Il pub Otters è il luogo ideale per una vacanza divertente e rilassante nelle meravigliose Outer Banks! Una bella casa sul lungomare con un grande molo (4 piedi. Pescaggio) - perfetto per chi ha una barca o semplicemente un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, pescare pesci e granchi dal molo o sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino mentre si guarda il tramonto! Forniamo anche tre (3) kayak per divertirti ad esplorare i canali e il suono. La casa è dotata di tutte le lenzuola per il vostro soggiorno.

Situato nel cuore delle banche esterne, a breve distanza in auto dalle rampe di accesso alla spiaggia, pieno di bellissime spiagge, pesca di classe mondiale, surf, immersioni sui relitti, sport acquatici e molto altro, questo è il luogo di vacanza perfetto senza ristoranti fast food e NO catene di negozi e molti negozi, musei, gallerie d'arte e molto altro!
La zona ospita numerose barche a vela e barche a noleggio private, nonché l'eccellente pesca da surf per cui l'isola di Hatteras è famosa.
CASA PRINCIPALE:
The Living Room, accentuato da meravigliose vetrate colorate, ha un comodo divano letto matrimoniale e un divano a due posti, per rilassarsi dopo una dura giornata di pesca ...... perfetto per guardare un film, dalla grande selezione fornita, sull'appartamento Panel TV o semplicemente ascoltando lo stereo. La grande cucina è dotata di solidi armadi in ciliegio con ripiani in Corian, frigorifero / congelatore affiancati, forno / piano cottura, forno a microonde incorporato e completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto spettacolare! La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un televisore a schermo piatto da guardare prima di dormire bene la notte. Un'altra camera da letto è arredata con due letti singoli e ha anche un televisore a schermo piatto. Il bagno completo, completo di una grande vanità, ha Heart Pine sulle pareti e una bellissima porta in vetro colorato. L'Upper Deck, con le sue fantastiche viste lungo il canale verso il Pamlico Sound, ha sia un grande tavolo da picnic che diverse sedie per cenare sul ponte o godersi il caffè del mattino.

Una meravigliosa suite separata, perfetta per le coppie in vacanza insieme! L'ampio soggiorno è completo di arredi confortevoli, tra cui un futon per dormire, un televisore a schermo piatto, uno stereo e un angolo cottura completo. La suite ha un comodo letto matrimoniale nella zona camera da letto e un ampio bagno completo. Off of the Living Room è un meraviglioso portico a schermo e un avvolgente ponte con sedie e un tavolo da picnic con vista sul canale.
SERVIZI ESTERNI:
Un nuovo grande bacino, completo di un tavolo per la pulizia del pesce, è il luogo perfetto per attraccare la tua barca. Un ampio parcheggio è disponibile di fronte, per includere parcheggio coperto. (Fare attenzione a non parcheggiare sull'erba per evitare di danneggiare il sistema settico.). Goditi un risciacquo caldo nella doccia esterna chiusa per togliere la sabbia della spiaggia dai piedi e da quelle mute! Sono previsti tre kayak per quelle anime avventurose che desiderano esplorare i canali o il Pamlico Sound, basta fare attenzione e tenersi stretti a quelle pagaie perché possono diventare difficili!

I loved the house and the location. It does not have a dishwasher but as it was just the two of us it was fine.

This was our second visit to Otter's Pub and we were as pleased with this visit as we had been with our past visit.
The house is very clean and perfectly located for kayaking, eating outside by the bay and close to the beach. The street is nice and quiet which is perfect for biking or walking our dog. We love that the deck can be closed in which allowed our pup to hang out outside without worry.
We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a cute little place on the water with owners who are so kind and responsive!

We had a fun time at this home.It has everything you need for a great vacation.We loved the central location on Hatteras Island for the vacation.We never needed the downstairs bedroom or spare bedroom upstairs.The kitchen has all the utensils you would need .It was exceptionally cleaned as well.Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to stay on Hatteras Island.

This is a great cozy home along the sound in a quiet neighborhood. It has beautiful stained glass accents and a great porch/outdoor dining area to watch the sunset. The hosts are fantastic. They warned us about hurricane Idalia a day or so before we drove down, kept us posted and instructed us where to move our vehicle when it reached Outerbanks. It took alot of anxiety away knowing what to do and how to stay safe. They also shared a list of some of their favorite resturants and nearby attractions and every resturant that they recommended was delicious.

The house is well furnished, plenty kitchen stuff and very clean!! We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Location was great!

We absolutely loved the Otters Pub. Just big enough that all the kids have room but not 4 flights of stairs to climb. Grandma had her own little place downstairs for the kids to visit. A wonderdul porch to get of the sun. The teens loved the kayaks that was there. Unfortunately if youre wanting to fish it's not that good but didn't stop the kids from hand lining crabs right from the backyard. Everything we forgot they had there for us.
We will certainty try to book this house again.
There's no beach or direct sound access that was public in the development but the neighbors didnt complain about the teen boys trying their luck fishing in there backyards.

