Questa casa a due piani vanta una bellissima Master Suite al piano principale, ha un tocco romantico con un letto matrimoniale Tommy Bahama, cabina armadio con cassaforte, ampio bagno con doccia e vasca di grandi dimensioni. Le porte di vetro si aprono sul cortile murato, sulla piscina e sulla spa. Dall'altra parte del cortile nella nostra cabina ci sono alloggi privati con un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura, bagno completo e un ingresso privato. Al piano superiore sono 3 camere da letto per gli ospiti. C'è un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli nella prima camera. La seconda camera ha 2 gemelli e mezzo bagno. La 3a camera ha 2 letti singoli. C'è un bagno completo con doccia nella hall. Come proprietari, gestiamo le nostre case. Non esitate a chiederci informazioni su ristoranti, noleggio barche, possibilità di pesca, campi da golf, attività per bambini. Siamo felici di parlarvi dei nostri posti preferiti per cenare, fare shopping e giocare a Napoli. Ci impegniamo a fornire un'esperienza di vacanza eccellente per tutti i nostri ospiti. I nostri ospiti in Ritzy Rabbit godono della piscina coperta riscaldata e del centro benessere. Adorano la breve passeggiata o il giro in bicicletta verso le sabbie bianche di Vanderbilt Beach e Delnor-Wiggins State Park. La villa si trova a soli cinque isolati e mezzo dalla spiaggia e non lontano dalla "NEW Uptown", Mercato. Mercato è il più recente HOT SPOT di Napoli con ristoranti, negozi, bar, film e vita notturna. È dotato di un mercato di alimenti integrali. Cenare in spiaggia al Ritz Carlton, a La Playa o al Turtle Club è un piacere da non perdere. La cucina è davvero gourmet, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, ecc. Lasceremo vino per te all'arrivo, o succo d'arancia della Florida, se preferisci. Fai sapere la tua preferenza al momento della prenotazione. The house is located minutes from one of the best beaches in the country. Delnor-Wiggins state beach with its white sands and warm Gulf of Mexico water!
The house is clean, organized and well equipped to have an awesome vacation! The house is also located near the main roads and shopping! I recommend the house for anyone looking for a Naples Vacation!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Kathy and Ron's home in Naples! Kathy was incredibly communicative and a delight to coordinate with. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and was well maintained. This was the perfect home for our group of 9 to stay in and I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Our family of 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 7yrs.-16yrs. Stayed for 7 days. The accommodations were great for the age ranges. Children upstairs and adults down and in the Cabana. The pool was greatly enjoyed, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to provide meals. Grill worked well. Kathy was very easy to communicate with. Our stay was a great family time in this lovely home.

Spacious bedrooms and easy beach access were our favorite amenities! Owner very helpful and responsive to recommendations and needs. Beach and baby equipment were fantastic. Appliance updates could be helpful, property is on a busy road. Love the doors opening to the pool and the hot tub. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!!

We had a great four weeks stay at the Rizzy rabbit. The house was extremely comfortable and very well maintained. The screened pool was enjoyed by the entire family, especially by the young children. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk or bicycle ride. it was great having beach chairs and bikes available to the renters. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with when anything was needed. The location of the house was convenient for shopping and accessing restaurants, though on a pretty busy road.

Ritzy Rabbit was wonderful for our family vacation. 5 adults and 3 young children stayed here comfortably with room to spare. The house is beautiful, very clean, very close to beaches, centrally located to everything, and we loved the pool/hot tub. Owners provide everything you need to have a great vacation. Kathy and Ron were extremely responsive. Highly recommend. We'd love to stay there again if in the Naples area.

In Naples for son’s wedding which was in Bonita Springs. Central to many things such as

Our family of 7 stayed at the Ritzy Rabbit and we absolutely loved it. From the 100% accuracy of the listing to pure comfort of the home, this place was spot on. Check in was seamless and upon entering the home you could tell that it was loved and well cared for. The housekeepers had the home spotless. The kitchen was well equipped and anything you would need for a day at the beach was there and ready. So much space with 4 bedrooms and a cabana, we had room to spread out. We visited the beach just down the road and it was wonderful. It’s just a short drive or bike ride and you’re there. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close to the house so there’s always something to do. My family has already decided we will be returning to the Ritzy Rabbit next year!

