Owners fully stock home and keep it well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed pool and hot tub.
Not a big fan of ROKU for television options. Probably bc of user error challenges.

Lori was great and the place was amazing. Great location close to all the courses we were playing. We definitely recommend.

Three families stayed at the property while playing in a lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo Grounds. Property was perfect for that purpose. Close to the tournament facility and great place to rest and unwind after the day.
House was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space for all of us, and a GREAT pool / hot tub.
Easy access to all areas of the Indio / La Quinta area and close to shopping of all kinds and everything you might need.
Hosts are accommodating and provided everything we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

We’ve been to Palm Springs over Christmas at least 6 years and this is definitely the best home we’ve stayed at! We loved the layout, plenty of space for our family of 5, and loved the amazing outdoor area and pool. The pool was large enough for kids to play around and the hot tub was nice and warm for us to relax in while the kids were playing. Definitely pay for heating the pool - it makes it perfect to swim in even in December.
Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/ pans/ appliances needed. Beds were super-comfortable. Just great all around- highly recommend it. We’re going to book for next year!

The pictures show exactly this house. Easy house to hang as a family. The spa was great. We love to cook. The kitchen was truly stocked with what we needed. Easy to cook and bake in this kitchen while family was hanging around.
Lori, the manager, was easy to work with and friendly. This house is in a good nice quiet locaction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came down for the Stagecoach festival. Enjoyed the pool during the day and left for the festival in the evening. The drive to the festival was close and very convenient. Bedrooms were very nice and the kitchen was fully equipped.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this warm and welcoming property! The heated pool and spa were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also fantastic - just a short drive from a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Palm Springs/La Quinta area. The house was very clean, organized and well stocked.
Lori was very helpful and responsive in replying to my questions.
Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable beds. Shuffleboard was great, lots of games. Great tvs and wifi.
Kitchen had everything , spices, etc. Extra fridge in garage. Lots of towels, floaters, for the pool, spa. Heater works amazing for both, clean deep pool.
Quiet, safe neighbourhood, one mile from the 10 freeway.
We hope to come back.

Anyone looking for wonderful memories this is the right spot. This house was fully equipped with all the necessities. This process from booking to our arrival was an easy process and when we needed to communicating with the the owner was great.

Absolutely loved this place. It was comfortable and spacious. Well stocked kitchen has everything we could have wanted. Beds are lovely. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Great communication. Quiet neighborhood and near a lot of restaurants. I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely stunning home!!!!
We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The pool, spa, and outdoor area were fantastic and we spend many hours lazing around! It was perfect! The bedrooms were comfortable and spascious, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the 2 living areas were great! We would definitely come back here!!!!! Thanks for the amazing memories :)

A Desert Oasis
What a lovely stay. A large spacious house, with all the amenities. A beautiful yard, pool and spa. A large, fully-equipped kitchen. Exactly as shown in the photos and portrayed in the description. Quiet and comfortable. Clean and beautifully decorated. Quite the oasis for a family gathering. I would highly recommend this space and hope to return soon.

Desert Getaway
We were looking for a warm, sunny getaway and sure found one! The house was big, cool and comfortable and the pool was a wonderful temperature. We also liked the house’s proximity to Costco , Trader Joe’s and sightseeing.

Wonderful post COVID RETREAT
We had an amazing 5 day stay. Lori was so helpful and communicated with us several times. The instructions were very good. The home is very clean and so well stocked. An extra refrigerator in the garage is a great touch. The beds were very comfy. And then the backyard pool and spa area are beyond words. We spent many hours just floating in the water and relaxing in the sun. We definitely recommend and want to come back.

We had a great week. Lori is very easy to work with. Plenty of space and they have thought of Everything you could need. One minor issue... Wi-Fi went out twice when we were there. Not a big deal. Let Lori know and she's going to check into it.

Great house!!
The house was great! Very clean and had absolutely everything needed for a wonderful stay! Pool is beautiful! We spent countless hours in the pool and did a day trip to Joshua Tree. The owners have the house stocked with everything from pool toys to coolers, a new shuffleboard table, lots of TVs, every convenience is here. We had a great family stay! Plus, as a bonus the furniture and beds are comfortable for great movie nights and a good night’s sleep!

Family getaway
The home was perfect for our family of 7. It was a nice getaway to wind down and relax for a week. The home was clean with plenty of room for all of us. The owners were responsive and friendly and let us check-in a few hours early. The outdoor grill was huge and the pool was amazing! It was big with a deep end that was at least 7 feet or so. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware so we could make the majority of our own meals. The Walmart Marketplace was just a 10 minute walk for supplies. There was a nice park a few blocks away for the younger ones. We loved seeing the wild roadrunner that roamed around on the sidewalk outside the house. We ventured out occasionally to see Joshua Tree State Park and to ride the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, both of which were within an hours drive. Would definitely come back again!

Family Staycation
Great for a quick get away before all the distance learning and online classes begin. Kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lori is a great host, reached out and always quick to respond. Overall will recommend it 100%!

Pre school getaway
We were looking for a comfortable house with a pool and ac to relax for a few days before online school starts. The house and pool were beautiful, it was aquiet neighborhood, and had a very private backyard. It was perfect for what we needed and the property owner was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

The moment you walk in the house you feel at home. It’s very inviting! The pool is amazing! The beds are super comfy. Plenty of board games for the family. House is stocked with cooking essentials which helps and if you need anything Lori is very quick to reply back. My family has decided this will be our new vacation spot! 🙂 Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect SAFE Weekend Getaway
We are so grateful for this little getaway spot. A very well appointed house with more than enough supplies for the weekend. Kitchen had everything you need to cook and bake. House was extremely clean. We disinfected as soon as we walked in the door and were happy to find that all of our wipes came out white! Not dust or dirt on any surface. Wonderful stay
My siblings (2 sister, sister-in-law and 2 brothers) and I stayed to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday. We all had a great time. So much so my other sister who is turning 60 next year wants to come back. Everything went so smoothly and it was a pleasure working with Lori.

Palm Springs Paradise
We loved Lori’s house, it had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub with waterfalls was a huge hit. It’s located in a good neighborhood with nice neighbours. The is a lot to do such as hiking, rock climbing, sledding etc. We highly recommend this property. Lori was great to deal with.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family and I decided to get away for the 4th of July weekend and we found the perfect place. La Quinta is a great town and the house was close to shops and restaurants. The house was immaculately cleaned and the linens smelled amazing. 😊� The house has a great lay out with comfortable seating, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. But my favorite part of the house is the backyard and pool. We spent the majority of our time in the pool or just hanging out in the wonderful backyard. There are plenty of pool toys provided and a great sturdy umbrella for shade. The yard was completely private and the neighborhood was super quiet. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with spices and other necessities. I can’t say enough about this house and the very kind and readily available owners. Looking forward to staying there again soon.
