We had a great stay in Aptos. House has a cool Cali beach vibe, awesome first floor huge patio, very well equipped, including beach stuff. Communication was great. Plenty of room for us and four adult kids.

Living space above feels spacious; sleeping quarters below are comfortable; fenced patio is private and peaceful. Nice that it's along the Aptos Creek and not on the main road. An easy, pleasant walk to the beach and the trail up to Seacliff with stunning views of Soquel Cove.

This is a wonderful property with so many conveniences. The property is well designed. The downstairs sleeping rooms are separate from the kitchen and family areas. The outdoor patio area was a wonderful gathering spot for the group. It is an easy walk to the beach and small village. The grocery store is a very short drive away. I highly recommend this rental for a gathering of friends and family.

Fun house to stay at. Very comfortable for our party of 5. We had fun with the fireplace and outside fire pit and walking to the beach and creek. Lots of board games/puzzles. No kids toys but my son had lots of fun with their flash light and collecting shells on the beach and looking at the ducks in the creek.

What a fantastic holiday home , well stocked with everything you need . With a really helpful host. Super comfy beds, peaceful gardens and neighbourhood. Everything you need within in a 5mile radius such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways , garage , doctors and so much more !. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway to an ideal base to explore Californias east coast like we did . The only negative is you didn’t find out about the lodger who stays in the contained flat enjoined to the property until after the deposit was payed , however he didn’t bother us and made little noise .

We enjoyed our stay at Peace and Plenty very much. Being raised in this area, we knew ahead of time that the location would be great. The property is extremely clean and I would have taken the bed home if at all possible. So comfortable!! The house is well stocked, and the sea breeze that flows through the house is wonderful.

We had such a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, a real home away from home. Loved the patio with the beautiful succulent garden and fire pit. Perfect for morning and evening. The home itself is super clean and well appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Location was perfect for beach time and close to great restaurants and other activities like the Nisene Marks and The Boardwalk. Loved it and hope to stay again.

We loved our stay at Rio Del Mar. The beach house is comfortable and cute with a stunning outdoor garden and patio. The kitchen was spacious, lovely, and well-equipped. Overall, our stay was relaxing and peaceful. We loved getting up in the morning and taking the very short walk to the beach to get coffee, heading to the beach in the afternoon, and exploring the surrounding areas.

The ambiance of this beach house made us feel at home immediately. Evenings around the fire pit, games on the beautiful patio and room to spread out and relax and enjoy the lovely succulent garden. Everything you need to walk to the beach and play in the waves. We had a truly memorable family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this property and loved its close location to the beach. It had all the amenities needed for making a trip to the beach with a young family effortless. The beach chairs & towels provided were great! We also really enjoyed the patio fire pit for sharing special time together. Thank you!!

A perfect beach vacation!
This property was exceptional and perfect for our family of 5. Diane has done a wonderful job of providing anything needed during our stay…beautifully appointed kitchen, great patio for cocktail hour, wonderful beach decor and only 5 minute walk to the beach. Check-in and checkout was seamless and Diane was very responsive during reservation process. You won’t find a better property for your beach vacation!

This was truly a well stocked, super clean, perfectly located home. Communication was clear and the owner responded quickly to questions we had leading up to our arrival. Ten out of ten, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach House
This lovely beach house was perfect for my family--comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, games for the grandsons. All of us appreciated the many thoughtful amenities. It was a short walk to the very safe beach and close enough to shopping. The succulent garden was gorgeous and was such a nice place to relax. Thank you for making our family vacation so wonderful.

We walked along beach and hiked in the Nisene Marks forest- both so beautiful. Its a great location, off the beaten path, but not too far! We hope to come again.

Home was clean, extremely well furnished, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, beds very comfortable. We slept well. Neighborhood fun to walk around in at night. Beach just one long block away. Sunsets brilliant.

Absolutely amazing!
This was the ultimate place to stay! My family and I had the most amazing time on our short vacation and we created so many wonderful memories because of this house. Communication with our host was super easy and the house has such a great location. The house and kitchen were also stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was very clean and had such a "homey" feel. We will most definitely be back!

My family and I had a great time relaxing here and walking on the beach. The close cafe and deli’s were a treat. The one thing I didn’t realize was the tenant that lives over the carport. Staying in the two bedrooms you can hear movement. Also in the warmer weather the upstairs can get a little warm, but the fan did help. Other than that it was a very warm, loving and happy home that we would love to visit again. Thank you for sharing!
