My sister (from Missouri) and I (from Georgia) meet for a week vacation every year. This year we decided to stay in Indian Shores, where we had previously stayed. Although we had always chosen nice places, this condo was beautiful. It was very quiet and very accessible to everything. It was very clean and had a sunny and cheerful feeling. The kitchen had all necessary utensils. It also had beach towels and chairs. Communication with Mila was great. Our stay was wonderful and we will be staying there again.Thank you Mila!

Mila's home was even better than described. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the apartment and the overall accommodations, grounds of the property, pool, closeness to the beach. Everyone we met was lovely. It was a great long weekend, we will definitely be back!

My family and I had the best time at Barefoot Beach Resort. It had everything I was looking for: easy beach access, pool, and vibrant beach decor! It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay to make it our home away from home! The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Every thing was excellent! Hosts was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen is very well equipped. Clean and located across the street from an excellent beach. Will definitely recommend this property and return again.

The condo was exactly as explained. Such a beautiful place inside and out. We were right on the ICW and across the street from the beach. Mila was very nice and very accommodating. It was really nice to have beach chairs for our use. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed and furniture was very comfy! We will definitely be back!

This Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was very close and opened right onto intercostal waterway. We just had to walk across the street for beach access. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice. There were enough paper products for us to make it through the week without purchasing anymore. We like more of the “old Florida” kind of feel and Indian Shores was just perfect.

The location is great. Beach, coffee, high end and, less than that, places for dinner/cocktail within an easy walk. But the unit is awesome! Clean, well appointed (I have never seen a French press in a VRBO before!) and obviously cared for. Communication with the owner perfect.

Milas place is gorgeous. Had all the start up necessities that we did not have to run for. On one side you have the bay for sunrise across the street gulf for sunset. Best of both worlds. Salt rock grill a must and the coffee shop right up the street is the bomb. Will definitely teturn.

This condo was perfect for our week stay at Indian Shores. The complex was quiet and well lit for safety. The pool was a short walk from the front door and the beach access was just a short walk across the street. The property owner was very prompt when contacted. We had zero issues with check in or check out. We hope to return to the area again next year.

Stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 and enjoyed every minute. We wanted to be within walking distance to the beach and have a clean space to rest without breaking the bank, and this met our needs.

From start to finish, our high expectations were met. Unit was exactly as advertised and then some. A bottle of wine plus an abundance of towels, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent etc. It was very easy to use the on floor laundry. Complex was very well kept with nice landscaping. Highly recommend!

It is unfortunate that we did not get to stay at the property because of hurricane Ian. However I do want to rate the host as I would give them a big F-. Poor communication, cancelled our stay without our knowledge and applied for a hurricane disaster refund 2 days before we tried to contact them, but failed to tell us they did so. The host never even gave us a courtesy reply or a thank you for renting from them. Clearly shows the host is in it for the money and could care less about their clients. I had to email the CEO directly to get our Money back because the host wasn't going to, even though they had already received a refund from vrbo.

We had a great experience at this property. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We enjoyed the complimentary beach toys. This was amazing that they were there and we didn’t have to pack them. The beach was beautiful. It is a quiet beach area which was wonderful for our family. The pool was really nice as well. It was very peaceful. The condo was cozy and gave us all the beach feels for our vacation. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again.

The only improvement I have is to provide more toiletries and trash bags or let your customers know that they need to provide them.

The resort was very clean and inviting, very close to the beach (just across Gulf Boulevard), great pool area and quiet. The condo itself was roomy for us, but it was not very clean. There was dry cereal in the pull-out sofa, the floors were not clean, the ice-maker had frozen over, and we were only provided 1 small 13-gallon trash bag for the kitchen for the whole 5 days we were there. We also only had 1 (full) roll of toilet paper with several used rolls under the bathroom counter to use up? Never had experienced that before. Also, the TV's only have cable and at night, we could not find any quality programs to watch at all. No Netflix or other streaming services available. But the main issue was the communication issue we had with Mila. She never did send an email prior to our arrival in Indian Shores and as it was getting close to the 4:00 pm check-in time, we began to call and message her. We had to wait for 2 1/2 hours (until 6:30 pm) until we finally received an email with access instructions into the unit. I highly suggest, if you book this unit, that you begin contacting her 12-24 hours prior to arriving to the area to make sure you can access the unit when it is time. Other than that, the area is fantastic, with many places to eat close by and easy to travel around in that area, as well. Barefoot Beach Resort is a wonderful resort.

Quiet condo tucked away in a corner, this place was a pleasant experience all around. The host was friendly and responsive, the place was clean and organized, and the location was minutes away from shopping, food, and the beach. Would recommend!

Everything you need
This property was just as expected from the photos. Nice location, pool, close to many activities. We were there over spring break so there was a bit of noise one night but it was quickly taken care of. Great vacation spot!

One of our best vacations yet!
The condo was spot on! Everything was exactly as it had been advertised. The owner was great to communicate with. Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, you could barely tell. It was a 2 minute walk if that. The heated pool was even closer. Great restaurant and coffee shop within waking distance. The kids have already asked if we can stay there next year! I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat 😊

clean, modern small condo no balcony or patio or view
Well maintained and supplied condo, but windows difficult to open and won't stay open. Comfortable for 2 but would not be for 3 or 4. Price is good for what you get. Great pool. Owner was difficult to communicate with, especially at check in. 12 day stay and only 1 trashliner, 1paper towels and one roll of TP. Very flimsy dishdrainer that drips onto the counter.Nice stove and refrig. Comfortable king bed.

Relaxing month in Florida
This property is just right for two people . It was clean and ready when we arrived. It has been updated and close to the inter coastal and beach. Our condo location was perfect. We could see the inter coastal water and the pool. Beach was within a short walk less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and stores were close also. Mila our host was available if needed. Hopefully we will be back next year for another relaxing month.
