Great for our family with 4 kids. Lots to do at the resort and tons of things to do around the area. Room was nice and equipped with everything we needed.

Convenient location while somewhat out of the hubbub. Even some spots within walking distance. Really all we needed in a positive atmosphere. Would definitely book again.

We chose this condo for the pirate ship and pool area and for the 3 bedrooms. We were very happy with the location of the condo. (11th floor and end unit) so felt very private and quiet. I was beyond disappointed when my six year old wasn’t allowed to go down the water slide because you MUST be 48” tall. They have an employee who sits and measures the kids before they go down. He has been swimming like a fish since 4 years old but still wasn’t allowed. However, the 5 1/2 year old child ahead of him (who couldn’t swim at all) was allowed to slide all day because he was tall enough. “His mother had to catch him- who wasn’t always there to catch him… so other parents had to jump in and help him to the stairs). The employees are literally there to ensure height and one at a time rule but not lifeguard safety. I went to the manager of the hotel and still was told that my son was too much of a liability because he was too short …. but the taller 5 year old was the responsibility of his parents. So, BEWARE! YOUR CHILD MUST BE 48” TALL or They WILL NOT be able to slide. They do have a splash pad area and low water level for small children. The tiki bar area was nice and the food was decent bar food. The owner was always reaponsive. You must go to lobby to check in (just like at a hotel) and they will give you a key. They required a $50 deposit beyond VRBO. There was always close parking.

Somewhat disappointed. The photos showed a much more updated property than what we actually got. It was fine for the amount of time we were in the condo. The location to Disney was perfect We did have fingernail clippings on the floor and some hair in the second bathroom

Great location; super convenient to parks and freeways and easy drive to MCO airport. However, the unit was not ready by check-in time. Lots of items broken/not provided. It was clean, but not well-maintained by property manager at all. And the unit was across the street from the pool, so pictures of view from balcony were not accurate. Otherwise, owner was easy to communicate with!

Good location, price and pool. Bar drinks are expensive, but the staff is fun. Should note, there isnt a spatula and the toaster is broken. There was also no handsoap in any of the bathrooms.

Stayed here for volleyball tournament. Perfect location to get to Convention center~ about 15-20 min drive, location was close to grocery, outlet mall, and lots of restaurants too. Of course, very close to Universal, Disney and Sea World just didn’t have time for those with the tournament. Plenty of room for whole family and extra players. Owner responds very quickly to any needs too. Would definitely recommend

We were so happy to find this location accommodation for our recent trip to Orlando. We loved the spaciousness of the unit and amenities offered. The pool was such a great spot, especially with the bar/restaurant. We were super close to Disney parks and had no problems getting there and back. We did have one recurring issue with the room key, but the owner was very responsive to us and did her best to help the situation. Would recommend this property to anyone interested in being close to the parks with additional perks including multiple bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and laundry!

We really enjoyed our stay . The location was perfect . We were in town for the Summit Cheer comp at the ESPN center. Very close. The condo was clean and well stocked. Beds extra comfy. The Pizza Hut was so handy . We will definitely return!

We went two teenagers. The resort is so comfortable the kids could go anywhere and we could all grab dinner at multiple places without any problem. Can’t wait to come back

The property manager responded right away and was so helpful! The check in process was frustrating and unhelpful. The sheets were like plastic and there was no view of the pool from the balcony like shown in the pictures. However, the beds and pillows were comfortable and it was a nice, clean location with restaurants close by and doable drive to Disney and Universal.

Owner was wonderful to work with on booking and resort staff was friendly and attentive. Would stay here again and recommend for families looking for spacious resort close to shopping and not far from parks.

We had a group of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids, and this place was perfect! There was more than enough room for us all to have our own space but yet be together. We were exactly half way between Universal and Disney which made the commute painless and easy. The pirate ship pool was a big hit with my kids and we spent our down day there just relaxing. The resort property was nice, all the staff was pleasant, and the best part was being able to watch the Disney fireworks right from our Balcony! I highly recommend booking this place

This home was perfect for our family’s short Disney trip - grandparents, 3 young kids and my husband & I had a very comfortable stay. The whole resort was great for us, the only downside was the gas-heated pool (fumes in certain areas of the pool area, which seemed very weird). Besides that, great stay - safe and easy parking, needs close by, easy trip into Disney staying on the East side meant no AM or PM traffic issues). We would stay there again.

The pool was nasty. The towels in our room were not the best. One was ripped and the other had something gross on it. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. There wasn’t enough parking spaces.

Everything was very clean and in order. Check in with Adriana was smooth and easy. We even stayed an extra day and they were able to accommodate us with that request. Super close to all the Disney parks. Your surrounded by places to eat like Longhorn and Olive Garden plus a Walmart and Publix literally across the street. Would for sure recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Kimberly’s VRBO. It was clean, with plenty of room and amenities, and a beautiful pool right on site. Plus it was only 15 minutes from any Disney park. All that for a third of the price of a Disney resort made this an incredible stay. We would be happy to stay there again!

This was the first time we decided to stay off Disney / universal property. We planned a trip for disneys spring time surprise race with the family.
The location was amazing. The condo was super spacious. The maintenance team was fast and courteous when our air was having issues.
The only huge issue was the door to the building never worked.
Will deff stay again!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. We booked about a month out for a 5 night stay. Check in was very simple. They are not running a daily cleaning service. There is a washer and dryer in the room, but the dryer takes a very long time to dry heavier clothes like jeans or towels. The first two days we went to the pool it was very nice (if a bit cold) but the third day there was a LOT of debris in the pool including a fake nail. Possibly the filters were clogged. The pool towel service was good. We did not eat on property as we used the room's kitchen to prepare breakfasts, and the included tableware and utensils were adequate. I needed to replace the sheets on my daughter's bed one day, and it only took them about 15 minutes to arrive (though they appeared to be too small for the king size bed. Very easy access to the parks and major highways. Would stay again, hopefully they improve the staffing before we return.
