Loved that we could walk to beach and general store.

Loved the whole experience. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. We especially loved the combo tv and old school VCR. So fun to watch movies the old fashioned way. Thanks for making a birthday feel special!

I have stay here several times. Nice simple place to stay. The 2 bedrooms gives you space for privacy to get a good night sleep. You can see the ocean from the dining room table.

The cottage was small, but it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is a clean, cozy cabin, close to the beach.

Walking distance to the beach

We had a really nice stay & will consider coming back. I think it’s very important to let guests know to be careful opening the front door in windy conditions. The wind blew the pilot light out for the furnace. The property manager was here within a few minutes to relight it so that was awesome!! Thank you!!

We came to have a short getaway from the stresses of our day-to-day routine.Started off as a great little location ran out of propane in the middle of the night on night too… Had no propane in the morning. Could not cook breakfast or take warm showers. Property communication was not willing to work with us. Will not book with this agency again. Unfortunately because we really love Dillons beach and this could’ve been a great property. The unwillingness of the property manager in working with us to make accommodations due to no propane in the last morning was very unfortunate.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at The Cabin at Dillon Beach. The place suited our needs perfectly and is situated with a lovely view of the coast and short walk to the general store and beach. It was a perfect get-away for us!

It's true you are just steps to the beach from this sweet little cabin. You can see and hear the ocean too! The house is well appointed and comfortable. Everything I needed for a ocean getaway.

This is a great cabin, I have rented several times. You can’t beat a place walking distance to the beach. It’s always clean, bright and beds are comfy cozy.

Great location to walk to beach and general store. I came on a Sunday and stayed through Wednesday. It would have been nice to know in advance that the sole restaurant in town is only open on weekends. I was pretty stressed prior to leaving and did not have time to do my usual due diligence of these things. The general store kept me nourished with cheese and salami and canned wine on the first night when I arrived too late to eat at the restaurant. Otherwise, I had a great time exploring the gorgeous coastline in Sonoma and Tomales Bay in Marin. And on the one rainy day, I found that Petaluma was not a far drive and I enjoyed walking around the downtown part. I did not use the adjacent studio and thought the placement of bunk beds near the bathroom entrance was a little weird (not sure kids would enjoy) but the cabin was fine for me and had everything that it advertised. The sticky kitchen cabinets reminded me of my old apartment in Oakland. I would not hesitate to rent this property again if I were to return to the area.

The property manager was very attentive in answering any questions and returning calls. We love this property as it was close to the beach. We could be gone all day by packing our lunches and grabbing our chairs. It was perfect to have a detached bedroom so we could all sleep well. I already booked the beach house again for late October.

It is a cute old house but needs quite a bit of work such as replacing the screens, replacing hose sprayer and replacing uncomfortable/squeaky bed. Cute neighborhood. Overall, pretty good

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint beach house in the Village. We walked to very dog friendly Dillon Beach every day with our OES Boomer who loved it. Linda was a terrific host. Highly recommend it for anyone heading to Dillon Beach. Thank you Linda!

The property is supposed to be dog friendly but the back yard grass/weeds was not cut and it was full of foxtails. The window blinds didn’t match and some were broken. The BBQ was dirty and rusty. The outside paint was peeling, rust was showing and wood slats were missing. Service fees were more than the rental fees and it was too expedited what it is. The property needs some maintenance and love.

From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. But once you go inside, you are welcomed to a cozy little cabin. It met our needs for a sister weekend (2 of us) perfectly. Although it shows signs of wear and tear, it was clean, quiet, well stocked and an easy 5 min. walk down to the beach. Thanks for a great little place to spend our vacation!

Clean, rustic old beach-type cottage with small rooms. Little slice of ocean view. Calm street, bluff and beach walks a few short blocks away. Kind of chilly with fog and wind, but gas heater works. Kitchen basics are stocked. Backyard is sad, could be so much nicer with a little TLC. I didn’t use separate small building, only main house. Thank you.

The property had a very homely, rustic feel to it that reminded me of when I lived in Santa Cruz. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Definitely affordable, too. It’s an easy walk to the beach, has everything you need to cook your own food or barbecue. Definitely planning on staying at this property again!

Loved the eclectic neighborhood so close to the beach. Loved the preserved cabin which suits our taste. Master bed was super comfy. Kitchen fully equipped. BBQ might need to be cleaned or replaced. Overall very satisfied.

It's small as described, but actually bigger and cleaner than I expected. A few issues with check-in and the cabin being ready for us, but the actual experience of staying here was very pleasant.

I thought maybe this place might be too small but it was just right! The kids enjoyed having their own space. There was so much character and everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. The location was great - walked to beach and store. Owner was responsive. Kitchen had what we needed. We would definitely stay again!
