This is a lovely property. Beautifully decorated, well curated and stocked with everything needed. The location of this particular unit is ideal. It's in a perfect spot by the pool. Ground level. So nice to walk in from the beach & pool without having to walk up stairs. The owners are super nice. Really great communication. This will be our first choice next time if it's available.

We had the BEST trip to Cayman with family and friends. Sunset Cove was the perfect place to call home for a week. Kathryn’s condo was very convenient to walk out to the pool. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the complex. We hope to come back soon. We were at the condo on Good Friday which is a big holiday on the island. There were a lot of people on property and at the pool bar that weren’t staying on property that day. I wish security had done a better job of enforcing wristbands, but this was not an issue on other days.

Our family spent a week at this property. It was wonderful!! The condo had everything. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful condo, great pool with swim up bar, and nice beach

We stayed with our 3 young kids at Kathryn’s gorgeous condo in early February. It was a wonderful vacation. The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the easy access to pool and beach. The food at the swim up bar was great for lunch. We did a lot of walking and it was easy to get around on sidewalks and felt very safe. We grabbed groceries at Fosters in Camana Bay and there is a nice pedestrian path to get there. Some favorite restaurants were Ragazzi’s, Lloyd’s and Casa 43. The condo is near the Marriot and I had some solo Mom time getting a massage while the kids napped one afternoon. We plan on returning soon!

I can’t say enough good things about this unit at Sunset Cove! It far exceeded our expectations….it’s like a hidden gem! The condo was spotless as well as the pool and surrounding grounds. The pool is 10 steps from the door and There is very good snorkeling from the beach area. We travel often and have stayed in numerous short term rentals but this was by far our favorite. The Lazy Lizard swim up bar and restaurant is fantastic. (Highly recommended the jerk chicken tacos and a Blue Wave) we walked to XQ’s for pizza, Coconut Joes and Peppers. We ventured out to explore the island and check out other beaches a couple of times but ended up just going back to what we called our little paradise, because everything we wanted and needed was right outside our door. The kitchen is well equipped, if you decide to prepare meals, and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for the four of us. (2 married couples) Kathryn was a wonderful host. She sent all of the information needed by email then called to make sure I received it. We never had a reason to reach out to her once we arrived but I imagine she would have been very responsive had we needed her. We are already looking at dates for our next stay! Book it now! You will not be disappointed!

Great place for families steps from pool and beach.

The location of this condo is PERFECT ! Perfect for the pool/bar/restaurant, perfect for the beach. The condo itself is exactly as described, was perfect for an Aunt with 2 nieces. Very nice to have the little cove for going in the water and for snorkeling. Would rent again, FOR SURE !

The property was exactly as described. Very quiet not crowded at all. There were alway empty chairs at the pool and beach. People were very friendly. Everything you need is within walking distance and most places deliver. We were diving and all the dive shops picked us up and dropped us off at the property. Would defienetly recommend it and go back.

We had the absolute best time in Cayman for my daughter's birthday celebration. The condo was super clean and with all the amenities that the complex had to offer, the private beach and swim up bar you couldn't of asked for a better location. We will definitely be back!

The place was wonderful, the water at 7 mile beach was beautiful, there was a big pool, hot tub, and a swim up bar and grill. It was great, had a great time as well.

After years of staying at the Westin, we tried something new and were so happy we did. The condo was terrific and Kathryn saw to every little detail, from clips for the beach blankets to restaurant ideas to accommodating our schedule. Having two bathrooms and a separate room for the teenagers was huge. The kitchen was very workable and grocery just a $7 cab ride away. Laundry was a plus. Comfy living room, dining area and patio overlooking pool and near beach. Beach was never crowded in August, with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Cove was perfect for floating and snorkeling. There was even a swim-up bar, so I didn't miss the Westin. Property manager Jennifer and Kathryn were great to work with.

We had the BEST time in the Grand Cayman, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had a great location! We especially enjoyed the private beach, swim up bar, and view of the gorgeous sunsets each night. We would definitely stay here again!

Good tranquil location, close to Seven Mile beach and some cafe's. Easy pool and beach access. We booked a last minute vacation and Kathryn was very accommodating, so happy she worked with us for our stay! Communication with her was great, answered any concerns right away. Condo was super clean, it provided some things that we forgot to take or couldn't take like a cooler! It's the little details. I would definitely recommend this stay. Great experience on our first visit to the Islands.

Our family had a great stay here in Sunset Cove. The pool was nice and the rock lagoon (something no other place here has) gave many opportunities to get in the water. Centrally located as we were able to walk to many locations - 20 minutes or so down to the heart of George Town for shopping or similar up to Camina Bay. Lots of great restaurants right there too. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we ever visit Grand Cayman again!

