Questo condominio si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Vanderbilt e da Delnor-Wiggins-State-Park-Beach nella splendida Napoli. È soleggiato al mattino, offre splendide viste ed è tranquillo di notte. È stato magnificamente ristrutturato nel 2016, con una perfetta atmosfera costiera ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per vacanze perfette.
I letti, Kingsize in camera da letto matrimoniale e Queen-Size in camera per gli ospiti, sono nuovissime molle super comode con fodere per cimici, cuscini lisci lavabili e tutto ciò che viene fatto per prevenire reazioni allergiche, poiché i pavimenti sono piastrellato e tutto il resto è lavabile.
I due bagni sono dotati di docce belle e facilmente accessibili e sono dotate di tutto il necessario. Dovrai solo portare i tuoi effetti personali.
La cucina offre un frigorifero e un fabbricatore di ghiaccio di dimensioni standard, una gamma di convezione autopulente, un forno a microonde, un tostapane, un frullatore, una macchina per il caffè auto-macinante completamente automatica e una nuovissima macchina Latissimi-Pro-Nespresso. Condo was as listed beautiful clean and comfortable. My stay was lovely. I was not made aware that property was under construction and elevator did not work for a couple days. Convenience to shopping, dining and beach was perfect.

Perfect stay!
My husband and I stayed here for a month. The flat is beautiful and very comfortable and we felt very much at home. All the amenities made our stay very enjoyable. The photos and listing are very accurate and a welcome book is provided with explanations for everything. the owners are charming - they communicated with us through the website. We highly recommend this property!

This condo is updated & decorated very professionally & appealing.
Our stay at 609 was wonderful. We appreciated just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed all the special amenities that Michaela & family offered for our use such as Siri for music, beach chairs, bikes, & the comfortable king bed. I would hope that the hallways leading to the condo would be updated as ir well. They gave a very drab & dingy feel for coming into the welcoming condo with a bouquet of flowers awaiting our visit. We appreciated Michaelas promptness for communicating with us when we had questions or appliance.problems..

Well equipped and furnished unit
We had an excellent stay during January 2020. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear and two nice bicycles. It was clean and in excellent condition. The owner was readily available to answer questions as they arose. Building was quiet, no noisy neighbors.

Ein herrlicher Ort, der Platz, an dem Ruhe und Natur tatsächlich auch eine harmonische Einheit mit dem Erleben von buntem Treiben, Shoppen und lebendiger Abwechslung bilden. Wunderbar der herrliche Strand, erlebnisreich die Spaziergänge und der Aufenthalt dort dank der Artenvielfalt im Wasser und an Land... großartig auch die Infrastruktur in der nahen Umgebung! Kurze Wege, viel Abwechslung, Florida von seiner der schönsten Seite ☺️ Wohnung, Pool und die gesamte Anlage sehr, sehr schön und einfach dazu angetan, vom ersten Moment an angenehm zu entspannen. Es ist alles da, was dafür wichtig ist, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung und bei Bedarf auch Kontakt bzw Betreuung. Wir sagen Danke! Schon zum zweiten Mal....

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schon vor der Anreise sehr gut, der Empfang bei Ankunft sehr herzlich, und in der Wohnung vom ersten Augenblick an alles vorhanden, was ein Ankommen und den anschließenden Aufenthalt angenehm und komfortabel gestalten kann....

We loved the apartment! It’s bright, white, crisp!!! It has everything you need and more! The beach is 4 min away and you’ll find everything that you need for a beach: chairs, towels, umbrella, cool bags- you don’t have to worry about anything. It was such a nice touch a welcome drinks and fruits! Thank you Michaela and Chris , we had a wonderful time at you place!!!

Fabulous Apartment
The discription given of this apartment is 100% correct. There is an abundance of cooking gadgets and the whole apartment is furnished to extraordinarily high degree.
I had some dealings with the owners over a small matter which was dealt with very quickly and Michaela comes back to you almost instantly, bearing in mind there is five hours difference,.
Anyone booking this apartment will not be disappointed, to say the least, and I would seriously encourage anybody who does to please make sure they look after the apartment for the benefit of those coming behind you.
In that I mean that we have already rebooked for next year so are very much looking forward to coming back and finding it as we have left it!
Michaela and Chris you have done a fantastic job with this apartment and we look forward to visiting again next year.

Un departamento espectacular y muy bien ubicado
La realidad supera las fotos. La propietaria tiene las mejores condiciones como anfitriona y el equipamiento es insuperable.
La ubicación es muy buena porque se accede a una de las mejores playas a unos 70 mts. del complejo en el que esta el departamento.
Estuvimos en Agosto y pasamos las vacaciones que buscabamos. Descanso y confort.

Beautiful beachhouse - condo in Naples/Vanderbilt-Towers
Just spent a month in this very nice condo in Naples. We usually live at a friend´s house, but this year we could not stay there because of renovations. So I asked around and was told by friends about the condo of Mila, which she had just renovated in a beautiful beach-house style.
My personal favourite feature was the short walk to the beach, I usually have to drive there by car when I stay at my friends. Enjoying the sunset with friends and a glass of wine is just 4 mins away and we took the little picnic-basket that was provided.
The condo is furnished very tastefully, we found everything we needed. I personally love Nespresso Cafe, so I was happy they have the latest machine there. We did not cook, as there are so many restaurants in Naples. Anyway we enjoyed sipping our day´s first Cafe in the Loveseat on the Lanai, which is sunny in the morning.
The beds are a delight, we´ve slept well, also because there was no humming or noise at night.
The community-pool is small, but beautiful. Few people are there and there is a family-like atmosphere.
You need a car in Naples anyway, and one of our favourite places, the Mercato, with it´s Whole-Foods Market and many restaurants is just a 6 mins drive away. They provide bikes, but we used them rather to drive along gulfshore-drive than for shopping or dining out.
What else? There is a washer/dryer-room just around the corner and it was fast and easy to use. The OLED TV was a new experience to me, I will have to buy this for my home, too. It´s brilliant. We don´t watch TV much during our holidays, but this was fun and they had installed free amazon-prime, so we watched a nice film occasionally.

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your partner (and kids). It's very clean, yet updated and is only a short walk to the beach (4-5mins) with the beach cart loaded. The furniture is very comfortable (especially the beds!) and everything smells fresh. Warm white and earth colors made me feel homey immediately after we entered the Apartment
I especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with my husband and a glass of wine, listening to the ocean waves while my two kids were downstairs swimming and splashing in the community pool.
The Owner is very friendly and easy to work with and responds immediately. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again. Thank you for sharing!
