We enjoyed our stay however the unit could use some updating. Kitchen was decently stocked however the utensils, glasses, and bowls were dirty and had to be washed before use. The only pot large enough to make a soup was a metal stock pot that burned the bottom of anything we prepared. The cost to have a decent set of pots would be minimal and would be useful. There were no storage containers with lids so left overs were impossible to store. Only 1 side of the toaster worked. The tvs are not up to date so we couldn’t even stream our own Netflix or other apps. No soundbar and the dvd player didn’t work. Only music player plays cassette tapes which of course we did not have any. Luckily we brought our own portable speaker so we did have tunes. If they had a soundbar for the tv it would have been able to be used for tv and music. Check in was confusing. It wasn’t clear that we didn’t have to go to the office to pick up the card for door and garage so we wasted about an hour trying to figure out how to get in the unit. That being said the location was great. Easy walk to the slopes and to town. FYI the hot tub is in an adjacent building so you have to walk outside or thru the garage to get there. No towels were available when we got to the hot tub. Maybe having 4 robes in the until would be nice so you don’t have to walk in the cold with wet suits. Also a list of recommended restaurants etc... would be a nice touch as well.

Great location, very nice pool and jacuzzi, but Unit is so outdated. You feel like back 1980... Need full remodeling and much more. I will not recommend to nobody who understand living quality.

Great location. Excellent views (2 balconies). Easy check in process. Convenient parking. Don't need a car at all to enjoy all that surrounds you. Only negative was the screen door to the main balcony was off the rails a bit. Totally nit-picking here... Hard to beat! Definitely hope to return!

Check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The property was nice, the kitchen had everything we needed and the views were incredible.

This was our last weekend on the slopes, and it couldn't be more that it actually was. The apartment was just perfect. 70 yard from the lift, same distance from Main street. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.

The location of this property was wonderful and overall made this a great trip. There was some hiccups (washer/dryer App wasn't working, parking pass was not where we were told it was, internet went out, locked out of room due to keys not working) but the property managers were always there to help and fix every situation. As I mentioned, the location was wonderful and property managers were always kind and there to help so we would definitely stay here again.

What a terrific property, perfect for a relaxing getaway in beautiful Breckenridge. The condominium provided everything we needed and was comfortable and very quiet. The location in the center of town was perfect! We walked to shopping, restaurants and hikes. It could not have been more ideal!

You can’t beat the location of this corner unit on the top floor of the building with views to the north and east. Easy access to Main Street made dining and shopping easy. The mattresses, furnishings and bathrooms are a little outdated, but the unit was generally clean and well outfitted.

This was our third stay in this penthouse condo. It was as clean and comfortable as usual. Except for one blind, everything was in working order. It was nice to have new humidifiers for the bedrooms. You can't beat the location and the views of the heart of Breckenridge. It was an easy check in and check out process. We hope to be back soon to our home away from home.

Great location in the Village, very clean, and great facilities within the complex, (pool, laundry, fitness). Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. Elevator was down two days in a row for about 45-1 hour which was not great since the condo is on the 7th floor and one family member cannot walk the stairs. Showers need to be updated and better water pressure. Overall the experience was good and affordable.

Really liked the place a lot. A 2 minute walk to the slopes and nightlife. Only downside is that the electronic keys are pretty flaky, so I got locked out once, and I had to wait a good half hour before they could drive over replacement keys.

We had a wonderful ski trip at the Wetterhorn. It is a short, 5 minute walk to the lift and 5 minute walk to the best Vietnamese food in Breckenridge! Everything from the rental to the rental company made everything awesome! 100% would stay here again, I could not think of anything to make it better. The apartment is a little dates, but everything works and is clean.

Property is on 7th floor (top floor) of the Wetterhorn building in the Village complex. Decor of this condo unit was a bit dated, HOWEVER, everything has been well kept and does not have that “worn out” feel you get from some properties that have a dated look. Showers worked great as you have instant hot water, beds were very comfortable. Great floor plan that has the 2nd bedroom with the two beds having its own bathroom. View from the patio looks North out over the town of Breck. Rental company was easy to work with as they have a pretty good process for things - can tell that they have experience in property mgmt. parking garage is underground with elevator access from parking. Elevator is quick and we never had to wait more than 30-60 seconds for the elevator. For skiers, there is no ski locker at building entry, so all gear needs to be carried up and down each day - which isn’t bad considering it’s proximity to the Maggie where you can rent a locker and have direct access to Quicksilver. Everything was as advertised for this property and I wouldn’t hesitate at renting it again for a ski trip with the family. Thanks!

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Breck! On the 7th floor, it had great views of the mountains, the river, and Main Street. We kept the windows open at night and it was wonderful to hear the river right below and get the mountain breeze.

I do think the parking needs to be addressed as not being able to park on the premises for the first two days is a hassle. (Even though they did reimburse me for offsite parking fees. Would consider staying there again. The rental company was very efficient and easy to work with.

Great location, right around the corner from Main Street and down the mountains.
One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Breck! On the 7th floor, it had great views of the mountains, the river, and Main Street. We kept the windows open at night and it was wonderful to hear the river right below and get the mountain breeze.

The location was amazing. Instructions from the property manager were easy to follow. The condo could use some updating and the mattresses were not in the best shape but anything needed for the stay was provided in the condo.

Great place but parking was a problem...
You couldn't pick a better spot - except for not enough parking! It is right at the end of the downtown shops and right at the end of the Quicksilver lift! The BEST of both worlds.
Snow was great and an easy drive to Keystone and Vail!
The condo was on the top floor with a great view of the town and area. Everything was well kept but the place could use a little updating.
The condo was stocked with about everything you need for a great stay but could use a few small items to make it easier to store food (owner supplied saran wrap and/or aluminum foil).
Now to the parking issue. We were staying 5 nights - Arrive Thursday and leave Tuesday. We were notified a few days after our reservation that we no longer had parking for Friday and Saturday. Apparently these condos do not have near enough parking and so apparently the vacationers who are staying longer are kicked out first. We were given the option to cancel and find another place however, by the time of the notice, the 2 other places that we were considering were not available. To their credit, the staff at Summit Mountain Rentals tried their best and found us an uncovered parking place not too far away. Susanne and Nadia worked really hard to give us information on the town and take care of the issues as best as they could - that was a plus to have a good management company servicing the condo.
Overall, the place is worth 4 stars - 4.5 stars with parking available every night. If I knew I was getting parking , I would stay there again, if I couldn't guarantee parking and was going to other ski mountains, I would probably not stay here again. Cheers!
