House and pool are as shown. The Furnishings may be a big big for a few rooms but everything is clean and comfortable. Carl and Deena were my contacts. Both were helpful and kind. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Great pool and outdoor dining room and tv. A great dog park is q block away. Really enjoyed my stay

Although the house has a nice curb appeal the inside is atrocious. The walls were scraped and gouged. Living room couch and chair were verywell worn. The counter tops in the kitchen were sticky and I believe there was fly of roach paper on top of the microwave. The blender base looks like something is living in it like maggots. Stove and oven haven’t been cleaned for years. Two dead and one alive cockroaches on the floor. The house looked like the owner had gotten up and just left just before we got there. Bedroom draws were still full of the owner’s personal underwear and clothes. We had to move some to put our clothes in. The medicine cabinet had their personal items, dirty and well worn tooth brushes, hair brushes, half squeezed tooth paste, deodorant and medicine. The shower stall has mold in the corners and floor. We changed the bed and found the dirtiest, sweatiest, stained pillows, we purchased two new ones and brought them home. Taped over electric outlets and power boxes. Hidden cameras in the bedroom, living room and patio. I put tape over them for our privacy. The barbecue has had a huge fire and the walls and ceiling of the house were never painted or repaired. Inside the barbecue looked like someone got sick in it. Exposed wiring along patio roof. Propane tanks, gasoline tanks thrown in a pile. Old broken bicycle and broken screen doors in a pile. Pool was set at 71 degrees (supposed to be heated). Pool itself lost water and we had to top it off several times. The owners own pictures in the ad shows an actuate condition of the way the house was left. We assumed the house would be cleaned before we got there, we were certainly wrong. We would NOT recommend to anyone to even consider renting this property. For pictures of proof email me at: [email protected].

We could not have asked for a better place stay in Pembroke Pines. We are moving to the area and this house was centrally located to everything we needed. It is comfortable and clean and the pool was amazing. Would definitely recommend for the value.

We had a great time staying at this house. House is very clean and well kept. Checking process was a breeze and the owner promptly answer our questions and was very accomodating. This house is perfect for a family with children. There is not only a pool at the property but also playground in the walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Comfortable stay. We had a problem with lighting not working outside pool area and owner sent electrician to fix asap... Comfortable main bedroom nice kitchen area to prepare meals

We had 3 guys stay for a golf trip. House was clean and mostly updated. What hadn't yet been remodeled was obviously cared for. All the kitchen supplies were provided. New model washer and dryer were great. Pool area is amazing. Pool was about 6' deep and much larger than the pictures make it look. Very private and had beautiful palms overhead. Very nice grill to use. Plenty of towels were made available. Owner stayed completely out of our hair but also responded immediately to our inquiries. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. There was a ton to do nearby and the neighborhood seemed safe and clean. I'd recommend this for couples, families, or guys trips. There were 4 decent sets of golf clubs for use as well as pool toys. The pictures in the posting do not do justice to how nice this house is. We've already talked about returning next year.
