We had such a wonderful time at Flamingo Towers and KRAIN did a fantastic job helping to make this a very memorable experience. The condo and property were spotless and any issues we had were addressed promptly, they also arranged for a professional driver to bring our family from the airport due to a delay at 1am. We are so grateful for this amazing place and hope to be back sometime soon.

This condo was fantastic for our 8 night stay in the Playa Flamingo area. The condo was superb and the views from the balcony patio overlooking the beautiful ocean were just amazing. Its very close to so many things to see and do from great restaurants to shopping and exploring. We really loved our stay here.

This is our second time staying at Flamingo Towers. This unit is on the 4th of 5 floors. We had an excellent view of the glorious sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was very spacious and virtually everything we needed was provided. The unit was also spotless. The property manager did not provide laundry detergent and when I emailed to request some, they did not respond. This was a little disappointing, but it did not prevent us from enjoying our time there. We enjoyed both pools. A few of the chairs were broken and need to be replaced. Overall our stay was excellent. We were so impressed with how quiet this location is. One thing I would recommend is the owner install a screen door at the entrance. This would decrease the need for air conditioning. I’d definitely stay here again!

The view when we first walked into the condo took our breath away! Very peaceful and beautiful setting. The condo was very comfortable for our family, the pools were fantastic and we appreciated the beach chairs and boogey boards which we used daily. The location was great, easy access to both Flamingo beach and Brasalito beach with a short drive (parking is no problem), although we also walked to both for some exercise (very steep hill). They are very different beaches, although both are among the most beautiful I've seen, and we enjoyed exploring both. We liked getting drinks at Coco Loco at Flamingo beach and we enjoyed more local food options in Brasalito. Great condo and vacation, I'd highly recommend.

Overall, a great experience. It was very clean, and such a great view. We quickly noticed a horrible stench in the condo, like a septic leak. It was coming from the drain in the laundry room, so we kept that door closed. After that, not a concern. Doing laundry is not a pleasant experience, but it's maybe nothing anyone can do about it, except covering that drain with some kind of seal. Otherwise, a great time...awesome view. Just such a relaxing and fun time. Would suggest to anyone!

We stayed for one week. I have 2 older parents and the elevator was great to have. The patio was where they spent most of their time just relaxing. The view is spectacular!!! I would highly recommend 4x4 vehicle to get up the hill to access property - you almost need a vehicle unless you are open to walking 15+ min. There is one designated parking spot. Playa flamingo is a 6-9 minute drive away (you can drive up or down the hill to access). Playa Brasalito is about the same distance in the other direction. There is laundry in the unit. This was a perfect stay for us and met all of our needs, relaxation for some and access to beaches and adventure for others. Would highly recommend Flamingo Towers!!!

Tony our property manager was wonderful. He always promptly returned our messages and was very helpful. We have stayed in many condo rentals in Costa Rica and this was our least favorite. The views were spectacular, however, the condo felt more like a hotel room. It was very plain and did not feel warm and welcoming. We were provided with 1 small hotel size bar of soap which we had to locate in the 2nd bathroom. There were only 2 wash clothes. The soap in the bathroom was so cheap it was like water and did not lather at all. There were no extra trash bags so our garbage was overflowing by the time we left. The condo needs a new coat of paint at minimum to spruce up the appearance. Flamingo Towers in general is a nice building and the grounds are beautifully maintained.

Flamingo towers is one of my favorite places to stay while in Play Flamingo. We have stayed there 3-4 times now. Great location. The views are amazing. The building is very safe-great security. One of the security guards, Jose, is awesome. Krain-Helena was great and responsive. We had to extend our stay and she was great to deal with.

Overall we loved this condo and would go back in a moment. Flamingo beach is really lovely where you are not bothered hardly at all and renting a cabana near Coco Loco at a cost of maybe $20 US for the day for the cabana and two chairs worked out really great when we want it a beach day. There were enough good restaurants in the area to satisfy us and a couple of small grocery stores although no gas station in playa flamingo. Overall highly recommend but the road to the condo really suggest you need an SUV as it is very very bumpy and rutted in places- hard to see those ruts at night

Perfect paradise, highly recommend!
We’ve visited Costa Rica many times, but this was our first time staying in Flamingo (usually stay in Tamarindo). I must say- the unit is as beautiful as the pictures and the view is unbeatable! You get nice ocean breezes from the patio, which is a nice size and has comfortable furniture. It’s not walking distance to the beach, but it’s only a couple minute drive down the hill and Flamingo beach is much less crowded other nearby beaches and you don’t get constantly harassed by vendors trying to sell you things. Communication with the property manager was great. The A/C unit didn’t seem to be working properly when we arrived, but after contacting our assigned concierge, they sent a tech to fix it the following morning (thanks Oliver). We will definitely be returning and plan to recommend this place to friends!

