Benvenuto . . Questa è la nostra casa e non un business. Viaggiamo molto e affittiamo alcune settimane durante le nostre date di viaggio. Questo varia di anno in anno. Alcuni anni abbiamo donato a gruppi come Life Net e alcuni gruppi di giovani cristiani.
La nostra proprietà è forse il massimo per le riunioni di famiglia. Spazioso e privato con così tanto da offrire alla tua famiglia. Le riunioni sono molto speciali qui. Siamo situati all'estremità di una penisola privata. Volti a ovest per grandi tramonti. Amerai il nostro porto privato per il tuo divertimento nel nuoto. La nostra rampa della barca privata è qui sulla nostra proprietà. Rampa per barche con pontili per diverse imbarcazioni.
MATRIMONI - Qui puoi avere la tua cerimonia, il tuo ricevimento e la tua luna di miele tutti nello stesso angolo di paradiso. I matrimoni sono limitati a 100 persone. Il parcheggio non è un problema,
I matrimoni possono essere effettuati da aprile, maggio fino a metà giugno. Poi di nuovo in qualsiasi momento dopo la Festa del Lavoro alla fine di ottobre.

Posti a sedere per 16 persone su comode sedie e divani PIÙ un'area giochi con altre 16 persone. Tutti nella stessa zona con una splendida vista sul lago di Anna.
* House ha un ponte largo 12 piedi che avvolge i tre lati della casa. C'è un mazzo in cima alla casa dove puoi abbronzarti in privato o semplicemente goderti la vista. Di notte, controlla le stelle cadenti da questo mazzo. TUTTI SONO TAPPETI E COPERTI DA SOLE E PIOGGIA!

Had a great stay. This is an older property with building additions. Outdoor amenities are awesome with boat dock, basketball, horseshoes, firepit, volleyball net, huge lawn, 2 gazebos (one with a Koi pond), playground and flagpole. There are repairs, upgrades and renovations needed but you can't beat the views & activities. Since you spend most of your time outside, the indoor quirks aren't too bad. You should be aware that two of the upstairs rooms have shower in the room with no wall/door so the bedroom becomes quite humid. If you like your showers before bed, I would select a different room. The longest indoor table has been coated with a laquer that is sticky so use place settings (not napkins). The furniture is well worn, especially in the upstairs living areas. There is a fireplace that is nonfunctional/decorative only. Kitchen amenities are more that sufficient with duplicates of almost everything. Jim is very easy to reach if you need anything. We visited during Thanksgiving but think that the summer would be the best time to enjoy this property to it's fullest.

We had a wonderful time at Emery Point on Lake Anna. The house was spotless with ample room for all. The central air conditioning was a retreat from the sun. The living area was very welcoming for our large group. There many tables for large family dinners that can be prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was very private with a perfect fire pit which we enjoyed. Our week was filled with volleyball, swimming, bbq etc. We had an issue and it was fixed in minutes
We highly recommend this vacation destination especially for a large group like ours

Extended family stayed at this waterfront lake resort 2nd week of August. Our first time to Lake Anna. Incredible 270 degree views of water all around. Lots of room to roam the grounds. I have never seen a house with decks that go around entire house on two levels. Also has 3rd level sky/star deck where I set up my telescope. Plenty of seating on inside and outside tables. Set up our laptops on the table in the great room. Has two full kitchens, 1 on the main level and 1 on the lower level.
Has 3 refrigerators and 1 freezer. Plenty of silverware, dishes and every type of cup imaginable. Walked the grounds each morning with coffee in hand to the hidden gazebo garden where we fed the Koi fish swimming amidst the water lillys and two waterfall features. The kids played on the beach and swam in the water every day. They enjoyed going into the water from the dock slide and jumping off the 2nd level deck gazebo. We enjoyed using the 1 man and 2 man kayaks and stand up paddleboard. Didn't rent a boat, but used our SeaDoo around the lake and used it to tow inflatables. Kids enjoyed the playground and swings. Beautiful sunsets full of color each evening. Fished from the grounds near the firepit. Used the firepit for bonfires and roasting marshmellows. Watched movies under the stars on the star deck as well as out by the bonfire using portable screen and wifi projector connected to cell phone hotspot. Visited nearby Lake Anna Winery and Coyote Hole Cidery. Got groceries from Food Lion twice. Highly recommend if you are coming to Lake Anna.

