Bella casa a 3 piani su un enorme terreno ... e ci sono piste da slitta proprio sulla proprietà! A pochi minuti sia dallo sci che dal Villaggio di Babbo Natale. Goditi le viste mozzafiato mentre ti rilassi nella vasca idromassaggio coperta in vetro dopo una giornata sulle piste. Questa splendida proprietà è incastonata tra Big Bear e Lake Arrowhead, quindi è possibile godersi il meglio dei due mondi. Sono solo 7 miglia in auto per le piste, a 3 miglia da Sky Park / Villaggio di Babbo Natale, e solo 6 miglia a snow-tubing! Questa casa ha molti servizi di 1a classe: Jacuzzi, WiFi, sala giochi con un bar personalizzato a 6 posti, 4 giochi arcade reali (caricati con oltre 100 giochi), biliardino, giochi da tavolo, piano giocatore e altro ancora. Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. Sherri was very communicative and made the stay wonderful by being so accommodating and great. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

This place rocks. My crowd that I brought to the venue was primarily a group of gamers so we mainly hosted little gaming tournaments while out there. We had originally tried to plan for a hike bu had gotten snowed in by a freak snow storm. However that didn’t mean that we couldn’t have fun in the snow! It was incredible when using the sledding area and making snowmen on their outdoor deck. We also had a fun time in the jacuzzi in which the owner instructed us skillfully.
Should i go again? Yes. Just please do your part in keeping the place clean and follow the rules and you’ll have a fantastic time.

I read a hundred amazing reviews of this property before booking, and I can say that every single one of them was accurate. Sherri was a perfect host, she went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and ensure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredible, there was so much to do inside and on the property that we hardly wanted to leave during our four day stay, but it's close to so many great hikes and ski and tubing parks that we had to venture out occasionally. Between the cozy rooms, the fireplaces, the arcade, the player piano, the hot tub, the stunning views from the deck...I can't recommend this place enough. I certainly hope to come back some day.

Amazing property overall. Lots of space to play inside and outside. Super clean and organized, lots of labels that made it easy to understand how to utilize the space. We didn't need to go to a snow place we had a whole driveway to slide down, it made for lots of fun time outside. Sherri, the owner, is unbelievably sweet, very informative, and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed when booking this cabin. We plan on coming here again and again. Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity to share your cabin and let out family create wonderful memories.

Oh My where to begin! I could have left a beautiful review of Sherri before we even went on our trip! She's beyond a Super Host! She made sure from the start that we knew everything that we needed before going. The Cabin was perfectly described and our family of 9 adults & Grandkids 6 & 8 fit perfectly, it sleeps up to 15. It's very cozy and has so many beautiful touches. The Arcade games, indoor Jacuzzi and self playing Piano were among the favorites. The home is so unique a Castle like a Disney Movie (which they also have all of those to watch) The nicest part was that even though we were there the second week in Jan. weather was perfect, but very cold at night and the 3 levels stayed very warm our entire stay, we actually kept the thermostat at 67 most of the time. The property is beautiful & has the perfect sledding area. Amazing views all the way to Catalina. We will definitely hope to go back in Late Spring or Summer. We as a family have stayed in many VRBO's over the years & this is one of our new favorites. Sherri truly went above, left treats for us & the kids! So we returned the gesture to her. I hope that my review will help the next lucky group that get to stay in this charming castle:)

Highly recommend!!! This lovely family home just what we were looking for! Great location with a beautiful view to loose your self from the reality of daily living !!!! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable: (Bonk beds preferably only for smaller “people”). Excellent communication from the hostess herself: very resourceful! Fun game room and lots of fun activities for the kids. It was even more fun because it snowed while we were there! Easy check in and check out information.

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

This castle-like, three-level home has amazing views, set amidst the pines, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, a player piano, and a spa. It looks as though it once had a watery moat around it. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive. She has little signs about the house to let you know its quirks.