Although we have rented on Hatteras for many years, this was our first stay in this house and in this area. We enjoyed the peaceful streets for bike rides. We loved being right on the canal to watch the birds and fish. The house was very clean, and the kitchen contained everything we needed for the many meals we cooked. The house is a very nice size.

We enjoyed our stay at Otter’s Pub. There were a few issues. No coffee pot in the lower level. The lower level shower has NO pressure. Both smoke detectors had to have the batteries replaced. Broken glass found under the living room coffee table. No kitchen linens. Kitchen chairs need felt pads on the bottom of the legs; the noise in the lower level from the chairs being moved across the floor was annoying.
Those issues aside, we loved the separate in law suite on the lower level. The upper deck with the dog gate was fabulous. The lower level decks offer plenty of seating options. We had a great time fishing the canal. Information that the canal was only about 4 feet deep would have been helpful. We brought surf rods, had to buy smaller rods for the canal.

We enjoyed our stay. The deck area could have been enjoyed more if the large table was not there. The cabin sleeps 4 but the table is for 8. The deck is not large enough to accommodate a table that size. We could only enjoy the two high top chairs and table to sit outside. It would be better to have more comfortable chairs there instead of large table. Location was fantastic.

Stay was wonderful! Beautiful house and location! House was everything I could have hoped for, very well stocked kitchen, quite private neighborhood. Owners where easy to communicate with and very quick on responses. Highly recommend this property!

Great place! We love staying at the otters pub. We have great access to everything we want to do, the water access is unbeatable, and the peace and quiet is what we always need. We recommend this home and the property management company highly!

We loved staying at Otter's Pub. My husband fished off the peer. We traveled to Ocracoke and local sights, having a great time. The local seafood was the best. The restaurants are all excellent! The accommodations were perfect for us. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Location was perfect for what we did, we enjoyed the kayaks and the dock in the canal right in the back yard,, and of course mostly enjoyed the mighty Atlantic Ocean!
The main house with kitchen, large living room, and master bedroom combined with the smaller separate suite downstairs made for a perfect location for two couples to vacation together and still enjoy their privacy.

Otter’s Pub was a perfect getaway for my husband and I while visiting the OBX! The house was clean, well appointed and charming. Everything functioned as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet with very nice residents but also many other VRBO rentals. Being away from the beaches catered to a mature crowd, there were no loud parties around us. Nearby access to shops and beaches was nice, it’s in a good location on the island. It was very serene and suited us perfectly.
Our only complaints were minor things to us. You cannot access the upper story of the house through the ground floor; you have to walk up the outdoor stairway which is a pain when it’s raining. Anyone staying downstairs is completely separated from the upstairs guests, which Was not a problem for us but might be for people with kids who need supervision. The South side of the house which overlooks the canal has a beautiful view from the balcony but gets full sun without shade all day long so it gets brutally hot in the summer. We would have enjoyed sitting out on the balcony more often but it was only tolerable in the morning and late evening. Which was fine since we were not there much of the day anyway.
If you bring your own boat you should be aware that at low tide you may not be able to leave the canal and get into the Sound due to the very shallow water. At some point it is less than one foot deep! Bring new to the area, the learning curve for navigating the canal and Sound was pretty steep. We managed to get out and catch some fish which was fun.
Overall Otter’s Pub was a wonderful place to stay. Communication with the owners was pleasant and prompt when we had a question. We’d stay again in the future!

Awesome week!
We enjoyed our week at the Otter’s Pub. A quiet relaxing neighborhood with canal access right in the backyard. My parents and our daughter stayed upstairs while my husband and I slept downstairs. Plenty of space for 5. Only negative is the downstairs is way hotter than upstairs. The people upstairs freeze while trying to keep it somewhat comfortable downstairs. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend the Otter’s Pub 😊

Nice with a Few Issues
Nice little 2/1 house in a great waterfront neighborhood. The 1/1 apartment downstairs was perfect for our 17 year old son. We enjoyed fishing from the dock in the evenings. Our primary issues with this house were the lack of any closets in any room and the lack of any cabinets to store groceries. The place was clean and well-appointed, but the upstairs bathroom smelled horrible. We smelled it the minute we entered the house. No amount of Frebreze helped, and we had to keep the door closed to keep it from stinking up the house. Would stay again next summer, but checking the rent, we're officially out-priced. Sad, because it was perfect for us.

We go to OBX yearly and first time staying on sound side. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Would love to stay here again. My husband and adult son loved being able to fish right off the back deck.

John and Cheryl were awesome to with with from beginning to end. They answered every question quickly and even went anove and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back. From the lighthouse to kayaking the canals, we enjoyed every second. We didnt want to leave. 5🧜♀️
