Location is really great. Condo is off to one side of Heavenly Village so you don't feel like you are smack in the middle of hustle and bustle. We have stayed in the Village in other condos. We like that it is well built. You don't hear the room above you; you don't hear traffic; you barely hear people in hallways. One of us is a light sleeper and there was slight trepidation when realizing outside deck was resort entrance/valet. NO WORRIES! We didn't hear a thing. Condo is well stocked; all furniture comfy. As all Marriot's the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying again.

Fantastic location and condo, VERY CLEAN and was it was much appreciated to have a full kitchen. Dining room table has 6 chairs (pic only shows 4) - we were able to cook full breakfasts for our family easily. The pool area is MUCH nicer than the image in the listing - we very much enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, cushioned lounge chairs, full size chess game pool-side, and umbrellas during our summer stay. There was also a community space room on the floor with a full sized pool table that my sons LOVED. Valet car service was super quick, and it was nice to be able to easily walk to dinner or grab take out and bring it back to the condo. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great rental! We’ve rented this unit at least four times over the last couple of years. The marriott grand residence club is a family friendly resort in the middle of Heavenly Village. The unit itself comfortably sleeps our family of five, the unit is always in immaculate condition and Scott is friendly and available if needed, making the rental process super easy. Our family looks forto tenting this unit again!

This property was perfect for the two of us. Location is within walking distance of everything in S Lake Tahoe. Property is well stocked, beds are comfy and very clean! We definitely would stay here again!

We have been to Lake Tahoe several times and have always wanted to stay at this Marriott property. It did not disappoint. The location was great to the casinos, restaurants and coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay - we had everything we needed including car and ski valet, kitchen, comfortable beds, supermarket nearby, cozy fireplace, ample room, and many amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Highly recommended - would stay again!

Booked for a few days to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were not disappointed! The location is perfectly placed in the heavenly area close to all the shops and restaurants. The resort had a heated pool and two hot tubs and the room were spacious, clean, and very homey. We loved this place and I would definitely stay again!

We loved the room set up. 2 beds and 1 pull out couches. We played Name That Tune in the lobby. Enjoyed wine and snacks on the balcony. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great rental. It’s in a fantastic location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. There are lots of shops, restaurants, the beach and a movie theater all in walking distance, many of them on the same block. The space was super clean, roomy and updated. As we explored the town we just kept coming back to the fact that we hit the jackpot with this room and location. And can imagine it’s even better in ski season!
