Amerai questa lussuosa suite rinnovata di recente, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole a Btown! Situato in posizione unica con terrazza coperta privata e parcheggio fuori strada. Questa è una camera da letto, un appartamento efficienza bagno. Lo spazio abitativo aperto ha una cucina completamente attrezzata e lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabili. Una pompa di calore per climi freddi ad alta efficienza riscalda e raffredda l'unità. C'è un camino a gas naturale per l'atmosfera e il freddo estremo fornisce calore di nuovo al sistema della pompa di calore. Un divano letto queen di altissima qualità (Nota: NO barra trasversale) può ospitare 2 persone aggiuntive, massimo 4. L'apt può ospitare comodamente 4, ma lo spazio è piccolo. Il portico coperto di 3 stagioni aggiunge più spazio per muoversi e rilassarsi, con un divano, sedie e tavolo. Le finestre molto grandi
ti dà la sensazione di essere fuori, un ottimo posto per fare un pisolino pomeridiano durante i mesi più caldi. C'è un cortile privato, recintato, condiviso con i nostri meravigliosi inquilini / custodi in loco che vivono nel apt anteriore. di questo duplex della fine del 1800 completamente ristrutturato. e NOTA: entrambi gli appartamenti hanno ingressi privati separati. Entrerai nel tuo appartamento sul retro della casa, attraverso l'ingresso recintato sul retro. Abbiamo incluso molti tocchi come biancheria da letto organica, ripiani in marmo per cucina, doccia piastrellata della metropolitana, bagno riscaldato e pavimenti della cucina per un clima più fresco. È incluso anche un sistema di filtraggio Nikken Air Wellness di alta qualità che rende il "Burlington Walkabout" un vero rifugio per la salute. Hai un parcheggio fuori strada per max. 2 veicoli. Parcheggio sul lato destro del vialetto sul selciato (Il lato sinistro del vialetto è il parcheggio dei custodi)

Steps from downtown's most delightful attractions, the Walkabout feels secluded and safe. The Walkabout is curated with eclectic touches and top-notch apartment-sized appliances.. It even has a gas fireplace AND air conditioning. We didn't have time to use the picnic table outside, but it looked inviting. Love the off-street, dedicated parking spot. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

This place was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Location is perfect for exploring Burlington (downtown, waterfront, and great bike rental place within easy walking distance) as well as the surrounding areas for hiking and other stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect small place for 2 people. Great location for walking and exploring around the area. Close to the lake, shops, restaurants and bars. Very nice owners who were easy to communicate with when needed.

I had a wonderful stay! I was visiting my son at UVM and this was a perfect location. I was 5 minutes from UVM and a block away from so much-the lake, great restaurants, bakeries, bike rentals and Church street. I felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed every minute in this adorable, clean and well stocked apartment!

My in-laws stayed at Laurie and Marks place this past weekend and loved it! The place was within perfect walking distance to downtown and the lake. It was a very easy check-in process and the place was spotless and well decorated. Would stay over and over again. Thank you for being so accommodating :)

We loved our stay in this cozy and peaceful listing. The accommodations were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed for a fun visit. It was in a great location, just blocks from the lake. There were great places to eat nearby and we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We really enjoyed walking around and exploring Burlington.

This apartment was so warm, cozy and decorated with taste. The location was so great and it was nice to not have to drive around everywhere we wanted to go. We love Burlington and will definitely stay here again when we come back! The owners were very responsive and checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when all the reviews were 10 out of 10. Happily, the apartment lives up to its reputation. It was extremely clean and comfortable, very well-equipped, check-in and check-out were simple, and the location is convenient. I will definitely be looking to see if this place is available the next time I visit my Champlain student.

Property is lovely, clean, and updated. Just as listed and perfect for a weekend away. So close to the main strip - it felt like we could easily access our "home" at any time.

Right in downtown Burlington so it is walkable to that area. Also not a bad drive up to Stowe if you like to ski. Kitchen was good for light cooking if you do not want to eat out for every meal.

It was a great location, parking for my rental car and the amenities they had were great! I could have coffee in the morning to get me going without having to waste money for a few days. It was quiet and I love the aesthetic of the decor. Also close to everything downtown, I walked everywhere that was local. Great place to stay!

Property was warm and inviting. Great place to stay in and watch a sports game but close enough to downtown to walk to everything. Lots of nice extras included such as coffee and creamers and snacks. We will definitely come back.

This property was comfortable in every way. It was centrally located, and yet still quiet and peaceful. The owners have thought of everything you might need to be comfortable. The furnishings were tranquil and beautiful. Communication was excellent. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had in this rental!

This airbnb is the ideal location for walking around to either the lake front or Church St. The apartment was very clean with many accommodations. Quick reply back from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was close to everything -Church St Marketplace and the waterfront! We walked everywhere and only used our car to travel to other places of interest -Shelburne and Stowe. Would love to stay again for a sister’s trip!

Loved this cute little apartment. Very comfy and clean and has all you need. For a work trip, I wish the wifi was a little faster but other than that, it was lovely. Recommend this place for sure!

We loved our stay here. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old, and the bedroom had enough room for us and our son’s small travel bed. You really can’t beat the location of this house- we walked to the waterfront area (Skinny Pancake and the Echo center) and Church St. several times. The hosts were very communicative, and house instructions were thorough. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked which made packing for our trip so much easier! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend staying at this property. Laurie, the property manager, was extremely responsive to any communications/questions, and even recommended some local sites and activities to see while we were there. The apartment is in a great location for walking around the city, access to the waterfront and bike/running paths. We walked and bikes everywhere!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful-modern yet has so much charm! It is well decorated and has everything you could need. Even coffee and little creamers in the fridge! The unit was very comfortable and easily walkable to the lake, restaurants, Church Street Marketplace and the bike path. We didn’t take our car out until we left. The bed is a little soft (which was fine for me but not so much for my husband). But we both still loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Laurie is very responsive as well. We highly recommend both the host and the apartment!

I share the aesthetic of this cozy, clean,contemporary cottage. Just the right amount of antiques for interest too. Everything you need and then some. Great access to the water, shopping and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

We has a great 3 days in Burlington. Property was located so that we could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the bikeway for the runner in the morning, nice walk to the Ethan Allen III, and very easy walk up to Church street for all the activity there. Property itself was spotless, perfect size for the 2 of us and very comfortable. My favorite spot was the porch area to stretch out with my book late in the day