We planned a long weekend trip with family and this home was perfect.Lots of room inside and out.The game room was always fun after a long day out and about. Sherry is the best! She was a phone call away with anything we needed. Highly recommended.

This house was awesome, there were different levels and nooks and crannies everywhere that reminded us of something out of Harry Potter. There is a huge deck with an amazing view and the game room keeps noises quiet from the rest of the house. Sherri was amazing and you can’t ask for a better host. Buy the insurance if anything for the carpet, it’s everywhere and with the kiddos there are sure to be accidents. Great stay!!

This was our second time staying in this amazing place. We've had such an great time we're coming back in a month. The views are breathtaking and the property is beautiful. The kids and adults alike have so much fun sledding on property that we have no reason to leave. Sherri has always been so sweet and accommodating. You know how when you plan a trip and daydream about what it is going to be like and build up all these expectations in your head? Then you get there only to be disappointed. Well, this is not that place. Everything met or exceeded my wildest imagination.
This was my first time renting on Vrbo (or any other site for that matter) and I can say all future rentals will have some pretty big shoes to fill. Sherri was very pleasant to work with. Communication was top notch. The property was gorgeous. Great views all around with lots of picture taking opportunities.
The ability to step out the front door and go sledding down the driveway was probably the biggest perk. I chose this property specifically because of that. We did not have to pack up the cars, drive somewhere and pay an hourly rate to have some recreational fun in the snow. You can also just take a nice long walk all around the huge outdoor area of the property.
This place has a nice, big comfy couch in the living room and a pretty much fully stocked kitchen. plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans etc. Also, the seat warmers on the toilets were a nice touch!
The game room was cool. My brother and I (dudes in our 40s) probably used it the most. Lots of retro games from the 80s. to choose from. We spent a fair amount of time battling on Street Fighter 2. And of course having a spa to soak in after a day of going up and the long driveways sledding to our hearts content was a great way to end each day.
Words can't describe this place enough. The pictures don't do it justice either. You have to see it to experience it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go again. Thank you Sherri for sharing your place with us. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great stay at Nob hill cabin. There was plenty of beds, lots to do in the home. Even though we couldn’t go outside much, because it rained the whole time we were there. The outside of the property is gorgeous!

Our family rented the property for thanksgiving, and we had the best time! Sherri made sure we knew where all the cooking things could be found, how to operate specific machines and answered all of our questions promptly! She also knew we had a few youngsters in our group, and she put a “Turkey Cookie Decorating Kit” on the table for the kids to do- and they DID! Just the little things that made our visit from great to amazing. :) We were trusted with a great home for a vacation and we are so grateful! We will be back!

First of all communication was great, from booking to end of trip Sherri was always available and she was very sweet and helpful. Second we all love the views specially at night, it was so beautiful we took great pictures and enjoyed watching the sunset. All 15 of us enjoyed the house it had everything we needed, the kids had lots of fun with the games and some of us got to enjoyed the jacuzzi, overall we had a great time and the kids want to go back for winter to play with snow, so we definitely recommend it to everyone and if possible we wish to come back, Thank you Sherri for having us and sharing your place with us, Blessings!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house/cabin. While it had the modern convenience of WiFi and streaming services, there were nostalgic touches like TVs with VCRs (the owner has lots of VHS tapes for you to use, as well as DVDs) and pac-man and other arcade games (quarters are provided). The view from the deck is amazing and you even have views from the indoor jacuzzi. While there are neighbors on each side of the property, you’re really not aware of them because of how the house is situated. We enjoyed lots of nearby activities including hiking, walking, and swimming at Lake Gregory. The owner has done a great job of anticipating what guests might need. As an example, there was a parking pass for guest use for the San Bernardino National Forest, so we didn’t have to buy one. I definitely hope to visit again in the future and would highly recommend this property. While there is no air conditioning, as other reviewers have mentioned, we opened all the windows as soon as we arrived and there was a nice breeze the whole time, additionally there are fans throughout the house for guest use.

