House was great - super clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and well stocked. 4 adults were here for a weekend and the good weather allowed us to enjoy the deck. Appreciated the AC if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. Each room came with an AC, and smart TV with tons of streaming options. The home is also convenient located next to a golf course and various beaches, and very reasonably priced.
It also came with a nice spaceous backyard and deck, perfect for grilling and chilling. However, it was a bum that we could not use the grill because the propane was out.

I would recommend this home. The inside has everything you need. Was very happy with the layout of the home. Very cozy! We really liked being close to Chatham, Pleasant Bay boating area and Brewster. Very affordable but with quality furniture and design inside ! We would stay here again!

This house was centrally located in Cape Cod which made it easy to get to all the spots we planned to see. Short drive to beaches, grocery etc. Air conditioning was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable! We had everything we needed!

Had a few technical kinks in the beginning, but Vacasa did what they could to make things right. The description of the rental had advertised a king, a queen, and a twin, but the queen is actually a double and was not able to hold the two adults we had planned on using it for...which required us to relocate one guest to the couch for the entire stay. Some issues with the linens required some effort to get sorted on day one, but were ultimately resolved with apologies.
Outside those issues, the cottage is lovely, perfectly located, and plenty spacious to entertain a family! It feels very Cape Cod inside and out, nice roomy living room and a comfortable kitchen. Showering facilities are easy to use, the bathroom is comfortable, and the overall environment is neat and clean. TVs and games are a nice aside if you need a down day, great food to be had all around - almost every meal we ate was takeout! Close proximity to supermarket, drug store, coffee. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We were bothered by the serious stench of urine in the house, especially when in the living room and the kitchen. The house had also not been aired out in quite some time, and you could tell from the damp, moist smell that hit us when we first opened the door. The smell of bleach spray seemed to be masking a mold problem. A lot of the windows had cobwebs and spiders behind the blinds. Had we known about this in advance, we would NOT have booked this location. We would also have appreciated a bit more clear instructions about trash pick-up, laundry, etc. The location was decent to Cape Cod destinations.

Loved this house! Bedrooms for everyone easily plus there is a trundle bed in the room with the single. The living room is a great hang room and the porch is lovely as well. Also, the outdoor shower was a nice touch! Would definitely come back and stay here as the house was terrific and in a great location!

Great house. Very clean, modern and attractive.
We have stayed here before and it is well decorated and clean. However, the dryer in the basement doesn't work well at all. I tried it twice and it did not dry my clothes. Also the bed in the largest room with the TV is so high you needed something to help climb onto it. A stool of some kind would help a great deal.

Clean, Update and Nice neighborhood
My family and I stayed at the Harwich house and had a wonderful time. The smell of home’s cleanliness filled the house as soon as we walked in. The house is beautifully updated and cozy with a fully stocked kitchen (dinnerware, cups, some spices, etc). The neighbors were even friendly as some waved at my family and I. The view of the golf course behind the home was beautiful. Short ride to beaches, shopping and other amenities. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect Weekend Trip
This place is pure relaxation before you even get there. Booking this house was simple and check out was done with the click of a button. When walking in you can smell the crisp clean linens and towels awaiting you. The simple touch of trash bags/dishwasher detergent/ dishwashing liquid and soaps provided was great!! The house was the perfect setup for an electronics free weekend away with the family ( teenagers approved). The endless channels available was perfect for finding a family movie!!!

Great secluded getaway
The rental is in a quiet neighborhood on enough property that we could be outside without worrying about masks. Walkable area although sparse sidewalks. Very convenient grocery stores (and yarn shop) nearby for longer stays. The creakiness of the house is the only sound at night.

This house was perfect for our family while in town attending a wedding at the Winslow Estate! It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. We would definitely recommend!

Very nice stay in Harwich. A few notes, the location is very convenient in the sense that you can easily and quickly drive to Chatham, the national seashore beaches, and other fun spots, however there isn't much you can walk to (or easily bike on roads that would be ok for kids). This was great for us but depends on preference.The house was very clean and just like the pictures. Everything had been updated recently and we had no issues. The grill worked great. The kitchen is pretty well stocked although if there's a specific item you need you may want to bring it.The house doesn't have beach chairs so you need to bring your own. It also didn't have a beach pass but there are many good beaches nearby where you can park for around $20 per day or the national seashore beaches you can park for free with a national parks pass.

House is small but well decorated with almost everything we needed. A good location for us to visit friends in Orleans and Chatham. Several golf courses are nearby.

Nice place to stay
My family stayed here for 4 nights (myself, husband and toddler) overall the house was very nice and we would stay again. Lots of towels were provided (beach and bath) as well as linens. The bathroom was very large, definitely a plus for us. It was also nice to be able to control the AC temp for each room individual. The couch is huge and very comfortable. Very large flat screen tv as well in the living room.
There are a couple of things that could have been better.
1. We noticed upon arrival there is a sugar ant problem in the kitchen. We know this happens, so maybe put some traps out to get it under control?
2. Although the deck and backyard space were nice, they were littered with cigarette butts and empty packs (maybe from the previous guest? Not sure). My toddler was constantly trying to pick them up while running around.
3. If you plan to cook while here, bring your own cooking spray and paper towels. We used most of the paper towels cleaning up the sugar ants so we had to buy more.

We loved the open plan, small cure house but plenty of seating for everyone. Large deck to sit out and eat. Great view of the golf course and not far from Chatham.

Harwich House
This was such a cute, well decorated and clean cottage style house. It had all the amenities you would need. It was very cozy and felt just like home. We had a very nice Christmas at the Cape, as we were from out of town. Since our son lives at Latham in Brewster, we’ll be back to Harwich House again in the future!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
We really loved how clean the house was. Everything seemed to be brand new and SPOTLESS. We loved grilling burgers on the back deck and ending the night lounging on the oversized super comfortable couch. The beds were all comfortable, too. If you’re looking for a clean place that has everything you could need - this ones for you!

The Harwich House was great! The location was perfect on the elbow of the Cape with easy access to all the little towns. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was very clean and well equipped for our cooking needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!
The house was very clean and well appointed. Everything you would need is there and the location is great. A nice quiet neighborhood out of the way but close to everything. Linnell beach was especially nice and we would recommend The Captains Table in Chatham. Thanks for a great and easy vacation rental!

Great stay
Very nice, newly renovated cottage in East Harwich. Very close to Chatham, Brewster, Orleans-easy to get to all of them. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and nicely designed. All new appliances. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals with lots of dishes, glassware and silverware. Large, new TV with lots of access to streaming video. New grill and large deck outside were great to use, even in winter. We extended our visit twice. Would definitely recommend.
