Cedars 21 Ski In Ski Out 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, Hot Tub
Location, location, location! Ski-in, sulle piste da - così come una spaziosa, splendidamente ristrutturato casa di città con artigianato di qualità e un sacco di servizi. Sei letteralmente una delle 50 yarde passi dalle piste di sci, scuola di area meeting, noleggio sci e skipass. Lezioni di sci privato, adolescenti e adulti si incontrano proprio di fronte alla residenza cittadina. Portare i bambini per una lezione, fare alcune piste, sciare per un pranzo veloce, poi torno subito sul sollevatore Quicksilver in pochi minuti. C'è un flusso tutto l'anno proprio di fronte. In estate, ci piace sedersi dal torrente e hanno un barbecue.
È inoltre necessario visitare il centro ricreativo. Dispone di una piscina per bambini con scivolo, lazy river, etc. Dispone inoltre di una piscina olimpionica per adulti, centri termali coperte e scoperte, campi da tennis al coperto e all'aperto, pista da jogging al coperto, parco di skateboard, parete di arrampicata, ecc, ecc!

Appena fuori la porta si ha miglia e miglia di sentieri e piste ciclabili. Il Blue River passa proprio attraverso la città ed è un bene per la pesca a mosca, rafting, arrampicata su roccia.

Truly a ski-in, ski-out experience. So easy, and the closest unit in this complex to the slopes. Inside was great, everything we needed, and the kids loved the hot tub. Would rent again here.

Kathy was an excellent host. Cedars 21 is an amazing location at the base of peak 9. It is a true ski in and ski out location, close to a lift and the ski school. The listing is exactly as described. The townhome was in excellent condition. We would love to stay again for a weekend ski trip.

This was a great location. Easy access to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. We liked that you could walk to town so easily as well. We were traveling with our 3 adult children, and the townhome easily accommodated us all. The property is clean, well stocked, and had a nice large table as well as den area with gas fireplace. Kathy was super to work with and stayed in touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been to Breckenridge before and this is by far my favorite place that our family of seven has stayed. Kathy was great to deal with, easy walk into town for dinner or pick up breakfast, and true ski in/out to Quicksilver. The condo has all the amenities you could want, including a hot tub in the sunroom/porch.
If there’s anything negative we could say, it would be that you are so close to the slopes that you can hear them grooming the snow at night from the master bedroom. It was an easy fix for us, as we just put on some white noise.
We would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Breck.

Location, location, location! Close to everything and the condominium is perfect. Hit the private hot tub after a day on the slopes and then make a fabulous dinner in the outstanding kitchen. This is the best outfitted kitchen of any condo that I have stayed in. quality equipment and everything works perfectly! Can’t go wrong with this condo!

This condo was perfect for a group of 6! It was exactly as described.. plus very clean and comfortable. The master overlooked one of the ski lifts. The hot tub was a perfect ending after a full day of skiing. Very close to multiple restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back!

Condo was everything it was represented to be. It was clean, cozy and very convenient for skiing. We really liked having a w arm garage for our car and being so close we could walk to go eat. We even walked to Main Street to shop and eat. We didn’t really cook meals but the kitchen looked like it had everything you could need and more. Kathy (owner) was very nice to check on us. Overall I would highly recommend!

This property exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautiful, clean and has all the extras you could ask for. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. If you are looking for a true ski -in/ski out, this is your place. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Everything that you need
This ski on/off property located at the base of Peak 9 has everything that you will need to enjoy your vacation at Breckenridge. The fully-stocked kitchen, updated appliances and furnishings, easy ingress/egress from the 2-car garage and the roomy yet intimate layout of the condo ticks off as many boxes as any vacation renter will want. The owner(s) were responsive to every email and the entire rental and check-in/out process was efficient and seamless. The proximity (5 minute walk) to the shops on Main Street is also a huge plus.

A wonderful stay in a condo that could not be closer to the mountain. The hot tub is a great touch and the hosts were incredibly responsive. My go-to place whenever I am back in Breckenridge.

Our third time to Breckenridge and definitely the best for many reasons. First, the location could not be better - just out the front door is the Quicksilver Ski Lift! Incredibly convenient! Secondly, the condo itself is extremely well-appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed at other VRBOs and have always been happy with them, but this one was stocked better than any of them with everything we could possibly need - crockpot, blender, cheese grater, etc... We never felt there was something we needed and could not find at our fingertips. Third, the bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. Fourth, the owner, Kathy, was so responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out (door inside the garage) and texted Kathy who got back to us so quickly and back into the home. Fifth, the hot tub was an amazing way to end a day on the slopes before showering and going to dinner (for which the location was also amazing - just a quick walk to town to great restaurants and shops). Sixth, we loved the round dining table for 8 (just pulled the two chairs from one of the bedrooms to turn it from a table of 6 to 8. Our good friends were in a smaller condo close by and they came for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas and it was perfect for a dinner gathering and card games after. Thank you, Kathy, for a wonderful stay. Any future visits to Breckenridge will certainly be made around when your condo is available.

Best location in Breck!
Unit 21 at The Cedars is absolutely the best location on Peak 9 and to the town of Breckenridge. You can literally hit the ski lift with a snowball from the front door. In addition, you are a short walk to ski rental, restaurants and a grocery store. The inside of the until will not disappoint. The pictures and description are 100% spot on! AMAZING!!! Location was fantastic. Town home was great. Clean, well equipped and in good condition. Double garage was very convenient. Really nice to have the private hot tub. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay there again in future years!

We had a very enjoyable time with our kids and their spouses. Kathy checked in a couple of times to see if we had any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed staying in the room with the kingsize bed and watching the stars at night and the beautiful reflected sun rise.
