Charming Brewster Cottage
Perfetto per una vacanza autunnale! Dolce casetta con una camera da letto nel cuore di Brewster. Ben ristrutturato con cucina completamente attrezzata, cucina a gas, frigorifero di dimensioni standard. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno e una zona pranzo. La camera da letto separata ha un letto matrimoniale. Sul retro c'è un patio privato con tavolo da picnic e grill a gas. Fresco e pulito dappertutto. A piedi da negozi, ottimi ristoranti e solo sette decimi di miglio dalla spiaggia. Siamo anche sulla pista ciclabile dove puoi guidare da Dennis a Wellfleet, da Harwich a Chatham, con fermate alle spiagge oceaniche e stagni di acqua dolce lungo la strada. Anche il Nickerson State Park è molto vicino. La spiaggia nazionale di Cape Cod si trova a breve distanza in auto.

The place was very nice and clean. It had all the amenities that we needed and we enjoyed our short time there.

The Brewster cottage was a perfect location. The 1 bedroom had adequate space and the back yard area was charming. Kitchen had everything needed. No soap or shampoo provided. Towels and sheets are an extra charge. There was a musty smell upon arrival and the miniblinds could use a good cleaning or replaced. This is a no frills rental.

The cottage was adorable, clean and in a fantastic area. Although it was a rainy weekend, there were many places to explore. It was quiet and just the perfect getaway! The host reached out to us. Lots of information on fridge for places around the area to visit!

Brewster, and this little house, is halfway up the Cape, making it the perfect home base for exploring all the Cape has to offer. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Plenty of parking. Good restaurants, convenience stores, a bookstore and the bike trail are all close by.

Our stay was great as was our time there a few months ago. Centrally located on the Cape so it was easy to get around without spending too much time in the car. Very comfortable!

We chose this property because of its proximity to the Rail Trail. We were so happy with our choice. The place is perfect for 2, compact but just what is needed. Evelyn and John are great hosts. I loved the way the kitchen was stocked and bathroom essentials were there (note there are no toiletries in shower so bring from home), which again was what we appreciated and needed. Nice grill outside with eating area. The special touch was the rosemary plant on the patio we did enjoy to season those things we cooked. We had a small issue with ants but John arrived promptly and with all the right tools to address it and all was well. I highly recommend this location for bikers. Street crossings were so safe and drivers very polite. Trail surface in great condition. We got to Chatham, Dennis, Harwich, Orleans, Eastham, and Wellfleet via the trail. So many beautiful lighthouses and windmills. Check out the Atwood Museum and Fish Pier in Chatham. They have so many unique items that will even appeal to children.

Nice little cottage. Very clean and quite shady. Neighbors at adjacent cottages were quiet. Did not realize my cottage was attached to others in a small complex. My front screen door did not lock and both the front and back stairs were tricky to navigate. Would have enjoyed an outdoor shower and dryer or clothes line @ property. Need an additional rug in the bathroom. Good location. Priced fairly.

Cute little cottage
My husband and I recently stayed in the cottage for three nights as we were making our way back to North Carolina from Maine. The cottage is small but well kept. It’s in a wonderful location for biking or walking the rail trail. The only real downside to the cottage is the shower is extremely small, smaller even than some European apartments we’ve been in. Also, we paid for the linen package and the towels are very thin and rough. They could use an upgrade.
The town of Brewster has a few restaurants and shops that you can walk to. Unfortunately most were closed due to being off season. We also drove the cape all the way to Provincetown which was a nice, easy drive since it wasn’t the summer season yet.
All in all, a very nice place to stay and we would return if we’re ever in the area again,

Perfect location to begin a bike trip
Lovely little cottage just steps from the CCRT made it a perfect place to begin and end a day of biking. The weather was perfect and the accommodations were cozy and inviting. We'll definitely be back!

A Perfect Getaway
The cottage was a perfect getaway for us. It's well located, particularly if you are a cyclist. It's practically on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is a simple, basic accommodation and well worth the price, very clean. The owners are amazing. We came in the middle of a nor'easter. They were very responsive making sure that we and the property were ok. One day, we came home to find home made pie (fabulous) and a bottle of wine at the door because they felt so badly about the weather and they offered us an extra night at no charge because the sun finally appeared

Great Stay in Cottage 43
My wife and I enjoyed staying in Cottage 43! It served as a great 'hub' as we 'spoked' out to various places on the Cape. We enjoyed various trails within the Cape Cod National Seashore, the wildlife sanctuary in Wellfleet, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, New Bedford Whaling Museum, and Provincetown. While not possible to have clam chowder at every place in MA, of the eight places we did enjoy clam chowder, the hands-on down best was at Skipper Chowder House in South Yarmouth - so yummy! The Seafood Orecchiette at the Lobster Pot in Provincetown may have been the best overall dinner we had in MA. And Truro Vineyards was easily the best winery we visited in MA (of eight or nine). Brewster is a great launching point to see Cape Cod, and Cottage 43 was an enjoyable and relaxing from which to base.

My vacation using VRBO was seamless and fantastic! Evelyn and John's cottage was perfect; cozy, well equipped and central to other areas of the Cape. They were the perfect hosts. I loved the garden and private patios. Can't wait to return next year!

Cute and clean as advertised!
This cottage was perfect for me and my kids! It is small but when you are out enjoying cape cod all day you don’t really need much. It was clean and we had space outside to eat so we didn’t feel cramped. Being on a dead end street that runs into the bike path was amazing. We rode to the Brewster Whitecaps game and played at the playground. It passes two great places to eat(Guapos and Stone L’oven Pizza). Snowy owl cofffee is right across the road and a bookstore if you need something to read at the beach. We walked a mile to Ellis Landing Beach which was beautiful. Great location, we loved it!!! Evelyn was easy to correspond with and very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy cottage, great location
We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. It was clean and ready when we arrived, and the owners were around throughout the week to check in. It’s small for sure, but was the perfect size for our family with young kids, and the outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. The location was excellent, enabling us to spend many days without using our car, just riding bikes to the beach, playground, ball field, and local restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our week in June! The cottage was spacious and pleasant, and such a great location! Just a half block from the bike trail, and a very quick walk to dinner options, coffee, ice cream, and more. Also, the entire Cape is very accessible from there (P-town to Sandwich.) We cooked a number of simple meals there, which was convenient and economical, plus it let us hang out there and relax on the patio. Hope to be back!

Great Location for the Bike Trail
Cottage was clean and ready when we arrived. It was adequately equipped for our needs, though a toaster would have been a great addition. So close to the Cape Code Rail Trail - no need to go out on the main roads at all. While it is close to other cottages, they are all situated so it feels very private. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio - again felt private. The bird song was amazing!

Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location
This cottage was just right. It had enough space for my wife and I to rest comfortably between bike rides. It is right on the Cape Cod Rail trail so if you are here to bike this is the stay for you. Great proximity to amazing restaurants in Brewster.

Quiet & Cozy
Had a quick jaunt to the Cape to celebrate 10 year anniversary with my husband. Perfect for two adults. We used the grill and back patio area. Lots of flowers.... walk to Cumberland farms and restaurants. Only thing I didn’t realize was that our unit shared a wall with another unit. I thought it was going to be standalone. That being said, we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. Not even TV noise. Would definitely stay here again for a simple, comfortable and relaxed vacation. Recommended to my mom!

Cozy Cape Cottage
Delighted to spend a perfect last weekend of summer at this cottage. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is great right next to the Rail Trail and restaurants and shops near by. We were able to go sightseeing and return home to our cottage to unwind.
