We had a fantastic week and “The Cure” was all we expected and more. It was a perfect set-up for our family. Our 6 year old enjoyed the sandy picnic area right outside the back door and the beach and pool were easily accessible even with a 2 year old. The unit had everything we needed to cook every meal and not having to bring linens was fantastic! It allowed for a wonderful mix of relaxation and play for all of us with beautiful ocean views. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

The property was very nice & it really was a “cure” for our overall need of rest & relaxation. The place is quaint & cozy. My husband & I enjoyed being on the first level & no stairs: we worked hard for our wedding plus moving so our joints & bones were killing us, that was so wonderful. We only used the king size bed, but it was so comfortable. I personally spent time napping in the covered recliner, I was actually thankful it was covered. I know leather is typically easier to clean, but I got a little sunburnt and my skin stuck to the leather. BUT with the leather couch it kept my husband cooler. Regarding the actual amenities, just about everything you might think of is there. It’s not super fancy new kitchen items, but they serve a purpose & we greatly appreciated the items. My only suggestion, if mini shampoo, conditioner, & body wash or a refillable station in the shower was available that would be nice. I forgot those things & ended up having to go to the Food Lion in Carolina Beach to get what I needed. Not a big deal, but it would have been convenient to have had those offerings. The only thing with the listing, this is mere steps to the beach via a private stairway access. From the pictures & such, I though you could walk straight from the back porch. There is the pictured grill area, but there are dunes & tenants are required to walk around. Again, not an issue, it just wasn’t clear to us. Overall, we would stay again & highly recommend! Everything was perfect! Accommodations were best I’ve had at a beach rental! It was more spacious than I thought and so private being at the edge of the beach. My boys and I will be back! They loved the beds 😂

This is our second time staying in Pam's property. She's great about communicating. I love their property because there were towels, sheets, and paper items included with our stay (which is not the case at other condos in the area). Not to mention the freshly renovated kitchen. Everything is clean and orderly. We have enjoyed this property multiple times and look forward to going back!

Right on the beach, right near the pool. Unit had everything we needed for beach days. Just some advice get out early for beach days it gets packed early and erosion is not your friend at Kure beach..definitely would stay here again!

I wanted to stay in a beach town to celebrate my roommate’s birthday and took a gamble and chose Kure beach. This place was stunning! I have a new favorite Carolina beach town. The rental was amazing, beautiful sunrise on the ocean from the back patio! I highly recommend this place to families!

We began with unique circumstances that had the potential to not be good for my family and I. However, Pam communicated with me and did everything in her power to rectify the circumstance. She was professional and fair. I would recommend the property because the location is perfect! The views matched the pictures on the site! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach! She is in the midst of remodeling and I can't want to go back and see the newness that gets put into it.

Very nice if you just need to lay back and rest. Ready to go back already and we just left. Everything we needed was available and most of all it is clean.

Condo was nice and clean. The view was beautiful. Right next to Cape Fear, Civil War Fort, Aquarium and Ferry all down the street.

Nice getaway, love the secluded location but close to everything at fort fisher. Short ferry trip to Southport. Nice condo, would like to see some fresh linens. The wash cloths that were left for us appeared to be dish cloths. Gave me a nice exfoliation treatment! Lol! No trash bags, no soap or extra toilet paper but we went out and bought some and left some behind. All in all a great trip and worth the $. Thanks!

Great spot for a quiet beach getaway. Space was very clean and had all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Just a short walk away from the ocean or you could enjoy a pool right out the back patio door. The condo was perfect for us. One bedroom. They left towels, paper towels, TP, and other conveniences (we've had to bring all those things in the past when staying at other condos in that same area). It was a huge blessing to not have to pack all that extra stuff. Overall, great spot to stay!!

This master bedroom mattress is really very comfortable. There are a few things about this unit that need attention. However, the owner was gracious and told us they are in the process of updating when we advised them. It’s a basic beach no frills place. Bottom line……..we went to the beach and had a lot of fun as a family together………beach is a walkway from the unit.

This was our second time staying at F1. We had a great time, so many amenities, and such a great location in view! We will be back.

The unit was great. Very clean with everything you would need, Has a great view of the ocean and close to things to do.