We had a wonderful time in Cayman. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We were with friends and loved it!! It had everything we needed and more. Loved the location… on the ground floor, 20 feet from the pool and 50 feet from the bar… perfect. I would definitely recommend. We’ll be back!! Hopefully soon!! Luis and Luisa

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our 3 kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom, they loved how close the condo was to the pool and beach, and enjoyed watching some shows after lunch in the living room to cool down a bit from the sun. We walked to many restaurants although we had a car, which was great. We had a great time at Kathryn's condo and would return in the future.Thank you for having us.

Location was amazing. Snorkeling right off shore was great, but if you go out near the buoys it was amazing. The condo was well furnished and very clean. Kathryn was great to work with. She was very accommodating. We will stay here again for sure.

We were just steps from beach & pool, and swim up bar! Clean, Quiet, and supplied with everything you’d need! Great location for beach and restaurants! Would do again in a second!!

We just got back from 4 nights in April and absolutely loved our stay! Kathryn was so accommodating, friendly, responsive to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need - beach toys, pool toys, bug spray, beach towels, coffee makers, stainless water bottles, etc. Sunset Cove offered a great beach and cove, especially for our kids to explore. The on-site restaurant, complete with swim up bar was delicious and reasonably priced for GC. The location was close to many great restaurants, the grocery store and other hotels. Don't hesitate to book!

We have a great time staying in the condo. It’s well stocked and maintained. Everything you needed was there to make the trip easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the slower pace and easy access to both the pool and the beach. Condo was spacious, clean and outfitted with everything we needed.

If there wasn’t something there, you didn’t need it. The kitchen was better stocked than anywhere we’ve ever been and without all those annoying notes about what not to do. It felt like what you would wish for in a home of your own in paradise. It was great to have a full coffee maker plus a keurig and plenty of containers for leftovers (basket on a shelf in the lower cabinets) The ice maker even kept up with us. The security guard who patrols the property was so sweet and made us feel welcome and safe. We could leave suits out to dry at night without worries. There’s a car rental next to Coconut Joes down the road that’s convenient. We loved the Sting Ray City with Red Sail Sports because they pick up at the Marriott, a 10 minute walk. You can drive into what looks like a pedestrian path by the office to drop luggage. The condo is on the left side. It’s very convenient, so quiet and our absolute favorite! The Lazy Lizard swim up bar is also fun! There’s nothing not to love.

We had the most amazing holiday at Kathryn's place. The condo was perfect for us. We were travelling with a 5 month old (perfect age), lots of room in the condo and everything you could need. Being on the main floor was perfect for a family with children and was close to the pool and beach. The swim up bar/restaurant (Lazy Lizard) had great food. The pool was big and great for babies and toddlers. The condos patio was a great location to sit with a perfect view of the pool and the beach just beyond. The beach was very calm with the cove break wall and sunsets were spectacular here. We bought groceries twice - once from Kirks just south (20 min walk) and one from Fosters just north in Camana Bay (20 min walk). The food on the island no matter where you ate was amazing. Some of our favourites were, Tillies - a must which is on the beach, Casanova - on the water great for sunset, Peppers, Ms. Pipers and Bacaro - take a taxi here. To get to the longest part of Seven Mile beach we walked north in front of the resort on the road for about 10 minutes. We found just past the tunnel was the best access to make sure you didn't have to turn back based on the wind and tide. We also decided not to rent a car with the baby and did end up taking the ferry from Camana Bay to Kaibo to see the other side of the island for the afternoon which we highly recommend. It was our first time visiting this beautiful island and we will definitely be coming back and staying at Sunset Cove. We loved Kathryn's place and she was a great host always answering any questions we had right away.

Absolutely beautiful condo in an amazing location on 7 mile beach. Very clean, and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed having extra snorkel fins that fit our children. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. We especially enjoyed its location and were able to snorkel out approximately 200 m from the beach to an absolutely gorgeous reef. We were very sad to leave.

Location was perfect and the condo was spotless. We loved the location by the pool and you can see the ocen from your patio. Condo was fully furnished and other than groceries we had everything we needed. This place is definitely a five star! Several great restaurants are within walking distance. We rarely took a cab. Kathryn was extremely helpful and shares great information to ensure you eat and play at the the best places. I highly recommend for young or adult families. The snokeling and walkout beach were some of the best on the Island. My family loved it and will be back again soon!

Kathryn and Tenns home was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you needed. Beach towels, sunscreen, books, board games, tumblers for your drinks, coolers, everything! The kitchen was also stocked with anything you could ever need. I completely overpacked! The bed was very comfy and there was a ton of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The room location was perfect. The pool was right outside the door which is nice when you have kids. The beach was steps from the condo and was absolutely beautiful! We loved the calm water of the cove. It was so nice to just float around. They even had pool noodles and floats in the condo! The pool and hot tub was almost always empty. It felt like we had a private pool at times. The grounds were extremely clean and well maintained. We were in walking distance to a lot of places but also a short car ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly suggest renting a car and just exploring the island. We had the best time ever and will definitely be renting here again! Zero complaints here!

What a wonderful stay!! The unit was furnished with all the amenities, clean, spacious and lots to do!! We will definitely be coming back!! Kathryn was a wonderful host.