Spectacular View with Nostalgic Amenities
The view of the valley is amazing. The wrap around porch and large bay windows provide breath taking views. The classic video games and player piano made for a wonderful trip down memory lane. It was clean and well stocked with most all cooking needs. Our host was friendly, communicative, and very gracious. Our entire family would highly recommend this home.

We couldn't have planned it any better. We stayed March 4-7,2022 and t started snowing the minute we got there. It snowed all afternoon Friday thru Saturday. The kids had a great time sledding. The property has several small slopes for the kid's. Overall, we loved it!

Very large cabin with spectacular views
In general everything is fine, although because of the snow it is difficult to get in the truck to the garage, chains are required.
The cabin is spectacular, it is very large and the gardens and terraces with great views.

Fantastic cabin! Highly Recommend!
This cabin and the location was amazing! It sits on a very large property, so you have a ton of privacy and plenty of space both outside and inside. It is cozy and has something for everyone to enjoy - hot tub, arcades, tree house, fireplace, board games, and so much more. The location is ideal as you are only 4 miles from Santa's Village, about 7 miles from Lake Arrowhead, and maybe 25 min from Big Bear. Sherri, the owner, was very warm and welcoming, and super responsive whenever we needed something or had a question. The cabin had everything we needed, so we didn't need to bring much. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this cabin for your stay!

Weather scary- VRBO home-excellent!
Owner very accommodating, friendly and accessible👍Our only ( but major) issue is the winds were horrific and electricity was off for 24 hrs. It made our stay very disjointed. Most folks left 1-2 days early. Heated our Thanksgiving dinner on the gas grill outside. It made for lots of stories I must say😆.

A Beautiful Getaway!
This property was everything my group could have hoped for! We were a large group getting away for a bonding retreat, and the house offered so many activities for people to connect over, not to mention the GORGEOUS views. We wish we could've stayed even longer since there was so much to enjoy without ever leaving the house!
Sherri was incredibly kind & communicative throughout the stay and very clear with instructions around managing all the nooks and crannies of the large property. We felt very welcome and would love to be back.

Family Reunion in the Mountains
Sixteen of us, equal parts kids and adults, met at this house in the mountains near Running Springs for a full week reunion. Sherri was helpful in explaining how the house would accommodate a group this large, and went as far as assembling an infant gate at the top of the stairs ready for our arrival. There were ample beds, sheets, towels, etc....really everything needed was there in abundance. Throughout our stay Sherri was accessible by phone, text, and email. In a house this large, inevitably questions arise from someone in the party about where this or that can be found, and Sherri was quick to provide an answer. There were two days of telephone pole upgrading on the street which resulted in significant power outages, but Sherri was in constant communication about this and helpful as we navigated part of two days without power. She provided a partial refund for the inconvenience, which was a fair and flexible outcome. Our stay was in the height of summer, which meant that a couple days got fairly hot. It was easy to navigate the heat given plenty of shade on the property, plenty of fans in the house, a spectacular cool breeze coming up the hill directly onto the house, and a variety of fun things to do nearby. Our only recommendation would be to have a couple box fans on the premises for those particularly hot evenings when cooling down the house takes an extra measure of fan power. We had a delightful stay at the house, this kids really enjoyed all the space to play, climbing the rocks around the property, the treehouse, arcade games, and assorted puzzles, books, toys, and games well placed throughout the house. The kitchen was well outfitted with what you'd expect in a house this size--there was plenty of equipment for meal prep and meal time. Finally, I always like a place where the dishwasher and washing machine can do a great job taking care of all sixteen of my extended family for an entire week! Big thank you to Sherri for taking such good care of us and providing the house for our getaway!

Great mountain getaway
My friends and I had such a great experience staying at this property. Beautiful deck with views, clean interior, jacuzzi, tons of things to keep entertained, heated toilet seats with bidets??!! Sheeeesh. Sherri’s communication with us was clear and always prompt. Thanks so much for having us!!
