The home is lovely. Close to beach and pool. Nice outside setting area. Only downside is we could not fit 2 suv's in yhe driveway.

This was a family July 4th celebration involving 3 generations spanning age 4-76. This house was absolutely perfect for our gang. Everyone had their own private, well appointed, beautifully decorated bedroom. The furnishings and decorations were beach related and very high end. The pools were both very nice and the private entrance to the sandy beach was very close. Beach is all sand with no stones. The house location was perfect with close proximity to all of our favorite activities and restaurants. We travel to St. Augustine regularly to see family and would definitely stay here again. Definitely a 5 star rated in all categories.

This was a wonderful place for our family. It was clean, plenty of room and a very short walk to the pool and beach, which is very important with little ones. I have already recommend it to others and would definately stay here again.

The owner was very attentive with every step of your stay as to avoid any interruptions. Plus there were many restrictions placed once your arrival was neared. If you arrived a minute early or more, there was a $50 early fee. Do not exit the garage or there was a chance you could lock yourself out of the house if you had set the deadbolt. Since we couldn't tell, we made sure that one of us always left by the front door. You had to make sure that you took the beach access keys with you or you couldn enter or exit the beach. There's only 1 beach access key for a house with 4 bedrooms. It seemed that the house hadn't been rented in a few weeks considering the slight dust build up and smell of the towels. Plus there was sand on the floors. But this is typical of rentals which go periods of time between each rental. The owners have the house sufficiently cleaned after each renter but don't consider cleaning it before the next renter if it's been over 2-3 weeks. I would say that this house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was definitely equipped with whatever you needed to cool and serve a meal. There were plenty of towels for 2 people. The restrictions put on the homeowners are not the fault of the homeowner. The pool area had 1 or 2 tables with chairs but no umbrellas. Food and drinks of any kind weren't allowed by the pool. So forget the pool. It was a 15 minute drive to St Augustine. It is a beautiful city filled with lots of history. A must see & do 3 days 4 sure.

This was a great place to spend the weekend with my husband, my two brothers and their wives. We each had our own bedroom with comfortable beds. The layout of the condo was spacious with plenty of living room seating for everyone. It was nice to sit outside on the chairs and also walk down to the dock to watch the turtles. The pool was an easy walk and very cleanly. The beach was just steps away from the pool and very easy to access with the key card. A very quiet and easily accessed location. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were wonderful about communications, a major thing for me. The area is fabulous. I highly recommend reading the binder of rules and recommended activities and restaurants. Harry's Seafood grill is amazing. It was our 27th anniversary. We went there, I had a signature dish of blackened red fish with crab loaded on top, along with smashed potatoes and corn with a wonderful light sauce. My husband had grouper. We both loved the choices, he had to help me and I still had a doggie bag. Actually really for our dog, Katy. Sadly it was our last night with her. Heart failure. We rented the house because of her. We knew she was having heart issues, felt a separate home would be better. She was very comfortable, atmosphere wise. Our vet said 2 hrs to 2 years. It was worth every cent to see her sniffing the salt air. The house is decorated in beach decor. Beds were very comfortable. The cards for beach access worked great. We didn't cook, but on glancing, the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The only issue we had was 2 hrs to find volume on tv remote,lol. It is on side. Also for "beach bum" dining try Oasis and Beachcomber. Ruby red shrimp is the best. Sunset grill is also great, but parking on weekend during on season is hard. We git lucky someone left as we pulled in.

I booked this place for a weekend trip as a gift to my family, and it was great! Super spacious and close to the beach. There’s a dock right next to the property, and if you go over there, turtles will come flocking over. Overflow parking was never full. The neighborhood is also right next to a public access road, which was convenient because we rented a beach wheelchair for my grandma and were able to have it delivered there. I would recommend and book again.

This place is amazing! Everything and more that we could ask for. We had a tough year losing my dad unexpectedly and suddenly in June 2023. Diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in May 2023 and lost him June 2023. Holidays were rough and we needed to get away for a few days. The walk is short to the beach. Beach access had no stairs which was great as my mom has issues with her knees. Dog friendly beach. Short trips to anywhere you want to go. Saltwater Cowboys is a must! We go to the beach every summer and St Augustine is my fav. We've never gone during the winter and this will be a new tradition. Home is very spacious. View is beautiful of the lake. Very friendly turtles that come up and greet you when you walk to the lake. Very tempting to fish with a 10 yr old boy but that is not allowed lol! 10/10 place! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Just far enough out of town that it is calm and quiet with close access to the beach and community pool. This is the third time we have stayed in one of their rentals and we have been happy with all of them. They had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was a short 5 minute max walk to the beach and about the same to the pool. We chose this one for the fact it was one story since we were traveling with our parents for our dad’s 80th Birthday! Will definitely be back as we live at Augustine and have been very happy with this hosts properties.

