Il Mountain View Cottage è un accogliente cottage luminoso con un grande, arioso portico sole - perfetto per godersi il panorama Mt Adams con il caffè del mattino. Situato sulle alture di Hood River, la casetta con quattro posti letto, con una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale) e una full-size futon nella stanza sole. Il cottage è dotato di una cucina completamente attrezzata, così come un grill a gas, tavolo da pic-nic e grande cortile pieno di sole con un sacco di spazio per adulti, bambini e animali domestici a giocare. Ha una TV (ma nessun servizio via cavo) e un lettore DVD, con un paio di DVD.
Abbiamo una rigorosa politica non-fumatori. Non è consentito alcun fumare all'interno della casa, compreso il portico sole o le verande esterne. Qualsiasi violazione di questa regola comporterà la decadenza di tutto il deposito di sicurezza.
Una cantina completa offre un deposito per i vostri giocattoli e all'aperto attrezzi.
Il casolare si trova a breve distanza a piedi dal piscina condominiale, campi da tennis, Jackson Park, una panetteria favolosa e diversi ottimi ristoranti. C'è un piccolo mercato biologico a soli due isolati di distanza, e diversi negozi di alimentari all'interno di un breve tragitto in auto.

We loved this little 95 year old house. It had wonderful period details, a lovely big backyard with a beautiful view of Mt. Adams. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable with a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We would like to stay there again in the future.

This is a really cute little cottage located in a good part of Hood River. Check-in was very simple. We enjoyed our stay. After check out, I sent a thank you text to the owner telling her what we enjoyed about her property. I also added a couple of suggestions to make it even nicer. I prefaced this by saying sometimes you don't notice things because you see them so often and sometimes a fresh set of eyes may notice things. For instance, there were cobwebs in the windows, some of the woven window coverings were shredded, the woodwork could use a new paint job as it is very chipped up. I reiterated to her that we very much enjoyed our stay and that I was not pointing these things out with intention of offending her. I also sent pictures. She did not even respond so I'm going to assume she was offended. If they would do the small things I would give this place 10 stars. Very poor communication after I took the time to tell her our honest opinion.

We wanted to stay somewhere that was quiet on the 4th of July. This cottage fit the bill perfectly. Normally get a nice view of the mountain- wildfires put smoke in the way, but we could see it was there. Nice yard.

The property and the house are adorable. There are flowers blooming everywhere and there is a gorgeous view of the mountain from the cutest little enclosed sun porch. Its an easy walk to several little cafes and restaurants. The couch and bed were super comfy. It had everything we needed to rest comfortably and get ready for a wedding we were attending over the weekend. Also an easy drive to several wildflower hikes. We would love to come back in the future for more hiking and exploring and next time bring our kids.

Such a gorgeous view out the back sunroom. This is the perfect stay for a couple who wants a quiet spot that is still close to restaurants, shops, and wine bars! Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is perfect for a couple. We trading off making breakfast at "home" with breakfast sandwiches at the Pine Street Cafe. There are plenty of places to eat (and drink) within walking distance. We also enjoyed an evening drink at the peaceful backyard table with the view of Mt. Adams.

This is the place we've been looking today in Hood River. The house was charming, true to the period in which it was built and everything is better with a mountain view. We'd love to stay again.

Perfect house for couples. Great location on quiet street so you can walk to several wonderful restaurants and markets. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions. Will definitely be back!

small, older home, charming; kitchen outstanding; very quiet neighborhood (nothing going on in immediate area); neighbors very pleasant and friendly; laundry in basement a problem, stairs a bit treacherous and handrail had spiderwebs; the dryer was packed with towels and linens, and there was a note that said something about the next person was responsible for that stuff - i took some towels out to bring upstairs and a bug bit me - so i suspect they had been there in the dryer for many turnovers.

The place was very nice but it was 100 degrees outside and their air conditioner was not up to the job. It was a sweat box in there

Cozy cottage with Mountain View
The Mountain View Cottage has a fabulous view of Mt. Adams on a clear day and is just blocks from parks, trails, great bakery, shops. It is cozy and warm and a bit funky in a good way. Perfect spot for exploring Hood River and Columbia Gorge.

Lovely neighborhood and WOW the view!!!
Arrived late afternoon on a rainy day so it wasn’t until the next day when the sun came out and the clouds lifted that I realized what an amazing view of Mt Hood this house has! Charming house that retains a lot of character but has nice updates. Location is awesome and close to many local gems away from more crowded areas but still easy access anywhere.

Older home in a nice neighborhood near a park for the dog. House was well equipped. A bit worn but expected for an older home. Area was quiet. Heater worked well.

This is a charming residential cottage- ample space for two, but able to handle one or two more guests. The home is comfortable, the neighborhood is inviting, and the town of Hood River is a delightful community. We would stay at The Adams View cottage again

We had fun biking and walking on the trails, exploring downtown, and at end of day, relaxing in the backyard with a perfect view of Mount Hood. There is a lot to do and great places to eat.

Really Nice Location
This is a neat little house in a great neighborhood. Waking up and seeing Mt. Adams is always fun. The bed was rough on our backs.
