Adorabile casa sulla spiaggia decorata professionalmente a pochi passi dalla sabbia, a sole due case dalla spiaggia! Due camere da letto più soppalco e 2 1/2 bagni. Pavimenti in legno al piano di sotto con camino! Tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e cucina completamente attrezzata. Lussureggiante patio con barbecue. Ristrutturato di recente con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
Mandalay Beach è una meravigliosa e tranquilla spiaggia di sabbia bianca perfetta per il divertimento in famiglia o per le coppie in cerca di un rifugio. Goditi gli sport sull'oceano e prendi in prestito le boogie board, le sdraio e l'ombrello che ti abbiamo fornito. Quando hai finito in spiaggia, risciacqua nella calda doccia esterna nel nostro cortile privato. Questa proprietà è stata recentemente ristrutturata con mobili di qualità in un tema cottage sulla spiaggia.
Goditi il vicino porto delle Isole del Canale e fai whale watching, paddle boarding o kayak sul porto turistico. La domenica al porto troverete un caratteristico mercato degli agricoltori. Inoltre molti bei posti per cenare lungo il porto turistico.

Very cute beachy condo with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Worked perfectly for our family’s needs. We come to Oxnard Shores every year and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

This house is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the beach that's just a few short minutes walks away was quiet and not crowded at all.
The location to the beach is not all that this place has to offer. Its a short drive to grocery and retail shopping, restaurants, and even parks. Its also a quick and easy drive to Ventura Harbor if you need to catch a boat to Channel Islands National Park like we did.
Communicating with the host was easy and they gave us all the information we needed with quick and courteous responses.
I literally do not have anything bad to say about this place. We already know where we are going to stay next time we come back to explore one of the other Channel Islands.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids and this house was perfect for us. It was well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment, to towels, to laundry supplies. It was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Also, the location was amazing it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and had an awesome back deck where you could rinse off all the sand before going inside. 10/10 would highly recommend for a small family.

Great location 1 block from the public beach access path. This unit is part of a 4-plex and everything was clean with plenty of shower towels, however only 2 beach towels, a bag of beach toys and 2 small boogie boards that didn't have leashes. The neighborhood was quiet, people were friendly, peaceful and relaxing vibe. Parking for one car in the driveway, no garage access, more parking on street. 2 full bathrooms on second floor and a half bath on first floor. Open space between downstairs living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms on second floor and loft bedroom, so sound travels easily throughout and. Beds were medium soft/firm. Plenty of kitchenware. Some outdated features, could use some paint touch-ups throughout for better esthetics, but everything was functional and comfortable. Within 10 minutes of grocery store, gas, restaurants. We would stay here again.

Quiet area with our own parking. Plenty of cooking equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.). Very close to nice sandy beach. Loft bedroom was a hit for 11 year old.

The entire experience was fantastic. Booking was perfect and instant. Our host was wonderful and was very responsive. Oxnard beaches are amazing. You are literally steps from the Pacific. The unit was decorated very nicely and the beach theme was consistent throughout every room. This place is very CLEAN. Everything worked as it should. We all enjoyed the gas fireplace to add a bit of ambiance. The place has big skylights that give it a light and airy feel. The patio is great for relaxing and having a BBQ. The beds were comfortable, towels soft and water hot! Doesn’t get much better than this. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a very nice house, one minute away from the sea. The beach is very large and very quiet.
It is much nicer than both the outer banks and Delaware.

We enjoyed staying at this property for one week over Christmas holidays. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to the beach with miles of walkable coastline and nearby parks with paved paths also.

Just adorable townhouse, one block from the beach. Extremely clean and delightfully decorated. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and includes MANY kitchen accessories for cooking. Beautiful patio area with fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower for rinsing sandy feet!
Communication with Erica (owner) was excellent. She gave prompt responses for any questions that we had.
I can only highly recommend this VRBO listing. It was our first time using VRBO and we were not sure what we would be getting. This property was beyond our expectations. We will be renting this same property again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our Oxnard beach getaway! Staying across the street from the ocean was the perfect spot. The property allowed for plenty of space and all the amenities we could need. We will definitely recommend this location to family and friends!

We had a good stay at this place. Kids enjoyed walking to the beach and climbing the ladder up to the loft. It was very hot in the evenings (no AC; rely on fans and open windows) on the second floor but cooled off during the night.

Beach house vacation
Our family of four stayed at this lovely beach home. The location just can’t be beat. It was so close to the ocean beach, we even allowed our teenagers to walk over on there own. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. It was pretty warm in the home, even with the loft air unit. We rented Ebikes from Embassy Suites and rode around the nice neighborhood area. There are lot’s of food options. We had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone!

Family Beach Getaway
Excellent house for families looking to spend time at the beach. House was clean and well maintained. The patio shower was great to rinse off the sand. Only real complaint was that there is no AC and the house does warm up. Plenty of fans in the house but AC would have been nice. Host made check-I and out a breeze and was quick to respeto our question. Will stay here again.

True Beach Getaway!
This property and owner are top notch. The outside of the building isn't anything to look at, but inside is one HECK of a hidden gem. The condo is immaculately clean (esp during Covid this is essential and we felt safe), everything feels rather new, not old and used, and it is decorated in every room with so many details reminding you that you are NOT at home, but on a getaway...seahorses, sea stars and sand dollars oh my! It could be in an interior design magazine. All the creature comforts of home were there, and then some. This owner is thoughtful and provides everything you need to be comfortable. The back patio entrance is divine for serious beach goers where you could rinse off sand in the outdoor warm water shower and lay things to dry in privacy. Although we brought our own, there were beach chairs, beach towels, boogies boards and sand toys to borrow. There is a sweet tar removal kit that can sometimes be needed on so cal beaches, just so much care into making out stay pleasant. The layout allows some time for grown ups to relax after putting kids to bed. Our boys especially loved the loft area. Check in and check out was seemless, and owner responded with any questions we had, which there weren't many. This rental gets an A++ from us!
