Questo caratteristico cottage si trova nel cuore di tutto. Vicino alle attività per la famiglia e alla vita notturna, situato sulla strada principale di Bluffton SC in CALHOUN STREET. Parcheggiare fuori dallo spazio (1) fornito e camminare ovunque. 2 isolati dal molo della città e anche la Chiesa della Croce. C'è un parco dietro casa e un isolato di distanza. La casa si trova su 1/2 acro di terra con incredibili querce.
Dotato di un bagno rinnovato, un nuovo divano del soggiorno che si ripiega in un letto supplementare, una cucina completa con TUTTO tra cui caffettiera, lavastoviglie, elettrodomestici importanti e ICE. Grill è fornito con accesso alla lavanderia, se necessario. C'è anche un posto auto coperto se è necessario spazio aggiuntivo (condiviso con l'unità accessoria).
Parcheggia e raggiungi ristoranti, negozi, bar e gallerie. Situato nel cuore di Bluffton, a 2 isolati dal molo della città e dalla famosa Chiesa della Croce. Tutte le foto che vedi sono a pochi passi da casa. È davvero unico nel suo genere spazio e posizione.

Alla fine della strada, a soli 3 isolati di distanza, si trova il molo della città ideale per guardare i tramonti. Parcheggia una volta e goditi Bluffton e la contea bassa. 10 minuti per Hilton Head, 30 per Savannah o Beaufort, vieni ed esplora. Siamo felici di ospitarti.

What a perfect location!
The space was adequate and kitchen well stocked.
Nice home right in the middle of such a fun little area. Lots of artsy shops and delicious restaurants. Kevin was very responsive. Highly recommended

This property really is in the perfect spot! My husband and I stayed here for Memorial Weekend, and were pleasantly surprised at the number of fantastic restaurants that were just steps away! We were also close to the river, where we were able to walk our pup in the mornings and evenings. The Pearl is right next door, and was the perfect place for an anniversary dinner while we were there. The property itself was clean and comfortable, particularly for two or a small family. We will definitely stay here again the next time we make it back to Bluffton!

We enjoyed our one-week stay in the middle of Old Town Bluffton in early March. The home is very well furnished and comfortable with lots of personal touches. It was clean and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and both weekly farmers' markets. The owner was responsive to messages, as well.
Note: It helps to take side roads like Bridge Street to access the property on a busy traffic day. Recognize that you are in the middle of a busy tourist district, but things do quiet down by 10 p.m.
The one thing that would make this property better would be more information on-site on how to access the laundry room, recommended things to do, and similar tips. I would stay here again if I was planning a return trip to Bluffton.

We were in town for the arrival of our first grandchild. We know Bluffton pretty well since our daughter moved here 9 years ago. We thought that Calhoun St would be a good location, and we were right. Lots to do right outside your door. The neighborhood is just lovely, parks galore. May River close by. We had our dog with us and it helped to have such great areas to take him. Loved it. There is a very helpful neighbor next door and she was lovely as well.

Cute cottage with a location that could not be better for staying in the charming town of Bluffton. Enjoyed sitting on front porch with our dog looking out at Calhoun Street! Very clean and host was easy to work with- will stay again!

My husband and I bought a lot in Bluffton and are making plans to build. It was a short stay, but it is a perfect location to become familiar with the area. I would recommend staying here, especially if you are interested in exploring Old Town Bluffton.

We came to the area for garden tour of Hilton Head and Bluffton and I thought Bluffton looked the better place to stay as I am not into golf. And this location is the perfect spot for a visit. Everything is an easy walk from here: the May River, historic Cross Church and homes, several beautiful parks, shopping, eating, and even live music! Super clean house too!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend, and this cottage is exceeded our expectations in every way. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bluffton. Cottage was warm, inviting and cozy but with all the modern conveniences as well. EXCELLENT location, we were able to just park the car and walk to everything. Owner was very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location and Comfort
We enjoyed staying at the Olde Town Cottage! The location can't be beat. We brought our dogs and enjoyed having the spacious yard where we could walk them. The kitchen had what we needed for the meals we prepared and we enjoyed having a living room where we could gather. The bedrooms were comfortable (loved the overhead fans in the living and bedrooms) and the bathroom was great. It was good for 4 people. More might have been crowded. The air went out at night on the holiday weekend but management was quick to respond with their maintenance person who called and walked us through the fix until he came out in the morning to service the unit. A great response! And though we do not have an electric car, there was a charging station in the carport! Handy! We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

The house is old and quaint. Wonderful location to take in Olde Bluffton. Pet friendly area for sure. Small drawback: if sleeping later matters, you might have an issue as local construction is in full force. You will likely not sleep past 9am. Trivial but it might matter to you. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay if you are visiting family.

Cozy and close too everything
We loved our stay! There just isn’t a better location in Bluffton. If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet stay in the low country, this is the place. With just enough things to do within walking distance and a short drive to the beach, this was a perfect place for our family to relax and reconnect. House was clean and well -equipped with everything we needed. Already miss watching the sun set while sitting on the town dock with our feet in the river. We will be back!

Great rental in the heart of Old Town
The rental was cozy and well kept with great artwork. I would definitely stay here again. There are wonderful parks, historic sites, restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

First getaway since covid
The location was perfect! We were right in the thick of things and walked everywhere in Olde Town area. The only time we needed to use our car was to drive to nearby beaches. Sitting on the front porch every morning with coffee was a relaxing way to start the day and in the evening with a cocktail was a perfect way to end the day. The cottage was cute , reminded me of the home I grew up in and the king bed was very comfy which was very important for me because of back issues. Our little dog acted like she was very much at home and loved all the walking. I’ve always loved Bluffton and this was a perfect place to stay and enjoy all it had to offer. Would definitely love to stay here again!
