Great house with the ocean steps away across the lawn. The hosts left a beautiful gift basket of local products too. We enjoyed using the suggestions of things to do in the area.

BEAUTIFUL YARD AND BEACH ACCESS. Home wasnt clean. Lots of old food in the fridge that hadnt been cleaned out. Expired condiments from fast food places that doesnt even make sense in Washington County, Maine. Trash in the home and unwanted human and rodent debris. We spent a lot of money to stay and make our own food, but that was aparent we could not after just one evening. We left this home a lot cleaner than we arrived to it. Beautiful property and deck facing the channel. Plan on eating elsewhere.

The cottage was perfect for our family to stay in comfortably for the week. The yard is very spacious, with a large deck and beautiful views. the cottage is close to town while also very private and secluded. Kristen was an excellent host and was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful location, right off rt. 1, beautiful views, you can see the sunrise, walk to the rocky beach. BUT we traveled over 6 hours to get to this Eastport cottage. When we got there WE had to make up the beds- sheets had been placed on the bed with a note stating the date they had been laundered. Is that a usual practice?? The listing didn't mention this little detail! There were coffee grinds and lots of toast crumbs on the counter. We washed down all the counters. The Keurig was very dirty and had a used pod still in it. We washed it and super cleaned the black, grimy outside handle and top. The bedrooms hadn't been dusted, and there was heavy dust on the bureaus. The shower had visible soap scum and hairs. We realize it is early in the season, but we paid top dollar for this cottage and it just didn't look recently refreshed or ready for paying customers. We liked having one floor living and open concept design.

I've been to every beach along Maines coast nd this one is now among my top favs. Unreal finds of glass shells nd rocks. Home was amazing nd very comfy feeling

Great place to get some R&R. Beautiful views. Perfect for my toddler to be able to wander the rocky beach and get his energy out! The beds were very comfortable. Took many wonderful day trips. Shackford Head State Park is a must-to hike and Roque Bluffs State Park is a must-to beach.

What an amazing place to stay! We only have amazing memories from there! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful week in Eastport. The house was well thought out. All amenities were supplied. Very comfortable, clean. Great deck for relaxing with views of the bay. Would definitely recommend property and would return for another stay.

The property is well kept and comfortable with awesome views. The beach is hard to reach if you have any mobility issues however.

We loved our week at Kristen's cottage. It was perfect for our family. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was spacious, living room was comfy but we loved the deck most of all. Beautiful, relaxing and the beach surprised us with new treasures every day. Can't wait to return.

This cottage has a charming beachside ambiance with a beautiful vista of the Passamaquoddy Bay that you can enjoy from a large deck. Deer and loons are plentiful. Home is very well equipped and has comfortable beds. Hope to come back again and again. Wonderful hosts!

Excellent vacation in this comfy roomy home. The deck and view make it easy to relax. Sit and have coffee with the birds in early a.m., look for deer in the evening. Breeze is perfect for sleeping! Close to all activities one of our favorite coffee and treats at the Moose Island Bakery.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. Situated on the water, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serentity of the area. The house is on one level which made our multi-generational family very comfortable. The open floor plan makes it a perfect spot to be together, enjoy the scenery, etc. It's very close to Eastport (about 3 miles) where you can enjoy restaurants, museums, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. We would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay here. It was secluded and perfect get away in a natural setting. The kids loved scoured the rocky beach for treasures. We enjoyed many fire pit evenings and a movie night during a downpour. The house was clean, light, open and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Great little toys for the kids. Thank you!

We stayed in this very comfy cottage for 2 1/2 weeks. The location is perfect - secluded but close enough to the town of Eastport for groceries, library and dinners out. We enjoyed beachcombing daily and beautiful sunsets. The house was well equipped for meals at home and baking goodies. Enjoyed roaring campfires when the sun went down. There was a beautiful deer that visited the yard daily and plenty of bald eagle sightings.

This house was well stocked with comfy beds, wifi, and a great ocean view. Not just a view but a great little beach to walk or sit on. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunset as well as having breakfast and dinner outside on the deck. We also saw seals and deer right from the house. Although not walkable to town, it's a short drive in for shopping,restaurants and other activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
