was perfect!

Nice place to visit Hot Springs
Nice comfortable home. Nicely decorated and great views of the water. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with the basic necessities. It was very comfortable and well suited for the whole family to rest and have fun. We all had fun playing the arcade game. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The only drawbacks are it’s 30 minutes from Hot Springs, and not a great swimming spot.

Family Get-away
We all had a great time! The lakehouse is beautiful and well kept. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The vintage arcade game was a big hit! Swimming, fishing, kayaking, & fire pit on/from the dock was wonderful. Thank you, Chad! 😃

Great property! Very clean. Tons of small decor details throughout that make it cozy. Comfortable seating. Response time was very prompt from owner. Very flexible with early check in and late check out bc there weren't any reservations bumped up to ours. Looks just as expected from the video in the listing. Tons of things in the kitchen to accommodate cooking. Some yard games are there for use. Cornhole, horseshoes, a hammock. Nice grill. Property is a little far out in a more rural/off the beaten path area. No concern for safety. We just planned all of our "in-town" activities on one day, and stayed and enjoyed the lake and house on the other days. Be careful for wildlife/deers if traveling to or from the home at night. We had quite a few that crossed in front if our vehicles. Overall great property and owner was a great host!

Tranquil Stay on the Lake
Quiet vacation stay in a beautiful home with nature all around. House was beyond well stocked & spotlessly clean. Far better than the photos or video and the owners we quick to respond to our questions. We will be back!!

Great weekend!
We stayed here for an extended weekend in November. The property is very nice and well stocked. The beds are super comfortable and we were well rested the entire time. Chad is likely the absolute best communicator of any place we've ever stayed! Chad answers any questions quickly so don't hesitate to ask. The Hot Springs area is quite beautiful. We went on two hikes and also hired a local photographer to take family photos. All in all, a great weekend!

Our daughter and SIL stayed with us for the weekend but we were here all week.
This was a comfortable place for the 4 of us. The jack and Jill bath made it easy to find an unoccupied toilet. The kitchen is spacious and had all of the equipment we needed.
We made s’mores on the fire pit and chilled by the lake and cooked steaks in the grill. We sat in the swinging chair in the sun room to watch boats passing on the main channel.
We enjoyed hiking at Oachita State Park and went twice to Garvan Gardens-once to view the gardens and once to hike the nature preserve. Definitely worth going to any time if the year!

Enjoyed our stay so much. The home was exactly like the video. We had picked our rooms before we left. Connected with family on the dock.

Had a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying family!! Swimming off the pier during the day and roasting marshmallows in the evening while the kids fished off the pier were the highlights of our trip. Great vacation!!

Better than expected
The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The only negative I have is the outside garbage can on the deck was full of beer cans upon our arrival. The lighting could be better as it is very dim inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property! It was updated, comfortable, and close to whatever you need! It was also gorgeous! I had a little mishap on the last day and the owner was super nice! I would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing & peaceful! House is so cute. Plenty of room. Fire pit on dock was the best! We swam and kayaked every day! Good fishing too! This is our 2nd time at this home. We look forward to next Year!

Mornings on the deck are amazing on this quiet cove, had a few small problems but they were adressed promptly by the owner.
