Vista sull'acqua! Vivi sull'acqua nella baia di Mandalay! L'orgoglio della proprietà mostra in questa casa splendidamente ristrutturata. 40 'dock e ca. Prolunga da 16 'per barca e giochi d'acqua. Ci sono due camere da letto e un soppalco - 8 posti letto se si include il divano letto. Il ponte chiuso in vetro offre viste e uno "schermo del vento" per i periodi più freddi. Goditi questo spazio abitativo all'aperto tutto l'anno e apri semplicemente il cursore di vetro sul ponte per far entrare la brezza dell'oceano. Camera da letto principale con vista sull'acqua, accesso al ponte, doppio lavandino e cabina armadio. Nuova cucina, bagni, pavimenti, finestre, fornaci, condotte, rivestimenti, tetto, scaldabagno e vialetto finitrice. L'ingresso al cortile ha cancello chiuso a chiave e recinzione di privacy in vinile più recente. Ripostiglio in casa. Posizione fantastica vicino al canale principale, per un facile accesso al porto delle Isole del Canale o al porto turistico di Seabridge. Goditi lo stile di vita sul lungomare e la barca, il kayak o il paddle board per ristoranti, negozi, yacht club e il mercato del contadino. Molto breve passeggiata o giro in bicicletta per Oxnard Park e la spiaggia!

Enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as Nearby hotel etc. kayaking just beautiful virws. Neighbors were nice and helpful. The only negative was some cool over ast days but that is the luck of the Itish!

Our annual trip to the beach July 24’. We were lucky to find this place. We have stayed at several Vrbo’s and most feel like an IKEA display room. This home feels like HOME. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices etc. seems like a small thing but the showers have amazing water pressure. Comfy couches and a large dining table. The large deck out back with a big propane grill and fire pit table. There is also a patio table to eat at. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy a sunset looking over the harbor area. We sometimes walked to the beach. It’s about a 10 min walk or a 1-2 min drive. There is 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to check out the harbor. There is no beach equipment so bring your own. We never had any problems or issues but the host has all the info you need for the house in a binder. The hose was responsive, check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautiful home. It’s so close to everything and so peaceful to come back to after a day out. We did the boat ride to the Channel Islands, enjoyed all of the local restaurants, shopped in the Harbor villages and enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the morning straight from the dock. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a very comfortable and enjoyable time in the Oxnard area!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is quite nice. The setting on the water is perfect. The unit is a little outdated, but it worked well for our 3 night stay. There are some things that could be tightened up to enhance the experience including: providing propane for the bbq and fire pit (we shouldn’t have to fill them IMO), the clothes dryer needs to be fixed, there was an opened bottle of wine in the refrigerator and there were clothes in the closet.
The property manager was great at communicating and the check in process was super easy.

My husband and I had an amazing stay, relaxing with a view of the water! The home is super clean and has everything you’ll need. The beds are super comfortable too. We walked around the corner to the beach each morning and enjoyed a peaceful walk along the ocean! We took the kayaks out and went all the way to the harbor to where the sea lions (or seals) were hanging out. We enjoyed dinner at Yolanda’s Mexican Cafe and Toppers Pizza- both with a water view! We visited the quaint Heritage Park, shopped a bit and saw a movie at a nice outdoor shopping area in town. We even drove 30 minutes to beautiful Ojai for an afternoon! The home is so cozy and welcoming that we truly loved coming back in the evenings to relax and watch a little TV. Communication with the owner was great and everything was made very easy for us. We definitely hope to come back in the near future!!

The home is charming, beautiful, and clean. They seem to maintain and decorate like they live there which gives an additional level of comfort. The dock with the paddle boards and kayaks are perfect set up for a peaceful water activity. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. Top notch experience all the way across!

Very clean and spacious place for a small group. Kitchen had all amenities, spices and appliances. Owner was easy to communicate with, neighborhood is lovely as is the beach across the street.

Accommodations were amazing and the host was beyond friendly and approachable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful private home with their own dock and access to kayaks and standing paddle boards!! :) Amazing time!

What an amazing property! Extremely clean, cozy, and full of every possible detail to make you feel at home. The water and was serene and the paddle boards and kayaks were so fun! Truly a retreat from the hustle and bustle of LA.

The property was really nice with two bedrooms on the main floor. There is no air conditioning, but with windows and doors being opened the condo was cool. We did visit in September so in hotter season it might be an issue. Upstairs loft bedroom is small with angled ceilings. Perfect for little ones, but much warmer upstairs. We loved the deck area and the dock with kayak and paddle boards. We went out daily on paddle boards. One downside is that you can hear the road noise from the busy road nearby, but not too bad. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a car rental and drove all around the area. Nice area to walk for exercise or just to see the sites. Beach is huge and you can walk on beach for miles.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Location is always key for our vacations and this home was perfectly located for us. Oxnard Beach Park is virtually across the street and was never crowded when we were there. Having a back porch with kayaks that accesses the harbor was also huge for us. An early morning paddle through the harbor and marina is highly recommended. Lots of great photo ops. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy driving distance. We did day trips to Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Ventura. All easy drives. The house itself was comfortable for us with everything we needed. And being from Phoenix, we found the weather to be a welcome respite from our record breaking heat. We love Oxnard and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

You will be fortunate if you can stay here. Beautiful home, lovely and super comfortable. Tons of amenities. The location is fabulous, close the the launch point for Channel Islands National Park, short walk to the beach. It was very relaxing to have my morning coffee on the back porch.

Nice property but a little close to major streets thus traffic noise at all hours. Too many personal items in closets. A better explanation of how the tvs worked via several different remotes would be nice. Otherwise a nice experience and property.

The home was clean and decorated very well. Beds were especially comfortable, and having 2 full bathrooms was wonderful. We loved using the kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards. Would definitely recommend!

The Rose House is a great place to stay when visiting the Channel Islands Area. All the amenities of home plus a beautiful view of the water. I rate a 5 Star and I will be back.

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and we loved having the extras like the paddle board and kayak. The beds were very comfortable and opening the doors on both sides of the house allowed for an incredible breeze. We loved it!