This is a tremendous property, and our family had a wonderful time during our week there. Everything is oriented toward the outdoors, and we participated in swimming (including the water slide and rope swing), boating and tubing, kayaking, horseshoes, and feeding the coy. Jim has done an incredible job in designing and building this property, which may be the best site in the entire lake.

Spent hours every day in our private lagoon floating around while kids jumped off docks and used the rope swing. The time out of the water was spent on the boat. Awesome Lake Vacation

We had our wedding at Emery point on Saturday and stayed tbe rest of the week. I could not have chosen a better location it was simply amazing! The property itself is amazing and there is so much to do for the kid's too. The house is amazing also plenty of room for everyone and plenty of kitchen space for larger events! I would reccomend emery point to anyone wheather it's for a wedding family reunion or just a week getaway from life itself! The owner of this property Jim was absolutely amazing and helped me in so many ways to make our wedding everything we ever wanted and more! He is very easy to work with and takes pride in is home and once you get there is shows! I can't wait to go back!

Between the rope swing and swimming, all the water craft and fishing, s'mores at the camp fire and doing puzzles, and more, there was something for everyone.
I think the early mornings together out on the deck were especially lovely. It was so peaceful to watch the birds and gaze upon the lake. The family that couldn't come with us this year really missed out on something very special.
Now we're back home in various states - Minnesota, Rhode Island, Ohio, Massachusetts and Florida. The memories we made came with us and will always bring a smile!

We are a multi generation family of 15. The property is amazing. Here, we all have our own bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and dining area are large enough for all of us. We can spread out or come together whenever we want. We can swim, fish, go out on boats or kayaks, sit on the various decks, sit inside in several different areas, grill, cook, play games, build puzzles, feed the koi fish, watch TV, you name it. And the privacy on this beautiful point can't be beat. And to top it all off the owners are just wonderful to work with. We LOVE Emery Point!

It was the perfect retreat for our group; great for those who wanted to play and for we who wanted to relax and enjoy the serenity of the property. Kitchen was awesome for several people to work at once, love the outdoor dining areas. The wraparound decks were perfect for any time of day or night. Loved the exterior lighting effects at night on the gazebo and covered decks!

I can not imagine more perfect location for any family reunion or special occasion! Being on a point, the home is surrounded by water on 3 sides and the views are spectacular! Our family spent a long weekend at Emery Point as the owners had donated a weekend getaway as part of fund raising event for Bethany Christian Services and their work with special needs adoptions.
Our family enjoyed jumping in the lake, playing volley ball and horse shoes, grilling, spending hours sitting on the porch, and more hours playing games in the great room. Everyone in our family absolutely LOVED the home on Lake Anna and we definitely plan to go back again!

We had such a wonderful wedding week at Emery Point. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was so nice to have family and friends able to spend the week with us. I received so many compliments and inquiries about the property and how it was so beautiful. We had a blast and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone!

If you're looking for the ideal place to host your next party look no further than Emery Point. The place has all the bells and whistles...volleyball court, fire pit, water slide, beach and all the intangibles you'd expect from a pristine lake house. The house itself is situated on a southeast peninsula of Lake Anna offering complete solitude and tranquility. I plan to make emery point an annual Spring tradition...like nothing else.

I just spent the weekend at Emery Point with several families. The house was perfect for us--enough space both inside and out to make sure that we did not feel crowded and a large enough living room that we could all hang out and play games. I hope that we will be back next year. I would highly recommend it, especially if you can get there in warmer months to fully enjoy all that the property has to offer.

