Our stay was amazing! The property had everything that we needed and Mike was so nice to accommodate us arriving a bit earlier than expected. The kids loved all the available games We will definitely be returning !

My family has been renting from Mike for 4 years now. This house is lovely! Decorated beautifully and plenty of space to hold larger groups. Having the separated floors was interesting but worked so well for my family. The outdoor space is cozy and very inviting. It’s only 2 miles from the village and 7 minutes to the outlets. Being right off the northway was very convenient! I would highly recommend, this house does not disappoint!

The house was a perfect setup for our family of 10. There is plenty of bed space and a nice open concept to both floors. The kids enjoyed the big yard and the adults liked the patio and fire pit. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lake George area.

Mike was extremely accommodating and communicated very timely. Great stay for multiple families with little children. Just off the beaten path but close proximity to the village and all of the activity. Very well equipped property. More than what is listed. Great time had by all

This is my family’s second year in a row booking this house. Everything about this property is perfect! Before and during our arrival all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. As soon as you walk into the house you know/ smell that it has been freshly cleaned. Even better, you have everything you need (minus food and drink). You are provided with WiFi, clean towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, clean dishes, coffee makers, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The outside of this property is also amazing! We had two grills, a fire pit, hammock, and multiple games that we all enjoyed! Another amazing perk- you are approximately a 2-4 minute drive to the main strip of Lake George! My family and I are already picking our 2024 vacation week so we can book this house!

We had 10 adults stay for a weekend and were thrilled with the property. Everything was clean, the host was positively lovely and easy to contact, and the location was great for the activities we had planned in the area. We would love to return in warmer weather and get full use of the outdoor amenities. Highly recommend!

This vacation home is AMAZING! Upon arriving at this location I noticed how clean, modern and tidy the house was. We were greeted with a welcome packet, clear WiFi directions, and to do packets about Lake George. The bedrooms are huge and easily fit the 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-5), comfortably. Not only was the house beyond comfortable, it was filled with amazing amenities such as WiFi, washer and dryer, a hammock (which provided hours of fun), a tv in the living room and all of the bedrooms and other entertaining outside games. Seeing as this house is literally two minutes from town, I didn’t think we would be spending much time in it. However, my children had such a great time just at the house, we ended up spending a few nights at the house roasting marshmallows and enjoying the property. I can’t wait to rent this house again next year!

The property was very clean and perfect for a large group or multiple families. The house had everything you need inside and out. From two kitchens to the deck to the fire pit, it was just as advertised! I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Beautiful home 5 minutes out of town! Our host went out of his way to accommodate us! Plenty of space in the house to cook and enjoy time with our guests. The fire pit was a huge success for gathering and s’mores! Would highly recommend staying here!

The property was fantastic! Close to everything in the area. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Enough kitchen tools and utensils to cook a good meal. S'mores with everyone in the comfortable Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Highly recommend the Gipson's Lake George Duplex.

We had a great time at the Double Decker. The house was very clean and well maintained. We made good use of the yard and patios for meals and downtime. The kitchens were well equipped and we appreciated having two kitchens for meals and meal prep. We would definitely recommend this place for families looking to stay near Lake George Village.

We had a great time at the house. One complaint was that there was no ACs in the bedroom

The duplex made the older girls feel like they had their own little apartment! But we kept an eye on them . We all mingled together on both floors, the very young, & us old ones too. It was a great bonding experience for all of us.

We had a wonderful combined Family stay at this home. Super clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to town and all the fun Lake George has to offer. Owner is very friendly and responsive to messages. We had a blast and will def return again!

This is a great place to go to with a couple friends and family for a short getaway. The location is also very nice as well.

We really enjoyed a girls weekend in this house in October! Very clean and had all the stuff we needed!

Great property only a few minutes away from the village and a short distance from Bolton landing. Tons to do on the lake and in the surrounding area for young families. Mike had great recommendations for things to do and places to go. We pretty much did all of them! We made s’mores around the fire at night and took advantage of the grill and yard. The only downfall was it having washer dryer but we knew in advance and packed accordingly. Great visit highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house was minutes away from Lake George. We couldn't have asked for more. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room for all of us.
