Con ampio spazio abitativo interno ed esterno, il condominio ha molto spazio per una fuga romantica o una vacanza in famiglia. Una cucina completa, una zona soggiorno, un tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei e biancheria da letto per un massimo di quattro offrono tutto il necessario per stare comodo. Checking in was not easy. Had to call local telephone number twice before we could even open the door. Could not figure out which door (there were two of them).

We love this area when we attend Indian Wells tournament every year. It is so convenient to the tennis garden and really everything else. The villa was very clean and comfortable and always a beautiful area. The grounds are so well kept. I’m sure we will look to stay here next time we attend the tournament.

We came back to stay in this unit on purpose. Quiet upstairs location but still very near the main pool and fitness center. Also 2 nearby smaller pools. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Would definitely come back!

The Sofa Bed was hard to make into a bed and would not stay in the “queen configuration”. Luckily I had small children who were sleeping on it so they payed crosswise.
The outdoor light by the door was burnt out and made it impossible to see the combination on the door lock.
The air conditioner either was rattling or the vent in the living room was rattling when the unit was on.
Other than that it was lovely.

Great service and home. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and access to the community's pools and restaurants. We had a lot of fun.

Beautiful desert getaway!
Our first visit to La Quinta, and Legacy Villas was recommended by friends who stay there often. We loved the condo, beautiful grounds, and just enough space to travel with our 1 year old. Close to the main pool and one of the smaller pools, though the community is very small so you can walk to any of the pools in less than 5 minutes.
Check in/out was easy and automated because of the property management. They were easy to contact through VRBO website and app. The unit was clean and stocked with cookware and coffee/coffee maker.
Only con: unit was not kid-proofed at all. Front door doesn't have a deadbolt so kiddo could get out/down the stairs easily. Chemicals stored under kitchen sink that my child discovered and sprayed within the first 5 minutes of being there.

Horrible experience! The most uncomfortable bed EVER! Light bulbs burnt out everywhere, the place was stocked horribly. We have stayed at Legacy Villas three times previously, and it has never been this bad! I will never book through California Vacation Villas again! It was absolutely awful, and when we called they did absolutely nothing.

It is a beautiful property, clean with a beautiful trail around the The entire complex. Our condo was nice. It had everything you need. However a few things not up to par was a cabinet hinge was broken, furniture needs to be restrained , chair
leg broken, o light on dec and bathroom mirror. Microwave door doesn’t close right. Tub faucet cap missing and there’s hundreds of outside big roaches and crickets st nite. Found dead one in closet. One flew on deck. Bring bug spray to spray your deck when you sit out and you’ll be fine. We loved it other than that.

Enjoyed our stay, had all you need just like home. There were a few issues but Maintenance tried to fix hinge but they had to order a new one Cabinet broken, lights on deck blown out, Tub cold cap missing, light on bathroom lamp needs new bulb, furniture needs to be restrained. Water marks in tables. A big Chip on a dining chair Leg off, living room chairs rickety. The worse we’re the hundreds of large roaches that fly all over outside and walking on sidewalk, ground along with hundreds of crickets at night! One roach flew up the second deck and crawling on my pants! Everyone including the dogs were screaming and dog barking! I found a dead roach ha in closet. They need to fumigate grounds. I’ve stayed in at least 20 hotels and I e never seen anything like that! The positive was it’s a beautiful complex! 12 pools. Fabulous dirt trail around the whole perimeter of complex! Staff very nice. My sister and I want to NY a couple condos but they must fumigate before we would buy! Other than that we had a nice time.

My only comment is that I looked under the bed to ensure we did not forget anything and it was GROSS. I know it us under the bed, not in plain sight but there are huge dust bunnies and things under there!

Excellent unit, clean, well-appointed, with plenty of amenities (particularly in the kitchen). Very well maintained complex. Check-in was not flawless (my name was not on the list) and the apartment was different to the one advertised (no pool views, no grill).
