We have stayed at Westwind every spring for the last 25 years and over all have been please. This experience was not as good. Not bad, just not what we are used to. The condo had undergone some maintenance, which had included painting. They called us before to tell us that one bed in the guest bedroom was not functional, which was okay since we only got the two bedroom for the extra bathroom and bath. When we arrived the room did smell like fresh paint. The TV's were not hooked up properly and the wiring was very confusing. The plugs in both bathrooms were not functioning. We called Vacation Haven and, to their credit, they had someone out to fix both issues. They attempted to walk me through hooking up the TV's but having paid over $2,000 for the room, I didn't think I should have to deal with it. After they fixed those issues we discovered that the dryer, worked sometimes and made an outrages noise, like it was going to break down anytime. Also the king size bed in the master bedroom was not put together properly. We didn't use the dryer a lot and the bed was sleepable, so we didn't call. Overall it was just okay, not what we have been used to in the past.

We love Westwinds and its location. The condo is very nice. We were not happy that before we even got there that we were told we would not be able to rent that condo in 2025 unless we would rent it for 3 months. Someone else wanted it for February and March. We were told someone would contact us about finding another condo for us in 2025. No one ever contacted us about finding another one! Very disappointing!

We loved the location facing the ocean and on the west side of the building…it’s in a hallway by itself, so was very quiet! Condo had pretty much what we needed for the week and our only complaints are the veryyyy squeaky loud beds in both bedrooms and the lack of lighting in the main bathroom. It is definitely nothing fancy, but clean and laid out well…would stay again with new beds:).

This will be my 4th time using MyVacationHaven to book our vacation stay, and they've never let me down. This specific condo has its own private wing and it was secluded from the rest of the condos. The beds were soft and the kitchen was very nice. The view was amazing. I had no complaints about my stay!

For $700 a night including all the fees, was not impressed with unit. It was old and not updated. There was mold in master shower all on the ceiling, 2 lights in bathroom were dim and going out, furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. Then on top of that we pay a cleaning fee, but have to start a load of dishes, start a load of laundry, take out all the trash and clean up before we leave. We love Westwinds and will come back, just not this unit.

We had an awesome vacation and really enjoyed the property location and condo. The only downfall to this condo is that the beds in the two bedrooms are extremely noisy. They make lots of noise when sleeping with any movement and seem to need to be updated. Other than that the condo is perfect.

We love Westwinds and have stayed in several units over the years. This unit moved to the top of our list! The views are spectacular, and we loved the sunsets over the ocean this time of year. The unit was very clean, and the grounds are perfectly maintained. Communication was good via text or app, and everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. We look forward to our next visit!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. A few suggestions though. You need to have some pot holders, a cutting board, and at least one cookie sheet in the kitchen. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the queen made a lot of noise when you would move. But, overall, highly recommended and hope to be back.

We loved our stay...the only thing I would suggest is the unit should have more supplies for guest. We had to purchase dish soap, toilet paper and kitchen trash bags. Other than that the view was wonderful...the beach was amazing so was the pool area. We definitely will book again.

The AC unit broke and flooded our unit the night before our stay. The management company didn't inform us of this until approximately 2:00PM on the day of check in. Check in was 4:00PM. We were 3/4 of the way there. They then gave us the choice of a full refund, or stay in another unit that didn't have an ocean view.. We had to move 3 times before our original unit was ready. I understand that the flood wasn't in their control, but we should have been notified what was going on when it happened, not when we were 2 hours away from our destination in an 8 hr drive. They then only refunded us the difference between the ocean view condo and the the condos we actually stayed in, instead of refunding us for the 4 days we couldn't stay in the ocean view condo. Those units would have been empty anyway. That would have been a nice gesture to offset our frustration of having to move 3 times.

Condo was great. It was clean, you had an ocean view from the balcony, getting to and from the ocean was easy. Check in and check out was very easy. Having the app with all the codes and being able to share the app with other people in the condo was very convenient.

The condominium was awesome ,our stay was relaxing close to everything. The only thing I had a problem with was the dishes in the condo were dirty the cleaning staff need to make sure the dishes are clean. And we didn’t have the correct bracelets required to access the property.

Wonderful venue for a perfect family vacation!
Our family enjoyed a beautiful family vacation at this well appointed, clean condo right on the beach but with a wonderful private pool as well. The snack bar was a welcomed addition.. Being able to walk down the beach to a restaurant was an added surprise! Location of this condo was perfect! We will be back!

We would come back to this condo
We really enjoyed the space and decor. The guest bedroom doesnt cool down as to the rest of the condo and the bed is very uncomfortable. Did I mention....very uncomfortable. The owners need to consider getting a new bed in the guest room and it is very squeaky. I would like to use this condo again but my husband wont stsy there again unless they get a new bed.

Property Management needs improvement dealing with customers .
Experiencing the same issue many years in the row. We really like the location and the property. However the Property Management puts no effort to assist and resolve any customers requests. Even a team manager - Hunter puts a client as a low priority and a client satisfaction as not important. Very difficult time communicating, broken promises and simply not returning the calls. Probably the worst experience we had in the past.
