Questa casa invitante attira subito gli ospiti nel suo ampio portico coperto al primo livello, sormontato da un altro grande portico schermato al secondo livello.
Una volta all'interno, una master suite privata di dimensioni king-size offre tocchi e finiture di alto livello, aprendosi direttamente a un piacevole portico schermato, perfetto per sorseggiare una tazza di caffè mentre il sole sorge al mattino o godersi un berretto da notte come il sole imposta la sera. We had a great time. We enjoyed the house. We had an air conditioner problem, but it was taken care of right away. We would probably not stay in the house again because the living room and kitchen were on the second floor, so there was a lot of up and down. Just was not a good fit for us.

The house we originally rented was unavailable at the last moment and the staff of Homeowners Collection were able to relocate us to Kaya. While it caused a longer walk to our beach chairs that were reserved at a different pavilion, the house was absolutely lovely. It’s in a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and 30A but very close to town center. It has large porches (both screened and not screened) with ample seating. The house was very clean and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and dishes and the separate ice maker was a huge plus! We come to Seaside often and Kaya is now one of our favorite houses! We would definitely stay again!!

We loved the Kaya house. It has 2 screened porches which are comfortable on a hot sunny day! It is close to Seaside town but not too close! The house has 4 beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and updated modern bathrooms! We have rented it for several years!

We have been traveling to Seaside for 17 years and have ALWAYS enjoyed the homes we have rented. Kaya did not disappoint. Located in close proximity to the pool, church and downtown Seaside. The beach was just a short walk away too! I love that the home was clean, included two bike rentals, and a nice welcoming package. I was very impressed with the politeness of each member that represented HOC whether it be through text or talking. I would definitely rent from HOC again!!! Thank you 😊

This house is great. Plenty of room and all the balconies and front porch areas were great. We had 6 adults and 4 children. Also, 4 other adults over for a couple of meals and there was plenty of room for everyone! The only thing I didn’t like was there was no salt and pepper and trash bags.

First time - We'll be back
The house was great and location super. It was our first time to Seaside and it didn't disappoint. We were concerned house was far from the beach but it was a 5 minute walk at most. Very conveniently located near everything but enough of a distance that you felt privacy. House was very nice and we will definitely be back. Property management company was very good.

Good, but...
Spacious house in a great location if you are looking for a more reasonable price off the water. The layout of the house is perfect to give kiddos some space while still being close. And, the house house a fabulous stereo system to pipe music to almost every room and balcony. The green space is lovely but also has a lot of walking and biking traffic, early and late.
The negatives are simple. It’s time for an update on the decor and some of the baths are dated and hard for the staff to keep clean. This house would be awesome with just a bit more TLC.

The rooms were perfect for our group of 6. Unit is dated and could have used a deep cleaning. Milldew, dust and dirt were in a thick layer on all the porches. Bathrooms were the most obvious candidates for updating. Parking in front of the unit was a complete nightmare. Most of the times when we drove somewhere we returned to find someone else in our spot. I attribute much of the problem to busy Independece Day activity. Despite the minuses it was a very pleasant place to stay.
