Perfect location. Easy walk to main beach. Clean. Would sleep 6 comfortably. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing week up in Ogunquit! My family and I truly enjoyed this property. It was within walking distance to EVERYTHING - restaurants, shops, beach. Kirk was great and responded to all of our inquires timely. The only thing I will say is that they put that there was a grill that we could use in the listing, but there was no grill available when we got there. That is a very small gripe that we had. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! The cottage was cozy and met all of our needs!

The cottage had plenty of space for the three of us. So close to town and the beach. You definitely can’t beat that location. We will definitely stay again!

Had a lovely time with my family. Walking distance to center of Ogunquit. The WiFi is spotty but I am not here for the internet. :) The steps going to the 2nd floor is narrow fine for me and my family. But if you have issues with walking up and down stairs this may be difficult for you. we really enjoyed our stay here!

VRBO scared me at one point when the listing wasn’t visible on there site and thought it was a scam. Nick the property manager reassured me and after that smooth sailing. The place is in a great location in town. Easy to walk. The owners are nice guys and have many businesses in town. Try the pizzeria. Great white pizza. The place is cozy and we would stay again.

This was a great cottage and location for our three generations on a beach vacation. Everyone could come and go as they pleased. No need to move the car. We walked to the beach, shopping, the marginal way, and restaurants. We would love to return!

This was a wonderful stay for myself, my husband and two adult daughters. Very convenient as it was within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. The cottage was comfortable and had air conditioning. The only surprise was that the cottage was not a separate structure, it was attached to the owners home. Still cute and plenty of room.

This is a lovely cottage right in the right of downtown Ogunquit where the most enjoyable thing about our stay here was that we never had to use our car as we walked everywhere in town from the beach to Perkins Cove to all the shops and restaurants has to offer.We look forward to our next stay at this great location at a great price.

We felt safe and at ease with letting our boys come and go as they please, because this cottage was right in the middle of EVERYTHING. We hope to come back next year and stay here again.

The owners made sure our stay was very pleasant. We ate at 2 of our favorite restaurants twice that week, La Pizzeria and Hamburger Harry's! Our kids loved the delicious pizza and scrumptious burgers. We are planning to return to Ogunquit next year and we will definitely be reserving this cottage again.

Quaint cottage in the heart of Ogunquit as we really enjoyed parking our car and walking everywhere for the week we stayed. 2 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom on first floor as well as bathroom and very clean. We definitely will rebook this little gem in the village.

Ma famille et moi sommes arrivés le 23 juillet 2011 pour 1 semaine. Dès notre arrivée, Mr Kirk, le responsable nous a donné les informations nécessaires et tout s'est fait simplement et avec facilité. Nous avons apprécié le certificat cadeau de 50$ au restaurant La Pizzéria, appartenant aussi au propriétaire du cottage loué. Le cottage loué est situé à un emplacement idéal, sur la rue principale, à 2 minutes à pieds des boutiques, restos et 5 minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage. Belle terrasse extérieure pour les repas et les déjeuner au soleil ! Vous devez absolument essayer la Pâtisserie tout prêt, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper, elle est bondée de monde et avec raison ! Le proprio est sympathique et loge juste à côté. Le cottage est petit mais pratique. Si je peux faire une proposition constructive au propriétaire serait de passer aux 2 jours pour faire la rotation de nouvelles serviettes et changer les draps. Nous y retournerons !
