Spettacolare residenza di lusso situata al Village by the Beach. PROFESSIONALMENTE DECORATO nessuna spesa risparmiata! L'unità è arredata con gusto con biancheria da letto di alta gamma, lenzuola, decorazioni, mobili da cucina, schermo piatto, smart TV HD: 55 "Living Area, 43" in ogni camera da letto. Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'unità si affaccia sulla splendida piscina riscaldata in stile resort con fontana a soffitto, luci notturne colorate e piscina per bambini separata. Questa unità può ospitare 8 persone: letto king-size al top in Master Ensuite, letto queen-size con cuscino e rotelle in seconda camera da letto; super comodo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Griglie per barbecue a carbone situate a bordo piscina, patio privato con posti a sedere e vista sulla piscina. Vicino a Packery Channel, Jetties e Bob Hall Pier per il pescatore serio. Andare a cavallo sulla spiaggia a sud vicino a Padre Island National Seashore, che è una grande esperienza e offre anche il birdwatching di classe mondiale con oltre 380 specie di uccelli visti migrare sulla costa del Texas. Da non perdere la nidificazione e il recupero delle tartarughe marine tra aprile e agosto! Il parco acquatico Waves si trova a circa 1 miglio di distanza. This property was very clean. The water toys & boogie boards were a great bonus! The heated pool was perfect for the cooler weather we had! The area is full of family entertainment. Easy drive from airport. Quick walk to the beach. We had a great time!!

The condo is well furnished and the location is great. 5 of us stayed and it was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Management were also very helpful.

We had a great time here! The weather was warm, even though it was December! The kids loved the swimming pool and it was a quick walk to the beach. We played Putt Putt at Treasure Island Golf, ate at Doc’s Seafood, La Palma Mexican restaurant and Surfside Sandwich Shop. We also bought some souvenirs Nextdoor to Treasure Island Golf.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend!! My 16,15 and 8 year old agree.:)

We had 6 people stay at the property and really enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, close proximity to the beach, and patio area in the front. We did not get in the pool, but it looked spotless. Perfect place for families!

Quick visit to the beach with husband and adult son. The condo is conveniently located near the beach. It was comfortable, tidy, and quiet. We will inquire about availability when we return to the area. I recommend this comfy condo.

Came in for a quick beach trip with family, including 2 toddlers and a 5 year old. There were so many beach toys available and my the kids were so excited! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! The location was perfect too, so close to parking, the pool, and the beach! The hosts were quick to answer and very helpful when I called with a question. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Quiet neighborhood on the Island. Short walk to the beach. Large pool was great for the kids to play and not interrupt anyone else using it. Definitely a place to stay at again.

We loved this condo for our family of 5. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic. Parking was convenient. The pool was great and a nice break from the beach. The beach was a short drive around the corner. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

What a great time we had here. Walk right out of the door to a fantastic pool and just a short walk to the beach! First time our young grandsons had seen the Gulf. They loved the boogie boards that were available for our use. Thank you for that! Home was very comfortable with everything we needed. Would return again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay - the property itself was beautiful, location to the beach was nice, communication with the owners was excellent…only problem we had was we didn’t book enough nights!! lol. My family and I would most certainly love to stay here again.

We booked this property for a fishing trip at Padre Island National Seashore. The property was better than expected and it was a great stay. The check in to the check went perfect and it great place to relax after a long day in the sun. We plan on returning in the future.

Nice family place to stay. Beautiful and clean. The three minute walk to the beach is more like 10 minutes so prepare for that. WiFi is not great but who needs that when you have to ocean nearby! The property management team took care of everything and made sure we had what we were supposed to have. If we could buy a place here we would!

We enjoyed our stay in Corpus Christi. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was great! We spent time at the beach which is a very short drive or walk from the condo, and it was very nice having a pool just outside the door. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future. My only (minor) suggestion would be to update the information in the listing about beach chairs. It said they were provided so we didn’t bring our own, but there weren’t any chairs at the property.

Very difficult to find since there are multiple locations with the same address. A picture of the condo complex would be very helpful. Otherwise everything else was very good.

The property is just a short drive to the beach and comfortably accommodated our group of 6. Property manager is very responsive to questions and quickly resolved an issue when someone else was parked in one of the spots allocated to the property.
The main downside was the construction that is happening around the area, but we did not hear any noise.
