Huge Beautiful Corner Unit in Arapahoe Lodge
Perfetto per le feste estive e lo sci invernale! Oversized 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno con un letto king size, letti a castello e un divano letto. Ampia unità ad angolo soleggiato con un grande ponte e griglia. Proprio in mezzo al fiume Run Village e vicino allo sci e alla vita notturna. Grande piscina riscaldata all'aperto e vasche idromassaggio questo posto ha tutto. Aggiornato e moderno con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e contatori in granito. Negozi e noleggio sci / bici sono appena fuori la tua porta d'ingresso così come l'accesso a festivals e fuochi d'artificio!

Had a wonderful stay as we enjoyed skiing/snowboarding. Great location that is an easy walk to the gondola or Summit Express Chair Lift. The bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa pulls out. We didn’t use the pull out sofa but did see it there. The kitchen is well stocked! We cooked every breakfast and most lunches and half of our dinners in the kitchen. Everything worked great. There are two TV’s (one in living room and one in bedroom) which is nice when with kids. All in all, would absolutely stay again.

Clean property in a great location!
We appreciated Arapahoe Lodge being central to River Run Village and could step right out the door and into the small, bustling town with many shops, restaurants and about a 1/2 block walk to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lift.
The condo itself was clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen (including paper towels and dish/dishwasher soap), and bathroom with clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and small toiletries.
A couple things worth noting: There isn’t a dresser in the bedroom as pictured, but there is a luggage rack, and we also utilized the ironing board in the closet as another luggage rack. There is an underground, heated parking garage you can access with the key card-the height limit is 7’8”, which is good to know. With our Toyota Highlander and Yakima box we had about 4” to spare. Otherwise there are outdoor lots, but cost $25 each overnight. Also worth noting is there is a ski locker with the unit. It’s on the main floor, accessed with key card and then a physical key which is hanging in the unit on a lanyard. The unit itself is accessed via push code/lock. There are also free laundry facilities on each floor, which we really appreciated. Bring your own detergent.
Lastly, although the Arapahoe hot tub is closed down, the Dakota pool and hot tubs (2) were only about 50’ away (also accessed with key card) so no worries!
Overall very accommodating for our family of 4, a great trip and would definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family. Very clean and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location was great too, right next to the ski rentals and a short walk to the gondola. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

The only negative is that the Lodge’s hot tub is broken for the entire winter season. This would have been a deal breaker for us when booking as we thought we were booking a property with a hot tub.

Perfect location close to everything to include the lifts. Perfect size for four, I think 6 would be a stretch with luggage. Good kitchen with everything you need to cook. My wife wanted to add that if you need a blow dryer, make sure you bring one. All in all it was great for our family for the week of skiing.

Overall, this property was clean and in a lovely location. Walkable to everything. Unfortunately, all along the hallway of the second floor, the ceiling lights flash like strobe lights. Apparently, this has been an issue since storm last year. When you’re out for the night and your door is closed the gap in the bottom of the door is a constant flashing strobe light. I felt like I was in the movie the shining walking down the hallway. The light right outside our door was a constant strobe light. The hair dryer did not work. Most disappointing was the hot tub and pool are not working for the winter season. They do allow you to go next door to the neighboring property to use their hot tub and pool. It’s definitely inconvenient and would have been nice to know prior to booking. Be sure to read parking instructions. There is a highlighted area in your instructions to print a parking pass. I did not see that before I left. The underground parking garage says your car will be towed. I was told to write down our room number on a piece of paper and keep on the dash. I did that and my car was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the living space was very cozy and inviting.

Everything was as listed. We had a girls weekend while visiting my oldest who attends CU-Boulder. We loved having the bunk beds in the same room so it was like a sleepover! The condo was great, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. My only suggestion would be to add another mirror (only one in the bathroom) and when you have several girls getting ready, that was inconvenient.

Everything was great about the property!
There were some check-in problems where expired keycards were left in the indicated lockbox. Turns out, there was a second lockbox with the updated keys, which was discovered after a phone call with the host.
Once that was sorted out, we really enjoyed our time in Keystone.

Absolutely great for the two of us! We enjoyed our stay very much. Oliver was responsive and helpful. Only little things we noticed were not enough drinking glasses, had to change a couple of lightbulbs. A bit of difficulty finding the right door with the lockboxes.

The location of this condo can not be beat if being able to walk to and from the gondola/ski school etc is important to you. The living area size is also much bigger than other 1 bedrooms which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Had several prior trips to Keystone, I stayed in several different condos in the last few years at river run, and this condo was one of the best.
Had a three night stay, the condo was great, just as described in the photos, comfortable beds, very close proximity to the gondola. The couches are comfortable, the cooking utensils worked very well for homemade meals.
Oliver was very responsive, when messaged in the evening regarding obtaining an extra set of key cards for the building, as well as addressing a poorly functional drain in the shower, everything was taken care of by the next morning, would certainly stay here again.

Parking and location were clutch during Spring Break. Located right above the grocery store. Right in the village but also close walk to some local spots outside the village. Basically ski in/ski out if you don't mind a short walk. Unit was clean, modern and well stocked. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place with great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space in the main living area and nice big dining room table. Location is right across from Nordiski and adult ski school. Easy walk to lifts and right next to the general store. Only drawback was limited food containers and no hot pads to place dishes on.

We loved the comfort of the living area. Nice decor and great lounge sofa! We slept great in the bed. Only negative was the noise from below. There are now Mountain View’s because it is right over the plaza and a restaurant. Hot tubs were great!

Good location and cozy spot
We loved our night here, everything was clean. The advertised sofa couch is broken and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up needing to move the sleeper mattress to the floor and the blankets provided were a little small.

Attended a wedding!
This location was perfect for us as we attended a wedding at the top of the mountain. We were able to access all that Keystone provided, the main street, the gondola, as the proximity was perfect. The unit was large and spacious for 4 adults. Accessing the building was easy and quick as well, we had no issues with it. Thanks you Oliver for your immediate response with questions we had!! It was a wonderful night away & I will be keeping this unit on our favorites list!!

Great location, nice modern place
We enjoyed the amenities and the beautiful balcony. Key cards are kind of messed up. We kept getting locked out of our building and had difficulty getting in. Oliver was easy to contact and he did his best to help us out, though there is no management on site.
