We had a great stay in Steamboat recently. We were centrally located and had everything we needed at the house. The flexibility to dine indoors or out was really great, let alone we could get a few mean games of cards going in multiple locations.
Jon, the local manager, was great and helpful as we navigated check-in and our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat and Cimarron 14 was the perfect place to stay. The small enclave of homes was really nice with a great pool. This unit had a beautiful view of the mountains from deck and we enjoyed using our outdoor area as well as the community pool. Nice little market within walking distance was handy for snack and beverage runs. Attentive property manager, clean, well-stocked and in great overall condition. Would definitely book again.

We had a large family of 13 that enjoyed the high quality accommodations and proximity to the base area. Everyone indicated they would return and appreciated the friendliness of other guests and the quietness of the community. No doubt the mountain views were spectacular and we were able to watch a high tech 4th of July drone show from the balcony. The pool area was relaxing and the deck on the hot tub was used frequently. We have stayed in numerous residences in Steamboat over the past 25 years and this was by far the newest and most luxurious.

It’s no wonder that everyone rates this property at 5 stars. The place was clean and fully stocked. The game room was a ton of fun. Great location. The host and property manager were great communicators.

My family and I had a wonderful ski vacation while staying at this property: it has five legitimate bedrooms with queen or king size beds, a large stone fireplace with a view of the mountains, a hot tub on the balcony, and an unusually well stocked kitchen. Even though 20 years old, this condo has been very well maintained. And perhaps best of all, the shuttle to the mountain or returning home was never more than a 10 minute wait.

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an incredible time. The views were amazing. The home is in a great location. We were blessed with lots of snow while there, which made it even more perfect.
The house had plenty of room for all without feeling crowded. It was well stocked, and super warm and cozy. The house had everything we needed. Such a great place to come home to after a cold day on the slopes. The kids loved the hot tub and game room and thought swimming in the community pool while it snowed was a blast.
We really appreciated the on-demand shuttle. It made getting around a breeze. Jon, the property manager, is the best. He was full of good information and quick to respond. Check in was smooth. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Family reunion 13 total in our group. Everyone had a bed, everyone was entertained loved the game loft hot tup and pool. Had a great time hiking, floating, and relaxing. Thanks Jon for great suggestion for dinner.

The ten of us ages 21-85 chose this area and this great home to gather to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary.
Everyone heartily agreed this was the perfect place for us as we came from NY, LA, CO, and IL for this event. The home was well stocked and provided great entertainment including a large hot tub and fun games. Our family took turns fixing suppers and the kitchen worked well for that. Various members took advantage of the hiking sites, tennis, golf, and just lounging on the deck. The house manager, Jon, greeted us and answered all of our questions. This is more than a 5 star facility!!

We were a family of 9 here for a wedding. The property is exactly as listed. Check in was smooth and easy. The house is fully loaded with everything you would need. Short walk to everything- View of the gondolas is super fun! Thank you so much for an excellent and memoriable stay!! We all loved it!

My husband and I, 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren spent a glorious week in this house in Steamboat. The set up was perfect-space for everyone!
John McClure was on site for our arrival- a great resource all week.
We skied Steamboat - and the private shuttle was amazing. We were able to board the shuttle at the driveway and never deal with parking!
I used Baby Away for renting cribs and high chairs. I highly recommend them. Fridge Fillers (Marge) did the shopping so that the house was stocked with food upon our arrival. I also highly recommend them!
All in all, the house was fabulous and we would definitely rent again if we ski Steamboat in the future!

A wonderful and spacious townhome up on the hill. An easy walk to the hill and super convenient shuttle service right to your door. Property Manager Jon was very helpful and thorough with walk thru instructions & communication. Highly Recommend! It’s even grander than the pictures show.

This property was absolutely perfect for our holiday vacation. We absolutely love Steamboat and try to visit every year, this property was so perfect for our 2 families, 8 of us total. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for everyone, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the view is amazing. We skied every day and the hot tub was a favorite at the end of the day! The kids and adults loved the game room, it really brought us all together. None of us watched tv while we were there as there were too many other things to keep us entertained. We used the shuttle the first 2 days to get to the ski slopes but then quickly realized that the path was so quick and easy to take, we walked every day, approx 5-7 min. The shuttle was perfect at night to take us to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. We mainly cooked all meals in the condo, it worked out great. David and Jon were very responsive to all questions and super helpful in planning our week stay. Everything was absolutely perfect and we CANNOT wait to stay in this condo again. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us! Cheers!

We were a group of 3 families staying for a week of skiing at Steamboat. I cannot say enough nice things about this unit and the property manager, Jon. He called me the day we checked in and met us at the condo. He gave us a very thorough tour and explained the shuttle system. He was so helpful and kind. This unit is immaculate and very well taken care of. Plenty of space and beds for our group. The game area upstairs was awesome for the kids and the massage chair was a big hit as well. The private jacuzzi on the patio was fantastic, again very clean and well-maintained. We would definitely return!

Everything was amazing!!! So much open space to hang and relax. I loved the fun we had in the loft with so much fun with bonding with playing pool, shuffle board, and legit classic arcade video games. I want to do it all again!!!

This was our first time to Steamboat and we absolutely fell in love!! The location of the property was fantastic! Close enough to everything and if come in the winter months, a short 5 min walk to the slopes. The house was VERY clean and had plenty of space for our party! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a nice plus! The hot tub was great to come home to after dinner and the pool is literally 30 yards away. John was great on check in and letting us know where we could eat/entertain our kiddos! I highly recommend this property and hope to be back someday!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The owner and property manager were great to work with. Celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday with friends and family....it was great that all had their own bed/bath, kitchen and dining areas were great for dinners in (the kitchen is well stocked!), and the jacuzzi was a hit! Everyone was comfortable and the location is convenient with great views! Can't wait to return! Thank you!

Perfect family vacation place in Steamboat!
Our family of 12 - (9 adults and 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our six-night stay at14 Cimarron Circle! The well-appointed condo was perfect for our combined families with young children on lower floor. The layout of the place, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lots of TV's and great hot tub made for a wonderful get together for our families. The condo is located very near to the slopes and even had a small hill for sledding right outside our door. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our multi family/generation party. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Hot tub and pool were great additions but the game room helped us build memories. Jon, our property manager was available as needed. I highly recommend this house for a large group, has everything you need and more in the kitchen. This home was a perfect fit! 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, provided us all with plenty of room. The cozy kitchen/dining/living room was a perfect spot for us all to gather. The hop lever gave room was a really fun bonus room! Highly recommend this property.

50 anniversary
Property was beautiful Loved everything, —-view, amenities, multiple beds rooms and bathrooms, pool and hot tub. And of course the massage chair! I hope we can use it again sometime.
The only suggestion I would make is to replace some towels and bed spreads that have aged!