Wow! This home is so perfect for our marriage Christian group. We were very pleased to see all the space- although the home is very large, it offers nice cozy spaces. We loved all the bathrooms, the wrap-around patio, the double kitchen was a treat during cooking/warming times. We literally did not leave the house except for a power walk.
Jim is responsive, flexible and very generous. We loved it so much we've booked again this year for next month.
We had a bomb-fire one night with s'mores and great laughs! An amazing prayer time overlooking the panoramic view, and played games during late night. It's perfect for young children too.
Thank you Jim for making this a returning spot for us. We look forward to making this our annual trip. See you next month!

A large group of us gathered at Emery Point for a surprise 60th birthday party. What a perfect place for such an event (or any event, for that matter). The lake view is surreal and the property is gorgeous, with wraparound decks, gazebos, a perfect lakeside fire pit, boat ramp, horseshoe pits, and plenty of green space.
The house has plenty of common space for socializing and seven bedrooms - most with their own bath!! The kitchen consists of everything anyone would need to prepare a meal!! It's tough to imagine needing a bigger kitchen, but if you do, there is another full kitchen downstairs!!
I cannot imagine a nicer piece of property on Lake Anna, nor can I imagine renting from nicer people!! The owners, Jim and Laura, were a pleasure to deal with and provided me with some great recommendations for the surprise party.
Emery Point is truly an oasis. We have decided to make this a yearly tradition!!

We have had so much fun at your house, so much room and so nice of a house. We were there for a wedding and it was such a nice setting for a wedding. The grounds were kept up and everything was lovely. We would like to come again for a week vacation. The lake view is awesome and the quietness on the porch when you have a cup of coffee was awesome. We loved it so much. The house was so nicely furnished, and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The grounds was a lovely place to have a wedding, and plenty of room for the guest and catering service that came in. It was an awesome three days, we did not want to leave there. Thanks for letting us enjoy your space. We would do it again.

We were thoroughly impressed and happy about our experience at the Emery Point Estate. I brought a group of college students from China, Korea, the Philippines, and the U.S. We all
THOROUGHLY enjoyed ourselves...the rooms were lovely, the multiple decks overlooking the lake were a huge hit, and they loved the rope swing. :)
The kitchen was large and perfect--the students loved cooking together...it was SOOOO well stocked with everything we needed (big pans, crockpots, multiple cutting boards, knives, etc.) We couldn't be happier with the home and all the amenities. Jim was very flexible and stocked it with all the extras we needed (toiletpaper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, even games). It was perfect for the relational, spiritual retreat we needed.
I would highly recommend this place for large groups.

My wife and I decided to try an after-Thanksgiving get-a-way at Emery Point on Lake Anna. We were burnt out early from all the busyness of the season and just wanted to relax without an agenda. It was the best idea we could have had! We walked several times everyday around the lake and enjoyed watching the wildlife and birds. Most of all, it was the serenity of the lake that relaxed our souls and captured our imaginations. Both of us read several books as we sat in the great room, which is surrounded on three sides by water, since the house sits on a peninsula. Though we had mixed emotions about having wireless Internet, it was nice to check in to be sure we weren’t missing something important. So thanks again, and a pre-Christmas vacation will be on our agenda for years to come. My wife and I would highly recommend this rentals to others, especially in the off forgotten off-season.

I did not think we could pull it off but we did in fact keep the big 50th Anniversary part a surprise.
In parking the cars on the opposite side of the house they had no idea until they came in to check out the property. It was great. None of the Grand kids slipped up. Really didn't think we could pull it off. Thanks Danielle for the hosting. What a perfect place to have such an important event in our lives.
Thanks also to the Emery's for allowing us to bring our two dogs to make it complete. Beautiful property. Let's do it again for the 60th!
