We came for spring break. It was great place for a family of 8. The house was super clean with all the things you would need plus more! The pool was nice and clean. The bed are comfortable! We will definitely be back!

It was a very clean and great space. We were looking for an alternative to a hotel and somewhere that had a kitchen. This fit the mold perfectly. The row end space made it a bit louder than expected due to road noise and very thin walls. Vacationing in late winter/early spring was great. Temperatures were great. I’d definitely consider another of this group/host properties in the future.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful layout, spacious, clean, close to the pool. We enjoyed the extra touches like a pack n play (and a closet big enough to use as a nursery), pool towels, games, good hand soap and yummy smelling wall plug-ins. It was also nice that it was an end unit. We heard no noise from the neighbors. Since our main activity for the trip was in St George, I wondered if I would regret staying a couple of freeway exits away. It turned out to be no problem at all. This condo is not far from the freeway (but not too close to be affected by noise). And there are plenty of places to shop/eat down the road. There are also a few great parks nearby. The only minor cons I could mention are some flickering lights (maybe there was a power issue while we were there?) and the bunk bed mattress wasn't nearly as comfortable as the other beds. But nothing to keep us from looking forward to our next trip there!

Stayed with friends for a week. The property is in a great location wit easy access to St George and surrounding areas. The quality of furnishings was outstanding. Access to the community pool was icing on the cake. Definitely would stay again.

The only complaint I have is that we were asked to do a lot of cleanup upon departure: cleaning the kitchen, emptying the fridge, running the dishwasher, taking out all the garbage and collecting towels and running the washing machine. It was a lot considering we had paid a full cleaning fee and we had to leave at 6:00 am to catch a flight in Las Vegas.

Loved the condo and where it was located. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved how close the pool was to the condo.

This was the best rental unit that I have ever experiences. Every detail was amazing, the unit was clean and well stocked and there were notes explaining everything you could have a question on. Overall a wonderful experience.

The property we stayed in was amazing and immaculate. Even better though was the service by the management company. We originally booked another property, but due to a glitch in the matrix it turns out that someone else also booked the same property. We showed up and walked in to find a young family hanging out in the rental. After contacting VRBO who was useless in helping us, the property manager texted me and assured me that she would make things right. She upgraded us to a bigger, nicer property and apologized for any inconvenience. We went out for dinner and by the time we got back the property was ready to go and we were thoroughly impressed. The property had everything to host a large group and the house was amazing. Don't hesitate to book here, Brooke will take care of you!

I really enjoyed this property , the location was perfect . I was close to Saint George and close enough to Zion National Park. This property is across from the pool, great for a hot summer day.

Such an amazing beautiful home, we stay in St George often and this was one of the best units we have seen.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The house is well decorated and had everything you needed. The back sliding door lock was broke but, that could have happened with the previous people staying there before us. There was a solid piece of wood to stick down so, the door could not be opened. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. My mother in law loved it so much she wanted to see what brand of mattress was in the master suite downstairs that she stayed in so, she can get the same brand. There is a full bathroom in every room plus, a 1/2 bath in the hall downstairs which, makes it perfect for all six of us females. My kids loved the heated pool and the hot tub. The views are so beautiful there. My only other complaint besides the back door was the bathroom in the upstairs bedroom, the one with a queen bed and the bunkbeds I stayed in with my two youngest girls was not thoroughly cleaned. It was not bad but, there was some toothpaste on the front of one of the drawers and on the side of the vanity there were white dot marks from milk or something white. I could tell it had been cleaned though, just a few areas missed. Everything else was pretty clean. We are planning a trip for Thanksgiving to come back down now. We really liked our stay here and would definitely consider staying again. The management company was really friendly and helpful. We almost needed to postpone due to illness (ended up not) and needed to stay a little late because of bad weather on our path home and they were really accommodating with both situations. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked pretty well (the only things we missed were cooking spray and a whisk). It even had plastic baggies and foil which were helpful for cooking and packing snacks for our little hike we did. Beds were super comfortable and there were extra blankets, pillows, etc. The closets are HUGE which was nice because we had babies sleep in them. They even provided a pack n play and highchair which were both brand new. The pool was perfect--nice that it was heated so we could use it even though it was only in the low 60s. The construction wasn't the greatest but didn't affect us too much. There were big trucks rolling in on Saturday morning around 7:30 but we were already awake because of kids. The ONLY real negative is that the house has really poor sound-insulation. We slept downstairs and could hear EVERYTHING upstairs, no matter how quiet, even with white noise machines running. We could hear the bathroom sink being used, every light footstep, the cry of the kids upstairs pretty loudly. The TV being used on pretty low volume in the main room sounded pretty loud in the bedroom on the main floor even with sound machines. The place was so nice, it wasn't too much of a concern, but kind of a bummer how quiet we had to be because of sleeping children.
