NON POSSIAMO IN AFFITTO FEB O MARZO FINO A GENNAIO IN AFFITTO) Inizia ogni mattina con l'alba mozzafiato in questa vista sull'oceano / piscina della splendida St. Augustine Beach da questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato e decorato. Si trova sull'autostrada A1A, a ca. sei miglia a sud del centro storico. I due balconi privati si affacciano sulla splendida piscina rinfrescante e ognuno ha una vista sull'oceano che è a pochi passi sul lungomare. La privacy delle camere da letto al piano superiore può essere molto apprezzata quando i bambini o gli amici soggiornano sul nuovo divano letto di lusso. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica nella cucina completamente attrezzata e biancheria rendono il viaggio un'esperienza piacevole e possono aiutare ad espandere il budget delle vacanze su altre attività. Cowboy di acqua salata situato sulla via navigabile intracoastal, Hurricane Wings, Purple Olive Fine Dining, Seafood Kitchen e Wildflower Cafe sono ottimi ristoranti a soli 2 minuti dal condominio. Location was great if you can get there. Wrong address listed on VRBO listing. Never received check in info. Tried to contact owner but had no response. It resulted in an hour lost vacation time driving around to incorrect coordinates . When I finally spoke to someone they sent another address. I asked if they could accommodate with a late check out or some kind of credit for the inconvenience, they went dark . No response . I asked several times with no response so i just dropped it, not worth the aggravation but If you have any issues just don't expect them to try address them or correct the problem

The apart is really nice!! It’s no so far from the difference attractions of the town and the shopping area, the beach is a white sand and clear water beach. We really love to stay in the apart, for sure we will rent it again.

The unit was very spacious and clean! The views were amazing and location was great for us to keep an eye on the kids at the pool or the tennis courts. The manager was very pleasant and easy to contact. We definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation!

This condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having two balconies, and it was just the right size for a family with two teenagers. The tennis courts were close by, in front of the condo, which was a bonus. Our questions were addressed quickly, and that was appreciated.

We went to St.Augustine to try new restaurants and have a relaxing stay. This place was in a perfect location and an easy Uber ride to the places we wanted to check out. When we had an issue with the cable box going out, not only did they come repair it quickly, but he gave some great recommendations for restaurants and they were delicious!!

Wonderful property in great neighborhood. Problem with the toilet was taken care of immediately thanks to Harry. Only downside was water pressure is pretty low when showering but not enough to care about.

Clean properly, pool, beach access. Kitchen full stocked with kitchen ware. The washing machine is very small so don’t expect to wash all the towels and sheets in a couple loads. Wish I would have seen the beach chairs in the closet on day one! Overall an excellent place for a vacation!

My husband and I fell in love with St Augustine Beach and our temporary residence away from home. We stayed for four weeks in March-April 2021. The two-story condo is lovely and cozy, at a wonderful location - by the beach, close to everything one would need.. We enjoyed the two large balconies with ocean view. The condo comfortably fits 6 people, and the 2.5 BA are a huge plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything even a gourmet cook would need. We mostly ate at home and cooked our meals due to Covid. St Augustine has incredible restraints, and we also liked a lot the local restaurant Odd Birds.
Both my husband and I were able to work remotely thanks to the high speed internet.
The hosts Patty and Harry are always available for assistance. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Great location, we actually spent more time in the area of the condo instead of St. Augustine downtown. Tons of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to to beach. I was pleasantly surprised how close we were to beach, you can hear the waves from the balconeis! Great Floorplan, everything we needed for our stay and it was clean. Hope we can return soon!!!

Loved the area and the Unit. Only had one issue with the unit and the Management company was unavailable to help. Other than that the Family had a blast at the pool and the beach access is great, its only a short walk from the unit though the court yard. Very well kept complex and the unit is right across from the tennis courts.
