Alla baia ... Viviamo dalle correnti, dalle maree pianificare, e segui il sole !!!
Questa bella casa di fronte al canale a Laguna Harbor è molto confortevole e rilassante! Si trova su una culdesac senza traffico. È possibile guardare le navi che passano su e giù per il corso d'acqua e vedere intracoastal i delfini nuotano nel canale! Non c'è bisogno di andare lontano per pescare i pesci ... appena lanciato la linea dal lungomare direttamente dietro la casa! La spiaggia è vicina e così sono tutte le grandi ristoranti della penisola. La casa è molto vicino al traghetto Bolivar / Galveston, nonché per un facile accesso alle tonnellate di attività, siti storici, negozi, divertimenti e ristoranti!
Gli interni sono arredati meravigliosamente da Baxter progettazione di The Woodlands. Caratteristiche architettoniche rustico, di pavimenti in legno, travi di cedro grezzi a vista e soffitti shiplap, sono un bel contrasto con i dettagli di design pulito. Il 3 ° piano è una grande stanza aperta che comprende l'area family room, la sala colazione, la cucina e un bagno in polvere. Una cucina completa con un bar lungo isola è aperto al family room & bar, questo è perfetto per cucinare mentre si visita con i tuoi amici / famiglia.
Ma ... la caratteristica migliore di questa casa è la natura a portata di mano! Ci sono 4 verande con vista meravigliosa albe incredibili sulle acque del canale e tramonti sulla baia! C'è una visuale libera di riserva naturale di Bolivar scenica e la Waterway sia al piano di sotto e le 2 ponti al piano di sopra. È inoltre possibile godere di una vista spettacolare del stellata limpido cielo notturno.
Il piano di sotto ha un cortile all'aperto che spesso ottiene una piacevole brezza fuori l'acqua. C'è una griglia a carbone in cortile e un tavolo e sedie nella zona giorno coperta rendendo questi spazi all'aperto ideali per la cottura fuori.
Questa è la nostra casa e abbiamo attrezzato con tutto ciò che si potrebbe desiderare durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci piace qui e troviamo molto tranquillo e rilassante. Ci auguriamo che fare lo stesso!

We had a good time. The house was clean as usual. Anyone renting this place will not be disappointed. The views are as you see on the pictures. The fishing was unusually slow. The Host was very accommodating as usual and responds quickly to answer questions.

This property was immaculate!! We have stayed here before and always enjoy the quiet location. The cabin itself is amazing and was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Great communications with the owners. Will definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying here. Loved it, again! Great location. Clean. No issues. Fish right out back if you want or moor your boat. Quiet neighborhood. It is our first choice for Bolivar/Galveston stays now.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. It is like going home. The house is clean and comfortable and equipped with all that is needed for a fun trip. Hope to stay again. Missy is such an accommodating host and is easy to get in touch with if needed.

This is our 2nd time staying in this house in the past 6 months. This time we had my sister from CA come. We had an absolute amazing time. Only 2 things were the Keurig did not work nor did the outside lights going the whole way down the whole row of the 3 houses so we always walked to the right of the house and down to go fishing at night. But overall an awesome time had by all. We will of course be back.

Loud neighbors
Seems house has electric problems with garage door and elevator. Renter’s next door were loud and disturbed our sleep. Overall a C- rating.

Highly recommend this quiet place in the cove of Laguna Harbor! Me and my 3 boys went to relax and fish and that's exactly what we did
Very quiet. Perfect location. House was very clean and the owner explained everything to do so we had zero complications. We will stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great for 'kid fishing'
The kids has a great time catching fish after fish after fish. They caught a few blue crabs too, and we got to see a dolphin only about 10' from the seawall. Location is isolated and we pretty much had the nearby beach all to ourselves. Fantastic place to stay if you want a quiet family vacation especially if your kids (or grandkids!) like to fish and hang out at the beach.
Missy is a great host and her helpful replies are always only a couple minutes away.

Great quiet location on the peninsula!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Nice house, great location away from all the crowded "beach houses". The setup on the canal was perfect for the guys to fish right off the porch and boardwalk - especially after their fishing captain canceled their bay charter. We even saw dolphins while sitting out on the balcony!
The kitchen & living room area was fantastic. And the elevator was a life saver!
Missy was a great host! We will definitely book here again.

Port Bolivar Home
Missy the host was very kind and prompt responding. The home was over all nice in a nice location. There were a few things I spoke to Missy about that she'll have fixed within the next couple of weeks. We would stay again.

clean house but poor facility and utilities
overall it's just a ok house without surprise. we have me following situation
1) only a trash bag provide for 3-nights stay for 6 people
2) no toaster provided
3) a big cockroach(1 inch) show up in the master bed at night - two seniors had to fight with it for a hour
4) living room A/C almost had no way to lower the temp to 75F when outside about 90F
5) too old sofa bed with a big spot of unknown stain on mattress.
6) first level lights off (broken) - house issue and all street lights off(broken) along the canal bank - community issue

We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the location of the house was. We enjoyed fishing off the back porch and taking a short drive down to the beach. The house was beautiful and had all the necessities of home for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Stay!
Very accommodating we had a great stay had some issues with Electric plugs and lighting but Missy made sure it was repair for us . Caught a lot of crabs and made a delicious Gumbo. Very serene and private. We would rent again.....

Love the property!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions. Location is quiet, right on the water and the views are great! Having the small elevator proved to be a life saver for my husband who has some knee issues and also made bringing groceries up a breeze. It is close to the ferry, so it was very convenient to drive aboard and head to Galveston. Close to beaches, The Big Store, shopping and restaurants that make Crystal Beach a great vacation spot. Hoping the owner will update the sofa sleeper mattress for future guests as it was quite flat at the time of our visit in July 2018 . We did not use the sofa as a bed but with the other beds and cute sleeping nook, we were well accommodated. Overall, we loved it and if we can, we will come and stay again! Thank you!

Great Place
We had a great time...loved the view of the canal and we caught a TON of fish. Saw some Dolphins swimming in the canal. The place was great also. Plenty of room we loved the big island. House Is decorated so nice We will be back for sure. Had only a couple minor issues with washer but that was handled. We will be back for sure

Outstanding Rental Experience
This waterfront retreat home at Crystal Beach is amazing. The home is beautiful, inviting, and comfortable. Our family was so impressed by everything. From the large open space layout of the living room, dining area, kitchen and long kitchen bar eating area. The many windows to receive natural light and views of each floors patio areas off the living room and master bedroom were exceptional. The comfortable plush beds were a dream. The bathrooms are spacious, with showers in each, and the master bath's jacuzzi tub is so relaxing after a day of touring the island. The patios offer a wonderful relaxing and inviting area with quality and sturdy outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and watch the boats and ships pass by on the canals. The kitchen has a gas chefs stove and oven which we used to prepare quiches for breakfast and warm up evening meals.
The air conditioner was cold and worked great for the hot July days and the ceiling fans were quiet and felt so good.
The best part about this retreat home was the concrete back deck to the canal for our boys to fish from dawn til dusk. They caught so much fish and had fun with finding out what type of fish they would bring up from the ocean canal. Even watching jelly fish swim around the canal was interesting and educational to watch.
Overall we can not say enough great things about this rental home.
And the owner, Missy, was exceptional.
We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a spa like retreat with a beautiful tranquil and quiet vacation area.