The property was clean and neat. The 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach was accurate. If you have a four wheel drive vehicle, you can actually drive and park on the beach. I liked that there were clean portlets on the beach, so you did not have to go back to the house. Everyone we met was nice and friendly. Our little dog had a blast on the beach, very pet friendly. Look forward to coming back next year.

The beach was just a five minute walk from the home and grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. The owner/manager was very helpful and accommodating. This home and community was a perfect fit for our large and active family. We are a family of six with four children, ages 9 - 16, and grand parents who joined us. The house had a large family room, cozy dining area, and spacious kitchen. The rooms were perfect sizes with large beds, closets, or storage furniture. There were plenty of games, books, and puzzles for our family to play in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating supplies. The walk-in closet had plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The garage was spacious with easy access to the washer and dryer. The hosts were organized and sent timely reminders with instructions. During the front end of our stay, the toaster died. When we reached out for a replacement, the host was so responsive and one was delivered that afternoon. Greatly appreciated by our children who love their morning bagels! Finally, beach access is so convenient and easy. We had a beautiful walk each and every morning through the friendly community and down the shared path. We vacation every year in St. Augustine, and this property is one of my new favorites. Highly recommend for large families, especially with seniors since this a one-level house. Blessings and safe travels!

Overall it was a nice house, communication with owner/manager was good, and it was a pleasant stay. The only negative thing worth noting was a lack of cleanliness. The floors seemingly had not been cleaned at all and the fridge had a strong offensive odor the whole time. Obviously these issues may be on the cleaning crew rather than management themselves, but noteworthy nonetheless.

The home was just great for our stay in St. Augustine. There was plenty of room and privacy for our group of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles), so it was especially nice to have 2 master bedrooms. The home is not fancy, but it is very comfortable and clean and well supplied. The area is very quiet. We even got to feed the turtles in the pond! The owners were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. The open floor plan made it easy to visit with our family. We loved the proximity to the beach. The location was never more than 10-15 min. away from any place we wanted to go to in St. Augustine. I have to say we were also very pleased with St. Augustine as a vacation destination. The city is very clean with lots to do and see and there are miles of white sand beaches. We had a great trip and would rent this property again for a family vacation.

The property is very convenient to local attractions like the St Augustine lighthouse, Alligator Farm and downtown. Plenty of delicious family-friendly restaurants nearby.

House was clean and in a very quiet development close to the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of six adults. One improvement I would make is to provide some umbrellas for the guests to use in the small patio. There were some in the garage but broken and unusable. It is just too hot to sit there without some sort of cover. Also be aware that this beach location allows cars and trucks to park on the beach. Not ideal but other than that the beach was really nice.

Best Family Vacation EVER!!
My family and I decided to try something different for Christmas 2021 and gift each other with a beach vacation in Summer 2022. This location was perfect and will probably be the first of many beach family vacations!! A little something for everyone - A 15 - 20 drive to downtown and a very quick (less than 5 minute) walk to the beautiful shores of St. Augustine beach! Communication with the owner was great and easy, the house was clean and comfy! Kitchen was well stocked (2 coffee makers! 😁). I would do it a thousand times again!!

We cannot say enough good about this property...everything was wonderful. Very clean and well stocked. It has easy quick access to the main highway for coming and going, and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood...so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

The good - comfortable temp pre-set, very efficient washer/drier, most driers in these units take forever to dry, but this one was super fast.
Things I would have liked - a 12 cup coffee maker instead of the 5 cup provided, access codes to the tennis courts and pool near the walkway to the ocean (both require a code and not the keycard), a garage door opener or code, and cable access on the living room tv. Great stay and home layout.

Great family beach vacation
The house is spacious with plenty of room for 4 adult couples. The location is unbeatable as it is a 5 min walk to beach or pool. A key card is required for entry to and from the beach and pool. The web site states there are two key cards when in fact there is only one which makes traveling to and from the beach difficult for a large group. The key card issue is my only complaint; otherwise we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
