You can’t beat the location for that price. The unit is small and quaint, but it has no forks, so that made eating interesting.

It was good enough to sleep and cook. But don’t expect anything more. There was a good supply of towels. And dish soap. But no condiments of any type. A bit like a hotel but less lol. Will stay here again if budget plays a bigger role. Otherwise would prefer a bit nicer, a full length mirror would be great. Maybe a working tv system and wifi. Those would help increase the rating.

Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet.
The space was small but as advertised.
Clean:
Floors, sheets, dishes. The shower stayed warm after a bit and the water out of the faucet is cold and drinkable. It’s a basic beach bungalow so if you come with a few of your creature comforts, it will improve your stay.
Coffee pot, kitchen utensils, dishes, stove and oven were all as advertised.
A great place for the self guided.
If you are looking for a checkin person and someone to fix what ails ya, perhaps another property will be more satisfying.
It was a great fit for 2 parents, a 12 yr old and small dog during the july 4 holiday weekend.
Cannon Beach is fireworks free for those who are boom sensitive.

Two adults with 2 dogs was crowded. Parking was good, but on busy weekends it could be hijacked leaving you with no close parking. It's a great crash pad, but not a spot to hang out.

BYOB- Bring your own BLANKETS, super thin bedding. WiFi info posted in cabin is incorrect, contacted guest services and they gave me a different one to connect to. Finally got connected but it was so slow that it wouldn’t load anything so we couldn’t use the wifi. Only one creamer/sugar for coffee, bring your own if you want coffee.
Other than that, it’s super close to the beach which is nice to walk to. It’s great if you’re looking for bare minimum shelter, not so great for the price point on this one.

Very sweet little cottage in a marvelous location. Excellent spot 2 blocks from the beach. A few ships all within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again.
One word of caution: The wifi in the email was too weak to keep a connection and kept disappearing and the wifi posted in the unit didn't work.

This home was perfect for our beach stay. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and .5 mile to the center of town! I love that it is dog friendly, so I could bring my beach loving girl! It had everything we needed in all areas of the house. It’s small, but perfect for a beach stay. I really appreciated having a broom in the home, so I could sweep up the sand at the end of each day. There are frogs nearby that croak at night! It was a nice white noise! My only suggestion- bring scissors if you may need them. That’s the only thing that wasn’t provided. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a small cottage within walking distance to both town and the beach.

we arrived with no issues. place was not as it appeared or described. dirty washcloth in the shower. fence builders outside of our window. not a quiet area. we moved out after one night and stayed with friends. last year (september)we had a vacation in sisters, oregon. I selected a particular house that I knew has large windows to let the light in. twenty minutes before we arrived I got a text that the place ( I had chosen and was confirmed) was not available. we were given another house to stay at and it was a huge disappointment. thanks anyway, The Blodgetts

I’m immune compromised, and it was so clean and cozy. All the new tile around the fireplace, floors, bathroom and shower were nice touches. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Easy access to beach and downtown for a reasonable price

A bit too rustic. Floorboard popped up when my mom was walking from one room to another. Glad she didn’t trip! Doorstep was in disrepair and handyman came to work on it during our stay—right when we were trying to take an afternoon nap 😖loud and noisy! Listing said there was a coffee grinder in the unit so we brought whole bean coffee only to find that the app had lied to us—felt stupid like I should have known better than to trust it.

Economical. Clean. Great location. HOWEVER - absolutely terrible communication with management. Gave us the wrong door code and didn’t respond to us for 8 hours. No effort was made to fix the problem - we found a solution on our own.Came home one afternoon to find two men fixing something inside the cabin without giving us notification beforehand. Unprofessional and disconcerting.

We had a great stay. The only issue was the wifi being unreliable. It went out twice during our stay and it took hours to get it turned back on. I understand things happen, but when I called for assistance, I was sent to a call center in Salem, rather than to the local manager. Once I got local help, the fix was quick.

A girlfriend and I came here and it was such a perfect place for our first weekend away from our families in 3 years. Convenient location (2 blocks from the beach), quiet, great layout, clean and comfortable. It had all we needed and was ready exactly when promised. Thank you!

Location was great but a little too pricey given the location away from beach and size of unit…heat could not be turned off either which seemed odd even with fireplace…fortunately we brought our own fan to use given the two in the unit were heat only…seemed clean but parking was entirely too tight and units too close to one another…Unit 6 is right on the road which is not recommended either given noise…refrigerator has leftover food in it from prior renters apparently which seemed odd as well

Early check in was available as well as late check out with an extra charge. The place is a bit small for $200 but it was cute and clean. We were happy with it over all.

We had a nice stay. We were just here overnight but everything was clean and ready for us. The whole process was pretty easy and we booked last minute.
I did want to let you know that when I was putting back the shower sprayer a piece came off. I left it on a shelf in the bathroom.

Nice spot for dog owners
We got the key as described in the instructions. Parking was ok, but staff took up 3 spaces with 2 cars, not possible to park on the property on the second day. The location is good, near the ocean, restaurants, shops and Ecola state park. There are a full set of dishes and fridge if you want to maybe your own meals. Several ways to heat the cottage so warm and comfortable. Overall nice place to stay.