Strongly recommend you get a car as you'll want to drive to get to anything. Walking up the hill would be strenuous. Best vacation I ever had in Central America
We’ve visited several countries in Central America, this was the first time in Costa Rica; we stayed at Joya de Flamingo and loved every minute of it. The whole place was great, really clean and the balcony had an incredible ocean view were we enjoyed every single day watching the sunset; this is the perfect place to stay either with friends or family.
We need to give special thanks to Krain staff; they helped us with every tour request we had and were always available to help up us. If you stay in the area you definitely need to take some tours, the ATV and snorkeling tour was amazing.
From these vacations I can say we met great people, had great food and definitely a great time in this condo! I would recommend staying here to everyone thinking of visiting Costa Rica.

Amazing Views & Property
What an amazing property! The views were spectacular. Watched the sunrise in the morning from the front and the sunset from the spacious balcony. The condo was well maintained and the property had 2 pools with views which our group loved to spend time at most days of our trip. There are not enough words to describe the service we receive from Krain Property Management. They helped us from day 1 with our planning from car rental, tour bookings, directions, etc. Sebastian Gomez went well above and beyond in helping us make this an unforgettable vacation. Our tour guides on our tours were friendly, informative and fun. Thank you to Jose, Taylor, Luis and Fernando plus the crew of the Panache catamaran. Krain also introduced us to Juan and Maria from Let Me Cook 4 You chef services and we hired them to cook a private meal at our condo. Overall this trip could not have been more perfect and I hope to be calling Krain soon to plan another adventure. Thank you, Krain!!!

Stunning Ocean Views!
Very well put together unit. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The sunsets from the balcony were breath taking! You are able to lounge out on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets (very spacious). The unit itself was very clean and very well maintained. The Krain staff was very helpful in setting up a relaxing massage at the Condo, we really enjoyed it. The next day we went on the sunset cruise which was absolutely amazing, we got to do some snorkeling and stand up paddle board as well as a bit of kayaking. I only wish we could have stayed longer to have done more tours. I definitely recommend this unit and their property management team for a stress free stay. Thank you Krain for all your help, we look forward to coming back soon!

the condo was in pristine condition and looked as though we were the first to use. We weren't the first.. We had no complaints with condo. Views spectacular. Sunsets every night. 2 pools available and not mush action in either one. So relaxing. The access to the pools wasn't ADA approved. You had to descend and ascend a steep narrow 2 flights of stairs, unless you walk out to the road and up an incline. The road was dirt and rutty, dusty and quite narrow in spots. We would recommend this site to friends. Being closer to the beach would have been a plus, but with a rental car choices of beach areas abound. Local restaurants great, our son's house the best!! A trip to this area would not be complete without going to Sugar Beach. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Joya del Flamingo. The views are incredible. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, central a/c, spacious bathrooms, covered parking. It was nice and clean when we arrived. The check in/out process was simple. The condo was priced affordably. There was an issue of flooding in the unit above ours with water leaking into our unit during our stay and the property managers responded very promptly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Condo with a Gorgeous View!
We stayed for a week~ pure heaven on earth! Unit is brand new, bright and beachy decor. Loved breakfast daily on the expansive balcony listening to the ocean below, and sunsets on the balcony watching the colors expand in the sky while the monkeys make noise in the back ground. Very short drive down the hill to great restaurants (Coco Loco on the beach, and Vaka Loca), boogie boarding 5 min away~ awesome! The property managers are wonderful and full of hospitality. We will be back!

Fantastic!
My husband and I just spend a week in this beautiful, brand new condo over looking the ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated in ocean/beach colors and offers breath taking views of the beach and ocean from the expansive balcony. We found several restaurants close by (Vaca Loca, Coco Loco) and even had boogie boards to rent daily at Flamingo Beach, 5 min from the condo. LOVED our relaxing time together~sunsets from the balcony nightly. Breakfast in the mornings on the balcony listening to the waves below. The property management company made it so easy and was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming back SOON!