We loved the Ritzy Rabbit! The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. It was clean, well-maintained and comfortable for our family of 9 (7 adults and 2 children.) The cabana house was a nice addition to the main house. The house was only blocks away from a beautiful beach which everyone enjoyed, when not swimming in the pool adjacent to the living room. Our hosts, Kathy and Ron, were very nice and responsive. They provided pool toys, golf clubs, bicycles and beach passes. We all would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to rent in Naples.

Loved staying at the Ritzy Rabbit for Spring Break. The property is even better than the description. Loved the pool and spa. Location is awesome for going to Vanderbilt Beach. The condo had all the beach amenities we could ever want and bikes to get there. The owners are amazing in their communications and truly strive to give their guests the best vacation possible.

We loved it! The house was everything is said it was and more. It easily fit our family of 8 adults and on 2 year old. Daughter-in-law loved the pool fence. It was so nice to have the sliding doors open and not worry about the little one heading for the pool everytime. Great-grandparents stayed in the cabana house and loved having their own space. The owners were great about putting the right size crib up in the master suite for our son and daughter-in-law. They were in awe of all the room that had in the master suite. The tub was broken and parts were ordered, so there was nothing we could do about not having a bathtub for the little one's bath. The pool/spa were great. We loved that they were warm and everything worked so well. The house is located on a busy street but you don't hear the noise. It was hard to get on the street at certain times of the day. Like when school let out and on Saturday evening when the church services let out. The house comes with all kinds of beach stuff that was nice. The beach is close, were able to bike there and back to watch the sunsets in the evenings. There were plenty of dishes for all the different meals that we cooked and space for everyone to eat. Overall this was one of our best houses to stay at. If we are in Naples again, we would stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay, it was great to escape the snow in northern Wisconsin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ritzy Rabbit. In our group were 6 adults and 3 children ages 5 months, 11 year and 3 years. There was plenty of room which made for a harmonious family vacation. Nobody got in anybody's way! We enjoyed walking to the beach, which is under a mile.
The best feature of this lovely rental was the screening around the pool, rendering it safe for the toddler. We could all enjoy the outside patio without worrying about the young children falling into the pool. A good time was had by all!

Very comfortable home with thoughtful basic amenities provided by the owner. Pleased to find everything as described in the VRBO listing. Despite the cooler weather, family members made good use of the pool and spa. Accommodated our nine family members comfortably.

This was my third time renting here. Great location. Love having the pool with safety fence for protection for the toddlers that were at the house. Owner is easy to work with and always available if you have any questions.

Nice house but some hiccups.
The house was very nice and the owners were easy to deal with. Sadly the pool and hot tub heater was broke so no hot tub. Also the dish washer and dryer didn't work very well. These were minor set backs and the owners did everything to make it right. All in all it was a good stay would recommend.

Ritzy Rabbit Rendezvous
Ritzy Rabbit exceeded our expectations as the perfect location for our annual sibling rendezvous. "I love this house." words frequently spoken by one of us....4 senior siblings....coming from San Diego, Atlanta, and Indianapolis to celebrate life, with each other. The accomodations were perfect and just as described. There are actually 2 main floor bedrooms...the beautiful Master Suite (for me, 78 years, with back issues)the cabana, with kitchenette and bath, pool entrance, for our 82 year old brother....he loved it...preferring some privacy.)
Each of us had our own bedroom!!!..didn't have to sleep with anyone else!!
We loved the open concept of the lower level. Kitchen was fully equipped. Living room...very cozy and comfy with large screen Smart TV, pool entrance.
The pool with hot tub...beautiful, accessible from living room, Master Suite, and easily from the cabana.
We spent time on the beautiful beach at Delnor-Wiggins State Park, using beach items provided at Ritzt Rabbit.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property...just perfect for us! Would love to stay here again on a return trip to Naples. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

My family and I spent a week at The Ritzy Rabbit. It was a wonderful week. There were 9 of us including 2 children (15mon and 5years) and 3 teen age guys .
