This is a nice condo that worked for our short vacation. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans. The current ones are all scratched up. Having the sand toys and nets available was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as it was listed. Everything was clean and neat. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the Flora Bama. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. October is a great time to visit. Not as crowded. We had a minor issue with the TV and called the host at the cell phone number they provided. He called promptly and helped us resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was nicely decorated and updated. We came down for the Eric Church concert and relaxing on the Beach. Being right next to the FloraBama was perfect for a quick lunch then back to the beach for the afternoon. Will definitely look for this unit on our next trip

What an adventure with our family and friends! Phoenix X is definitely a place we’d love to visit again. The lobby staff were friendly and answered all our questions upon arrival and our condo was PERFECT! Charming and updated with all the comforts of home. The beach and view from our balcony was very relaxing and our visits to Florabama were great. It was nice to be able to walk there from the beach. Their bushwackers are the bomb! We definitely plan to return again.

Everything was wonderful except that when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. It took about 3 hours for the cleaning crew to get done with the unit. The contact person Diana was very responsive and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation without any problems.

We sure enjoyed staying in Orange Beach. We would love to re-book for next year. The weather was very nice and water was great for most of our stay. Enjoyed accommodations.

My family was in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. From start to finish the owners were easy to communicate with and responded timely. I would recommend to family and friends and will stay again.

Nice, clean place. They had plenty of kitchen appliances to do our cooking. The tall patio furniture was stressful with my toddler on the deck but the view was amazing. The parking rate was higher than I was told. It was neat to be close to flora bama to hear live music just outside the building.

This is our 5th year coming to Orange Beach and the last 3 times we stayed at Phoenix X. The condo we rented this year was beautiful and perfect location. Decor within condo was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful and too short stay. Property was clean, updated and comfortable. Beautiful views and large balcony! Great to be able to watch the fireworks from our room while we rung in the New Year. Very short walk to the Flora-Bama made it that much more fun!! Diana handle a situation we had with a swift, professional manner. We definitely plan to come back!!

The condo was clean, well supplied and lovely. I consider it a huge plus that the owners were quick to respond and answer questions. I prefer the east end of Orange Beach so being next door to the Flora Bama was.perfect.

Overall, rental was good. Positives: The patio was a great place to watch the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we would ever need. Close to the FloraBama and resturants, grocery stores, etc. , which was perfect. Loved that you could personalize the door code! Negatives: For us, the beds were extremely firm and difficult to sleep on. If you are sensitive to beds, this could be a challenge. Also, the internet/wifi was terrible. Could barely get any access in the living area (came and went) and not at all on the balcony. Had to use our hot spot to sit on the balcony with wifi..
Overall, it worked for a quick weekend getaway.

Absolutely breath taking! Waking every morning to the sound of waves and the sight of dolphins. Perfect walking distance to FloraBama Grill. Nice outdoor/indoor pool areas. Highly recommend for a family get away!

Wonderful Condo
We had a great stay at this wonderful condo. The decor was beautiful (Just as pictured), the beds and furniture were comfortable and everything we needed for coffee and cooking was provided. The balcony provided a fantastic view, and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The condo owner, Diana, was a pleasure to work with, and we will stay in again in the future!
